I recently discovered French Florist when searching for a high-quality florist in the Los Angeles area where my daughter lives. It was her milestone birthday and I wanted something very special to commemorate the occasion. I had a wonderful first experience with this florist. Although I discovered them online, I called to make sure the arrangement I selected, "After the Dream," would be as lovely as it appeared on their website. I spoke with Emily, who was extremely patient and helpful in addressing my needs, and a pleasure to work with. She assured me that the designer would be attentive to the detail we discussed. Well, we were thrilled with the outcome. The arrangement was beautiful, unique, and elegant and my daughter loved it. She said it was gorgeous and that it was the most beautiful floral arrangement she had ever received! I must commend Yoko, the talented designer, on her artistry and will definitely request her on future orders. I'm very impressed overall with my experience at French Florist. Great experience with the French Florist last week for our wedding anniversary. Normally, I would order on 1800 but lately I've been feeling that their designs aren't as thoughtful. I looked around for a local florist since I wanted to support a local business and found French Florist. The prices are a bit higher, but there were more interesting floral arrangements to choose from and I liked that the flowers came in a vase. On the day of the delivery, the delivery man gave me a call when they were outside of the address. I appreciated that. However, somehow the delivery address was miscommunicated. The delivery employee notified the florist, and they gave me a call directly to get the delivery address sorted out. Even with the mix up, they were able to deliver on that same day. I appreciated that I received calls and there was transparency with the delivery. When the flowers arrived, they looked great and my wife was very happy with them. I would definitely recommend French Florist!

I wanted to have flowers delivered to my husband's office for his birthday, but I wanted something extra special, not typical bouquets you find on the big name websites. A good friend recommended French Florist and boy did they deliver! I worked with Dale C. who was really nice and helpful. I told her my preference for which flowers to use - white roses and hydrangeas (my husband is very particular) and that I wanted the arrangement to be both modern and artistic. French Florist knocked it out of the park! My husband texted me after they arrived and his exact words were "They're beautiful. You know me." So often when I've sent flowers it's been a disappointment to both the recipient and me, as the bouquet doesn't resemble the photo, or cheaper flowers have been substituted.... However, French Florist was WONDERFUL. Not only did their bouquet arrive in a timely fashion, but they looked like their online photo. This is one of the first times I've thought, "Oh my goodness -- they actually got what I ordered!!!" I will most certainly use French Florist again. I first heard of them when my mother in law gifted me the most gorgeous celebratory bouquet I have ever seen filled with birds of paradise and many other colorful blooms. The location is on a corner, very easy to access. Street parking is best. Once I was in, there's a small space as soon as you walk in and you're right in front of the register. The inside seemed very clean, would have been cool to walk to the flower cooler to see the flowers upfront as well. I came in to get some baby blue eucalyptus as a gift and I was very impressed! The bundle was very fresh and fragrant! Love the presentation, simple but there's an elegance to it. I was helped by Tiara, very nice. Would definitely come back again.

Why oh why was the hand tied bouquet that I walked in to request for Shabbat oh so pretty?! I just can’t get over it. Is it the quality of the blossoms? The care with which it was made? I live in Florida and randomly Googled Florists to find flowers for my sister's birthday. I ordered orchids and a candle. The orchids arrived right on time and were stunning! The candle wasn't there and I called French Florist. The next day the candle was delivered and as an apology, she got some extra orchid stems. Excellent customer service and beautiful flowers! Love Nest brand candles - best scent ever! I will use them for all my LA-area friends.

Now I see why French Florist has been voted the best florist in Los Angeles! Their 30+ years of experience shows in their arrangement. The vase and tulips were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them. I was gifted sunflowers for Easter and the bouquet was just beautiful, but unfortunately nature took its course and many of the flowers did not open. Impressive! Flower arrangements look even better in person than in the photos. Delivery went off without a hitch and arrived on the day requested, earlier than I expected (glad for that!) I sent these flowers as a birthday surprise and the recipient was overjoyed, and has been excitedly sending photos as flowers open. Everyone keeps complimenting them. What a treat!

I paid $240 for this arrangement. Yes, it’s decent however, it’s not full and not worth the price. In my opinion, you can find better options in LA for the same price and get a much filler arrangement. I would’ve paid maybe $75 for this but not $240. I had them add extra succulents making the price $20 more.
