Le fonctionnement est ultra simple. Le service de lessive était trop cher à notre hôtel. Donc j'ai trouvé Fresh n clean dans un groupe de partage Facebook. Voici le fonctionnement : Vous envoyez un message WhatsApp pour demander un service de lessive. Prenez en photo vos vêtements. Si vous avez un pèse bagages, pesez votre sac de vêtements et la personne vous enverra une estimation du prix. Si pas de balance c'est pas grave. Donnez l'adresse de votre hôtel, votre nom et n de chambre. Quand vous êtes prêts et si votre hôtel est dans le vieux quartier, un salarié vient dans les minutes qui suivent (moins de 10 min). Ils vous envoie une photo de la personne qui viendra. Vous donnez votre sac. 10 min après vous recevez une photo de votre sac de linge posé sur leur balance. On voit le poids et ils vous donnent le prix. Vous laissez à la réception une enveloppe avec l'argent, en indiquant que c'est pour Fresh n clean Laundry, votre numéro de chambre et votre nom. Dans la journée votre linge sera livré tout propre à l'hôtel sans que vous ayez à être absolument là pour récupérer. Vous pouvez continuer votre planning de la journée. C'est juste incroyable !! Les chaussettes sont même attachée par paire ensemble !! Pour 3,5 kg nous avons payé 105k vnd (3,92€). Et ensuite, à la 2 ème lessive, ma famille a aussi fait laver son linge via ce service. 4 kg : 120k vnd (4,48€). Nous quittons Hanoï et je dois maintenant rechercher ce même service dans les autres villes. Honnêtement, en tant que maman qui gère les lessives au quotidien à la maison, avoir fait appel à ce service fait partie de mes plus belles expériences à Hanoï . Merci !!

My husband and I have been travelling for 17 days total and we didn’t pack too heavy since we’re practically living out of our luggage. My husband looked up laundry service since our hotel charges per article of clothing. He discovered fresh n clean laundry service on Google and heard great things so we decided to catch a grab with our duffel bag full of clothes. They go by weight and for the amount of clothes washed, it only costed us $10 USD AND they deliver it back to our hotel for us. We dropped it off around noon and it was done and delivered by 5:45 pm. The clothes smelled good and the fabric felt soft. We’ve gotten laundry done in Da Nang and although it smelled good there, it came back crispy (from being hang dried) so I was extremely pleased with the service we received from fresh n clean laundry. I highly recommend anyone searching for a good laundry service.

TL;DR: They are legit and get the laundry done. For faster response use their WhatsApp +84 91 358 63 57 Fresh N Clean was a lifesaver for us when we needed laundry service in a hurry! They went above and beyond by offering a solution that included picking up our clothes at 3PM and delivering them back to us before 7PM. We were impressed with their responsiveness, as they quickly replied to our direct message on Google and made the whole transaction incredibly easy. The fact that they picked up our clothes from our hotel at no extra cost was a fantastic bonus. Within just 10 minutes of picking up our clothes, they even sent us a picture with the weight of the clothes, which added an extra level of transparency and professionalism to their service. Wir sind 3 Wochen in Vietnam unterwegs und mit einer Grossfamilie von 8 Personen gibt es kiloweise Dreckwäsche. In Hanoi gibt es im old quarter jede Menge Möglichkeiten seine Wäsche günstig machen zu lassen. Mit Fresh and Clean bzw. Herr Hoa Le Xuan und seine Frau wurden unsere Kleider nach einem kurzen chat auf English im Hotel abgeholt, danach in die Wäscherei gebracht, gewogen und innert 3 Stunden frisch gewaschen und ordentlich zusammengelegt wieder retourniert. Fazit: gut, günstig und schnell. Wir können diesen Service zu 100% empfehlen.

Pretty decent service, efficient with delivery on the same evening , and good price. I just cannot give the 5 stars because: (1) they tried to cheat slightly about the weight, putting 2.5 kg in the receipt note despite the scales where rather marking 2.25kg. I had no hesitation to tell them, “NO” and assertively ask to fix the price accordingly; and (2) recent reviews say delivery is at no extra cost but they charged me extra 30.000VND, anyway overall I felt it was good value for the service obtained and would try again.

Amazing local laundry business! Very quick and responsive via Whatsapp. Whilst I was in Hanoi I had my laundry done twice here, one time in which I needed it done after getting back from a trip and then going on a sleeper bus in the same day, I messaged them and they were able to do my laundry and drop it off at the hostel within 2 and a half hours!Such good customer service! Quick, professionally cleaned, cheap and were responsive in Whatsapp for questions. What do you need more? Price is 30K p/kilo, they even agreed to hand-wash a few items for me in the same price (paid the same as in machine, by the weight) and air-dry items that couldn't get into dryer. I left the clothes at 11:00 and got them delivered to my hotel at 18:00 the same day. Very recommended!

