I recently called Freeway to get assistance with starting an insurance policy. I had a bit of a sticky situation since I had a lapse in coverage, my Lz are from out of state AND my funds were a bit limited. Amanda was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding me policy that would fit my needs. She's also just hella cool and friendly, a very pleasant person. She gave me her cell number to contact her with any questions and when I did, she acknowledged receiving my text, letting me know that she was with another customer and she would give me a call shortly, and she did just that in less than 30 minutes, still as pleasant and as helpful as can be. I am extremely thankful that she's the one who answered the phone when I called because she literally went above and beyond to help me, her customer service is TOP TIER & honestly customer service is more important to me than the product!
