This has become a regular stop. Large enough to cater for most of my needs and small enough that it has staff who care, and are willing to assist. Prices are competitive and it is definitely a happy place for that occasion when I'm short of those things that you always think you have, until you need them.

Very nice little hardwareshop, staff always friendly and willing to help. However I only gave 4 stars as there is this newish guy that's very rude, treats the rest of the staff like dogs. I even talked to one of the staff about him and he said they have complained about him but nothing is done about it

The old lady that stand by the entrance is very rude and racist she hate black people,when you park infront of the door just to offload something (gas to refill) she will chase you like a dog,bt when white man park she don't chase him away,I won't recommend people to go to this hardware.

The white old lady is rude there, she doesn’t have manners to talk to a customer, When you park your car infront of the store she will come yelling at you or the stuff telling you to move the car instead of telling you nice where to park the car, that kind of behaviour is not acceptable

After receiving the best service from the people inside the shop. I made my way to the till and greeted with a polite hello how are you? I got no reply only the amount i need to pay. So disappointed i buy most my things from here, so not impressed.

Some staff need to work on their friendliness. Too cold for me. One aged door man could be singled out for going out of his way to be welcoming.... However he missing now...

If you can avoid going here do so these people are not shy at charging exorbitant prices. You will get way better prices at the other Hardware shops in Amanzimtoti.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. Staff push you out the way not once but twice and there prices are way too expensive. They will never see me again.

Reasonable prices great for us Do It Yourselfers and very easy to maneuver around and find what you looking for on your own compared to other closeby hardwares

Their staff turnover is just too much, product knowledge is limited at times. Pricing on products is double the price as to similar store close by.