Good service and price, have no complaint. However, once the owner knew that I was born in Hanoi/can speak Vietnamese he started to harrass me on whatapps asking about my profile pictures/where I was going. This is disgusting since he is married ( his wife picked up and dropped up laundry for me) He since deleted his messgages on whatsapp. I already tell him to go away, but please beware.

Very good communication and fast service! We paid for express same day service which was 50k/kilo of laundry. Laundry was cleaned and delivered straight to our hotel within 3-4 hours. No items missing, all clothes clean and neatly folded. Would highly recommend if you need to do some laundry whilst in the Old Quarter! Great service. Very quick to respond, hostel pick up and drop off - just leave your clothes with your receptionist. They weight your clothes and let you know the cost, just leave the payment with the receptionist and they will collect when they drop off. Sent and received same day, clean and neatly folded smelling good. Would recommend, they make their business really easy to use :)

ハノイ旅行ではここの洗濯屋を使いました。 午前9時半頃にお店へ持って行くと、18時以降に来てください、19時に閉店します　といわれました。 Tシャツ、靴下、パンツなどを出しました。 返却された衣類はきちんと畳まれ、良い香り。 靴下は、両足ずつになっていて、新品の靴下についてる、あのプラスチックのタグで止められていました。丁寧です。 ですが、大事な衣類は出さないほうがいいかと思います。最初の「洗い」が終わった直後の洗濯物が洗濯機から床にどっさり出されていました。キレイにはなりますが、やはりある程度着ているものを旅行では洗濯屋に出すのがいいかなとおもいます。乾燥機仕上げのため、白の靴下が、なんとなくくすんでいるような感じで返ってきました。ですが洗濯していただけただけで満足です。　ありがとうございました！(私の個人的な意見です)

Estamos mas que felices con el servicio ofrecido, la comunicación fue rápida y eficiente por medio de WhatsApp. En cosa de minutos recogieron la ropa en el hotel, nos comunicaron el precio y cuando estaría lista. Increíblemente la han recogido a eso de las 3 de la tarde y a las 7 del mismo día ya estaba en la recepción, muy limpia por lo demás. Gracias por todo.

Un servicio de 10. Son un matrimonio encantador, muy buena comunicación por whatsapp y muy legales. Te vienen a buscar la ropa al hotel, te envian una foto de tu ropa en una báscula con el peso total y te dicen precio de lavado y secado. A las pocas horas te la traen de vuelta. Muy limpia y con súper buena olor. Muy recomendado!

Phenomenal service! Everything was clean, smelled wonderfully, and was very clear they meticulously kept track of every item of clothing as they had each pair of socks fastened in a pair. The price was amazing compared to many hostels in the area! 3.5 kg for 100k and same day service!

Definitely recommend this place if you’re in a rush to get laundry done. They had no problem getting my laundry washed dried and folded in 5 hours, and everything is clean and smells lovely, including a muddy white skirt I thought was a goner. The man working there was very sweet too.

Wir haben die Wäsche heute Morgen direkt in die Wäscherei gebracht und sie wurde uns am Abend zurück ins Hotel geliefert. Alles vollständig, die Wäsche ist sauber und schön gefaltet. Für 3.5kg haben wir VND 105000 bezahlt - sehr fair für die erbrachte Leistung, wir sind zufrieden.

They are very helpful and respond quickly . Twice i requested for a pick up and drop service from them and they were very prompt in response and quick service. Another advantage is I could easily have a conversation as madam is very fluent in English and that was very helpful !!

Laundry was well done, clean and dry! Very honest with his charging 30k/kg. If your weight come up to be 2.3kg, he doesn’t round up to 2.5kg or 3kg and charge based on 2.3kg - 69k. When he heard that I will not be back in time to collect, he deliver to hotel free of charge.

These guys are incredible. They pick up your clothes from your hotel concierge, wash your clothes at low temp and then deliver it back to you all for an incredibly cheap price. I washed 6.5kg of clothes for 200k. Will be using them when we return to Hanoi!

Collected our clothes a day later. 2 of our trousers/shorts were stained. A white top was dirtier than when I dropped it. A pair of trousers were completely ruined by maybe the tumble dryer or just the washing. Definitely not recommend it
