This is to inform future church members and parents looking for their kids to attend a church base daycare. What my experience was and the outcome on how the church handled the complaints about there staff members at their daycare facility Marizetta Kerry cdc and who they have representing their company image. First off I’ve always spoke highly about this daycare and staff members. My son been there(2yrs old) now 3yrs and daughter(6months old) now 4 years had been attending there for a while normally don’t post reviews but I would like to inform future parents beware of this daycare because behind close doors it’s a lot that goes on with the kids and teachers complaints of arms being grab roughly, pinching In inappropriate touching. Today I’ve just realized that I’ve spoke and thought too highly of the Director of the school Carmen Morrison and the staff. Too make long story short my daughter complained about her teacher Mr.Kris thumping her on ear 6/25/21 and Mrs Carmen told that the camera didn’t go back that far for her to review the video I say okay I trust judgment and I like she would take the appropriate measures to resolve the issue but my daughter complained while I was taking her a bath 6/19 that the same teacher pinched her nipple really hard. I noticed Bruises so I took photos show Mrs.Carmen and filed a police report. I never got aggravated toward anyone the whole entire time since my kids has been attending the school but once I filed a complaint about what my child told me. I received an email from Ms.Carmen and Valeria wand friendship church hr manager after the detectives left the school that my kids was terminated from the school. I’m upset that this facility is more concerned about their image and titles and not the safety of their students. Some may thinks it’s okay until it’s

Overall I think it's a good church. Some of the people are great but some are very nasty. If you call to speak with pastor Jones his secretary will take a message but if you don't go into detail to her about what's going on she will tell you that he's to good to return your call. Like dang really? I called to speak to the pastor not you about something personal that's going on in my life. I thought that's what the church was for. Clearly not this one. Didn't know he was GOD. But maybe if I'm not calling about money it falls upon deaf ears. He seemed to be a really great man.I guess you really can't judge a book by it's cover though. So disappointed .

They literally just denied me food. I got stranded here in charolette, went up to a church to get food which it says plenty of times in the bible you are required to feed the hungry if you are able (huge church). They sent me to a food Bank the doesn't ope. For two more hours and after calling the food Bank phone number the women gave me won't assist me without an I.D. So they basically turn away hungry people. Literally just happened.

Just what the spiritual doctor ordered. Teaches how to live like a Christian every day, not just Sunday. Definitely Bible based, thank God. No sermons preached based on scriptural excerpts or selective phrases. This is a service oriented church, caring for each other, the hungry and homeless, the children, communities and often Africans. Excellent spiritual and administrative leadership, superior quality ministries. (#James 2:14-17)

Incredible focal point in the community and greater Charlotte as well. Lots of programs for all ages. They may still host a Toastmasters group to improve your public speaking skills. A newly built sports field also a benefits members and the community it seems. It's so Heavenly attended that I believe three to four separate services are scheduled each Sunday. Semi casual to formal looking attire highly suggested, to blend-in.

The people are very warm and friendly as well as welcoming to all members and new visitors. The pastor is extremely knowledgeable in the word of God and preaches a powerful sermon every time he speaks. The choir is impeccable. The edifice is gorgeous and the bathrooms are very clean. It's a great place that has wonderful children programs also. I love absolutely everything about this church.

  • Janelle Jones

Easter service was amazing. Listening to the choir and the various soloists was a vocal master class for free, because Jesus paid it all!!! The Easter song the kids did was cute! The Easter skit, with the guy who rolled away the tomb, was delightful ! He is Risen! The preaching was good, too! This was a great service, especially because of the choir! I wanted to throw my shoe a few times!

Reverend Dr. Clifford A. Jones Sr. is TRULY a Man of God. Under his leadership, the church embodies the goal of mission: locally, nationally, and globally. There are myriad opportunities for service that allow members to give of their time and talents. Even though the membership is large, community is not only possible but readily available.

One of the many Black churches that were once located in Uptown Charlotte that have thrived. This structure was used as the main sanctuary before the new reportedly $25 million-dollar building was completed in the last decade. Beautiful church, timely message entitled "Black Butterfly". The little lady giving announcements was interesting...she made a joke about there not being any white folding chairs at the upcoming tailgate function. We went for a dedication service which was warm and inspiring.

God's holy spirit , his grace & mercies dwells there awesome senior minster Pastor Clifford A.Jones first Lady Brenda Jones & staff & fellow Christin brothers & sisters giving our heavenly father the honor & praises through his son our Lord and savior Jesus Christ !

  • Joshua Peal

One of the worst place to be called a church. These people dress up for church and sit, sing and Pastor preach, it is all done to please themselves. It is not unto God. They are very selfish here. Denying sinners of what God provides. These doors must be closed.

I grew up in Friendship so I have seen the growth. I was there when Pastor Jones gave his initial sermon. I Love the direction that Friendship has gone over the years. I'm proud to still call Friendship my home church. I Love Pastor Jones and his family!

  • Di'Andra Coleman

Relatively large church with a small, Baptist church feel. Rev. Jones Sr. is a great preacher-teacher. The church is a vibrant group of people--all age groups, and I've always felt at home here. I'm from VA and considering moving my membership to FMBC

  • Debra Edgerson

It was Ella Scarborough's home going. The service was a beautiful remembrance and acknowledgement of her years of service to Charlotte Mecklenburg and a dear friend to all that knew her. The church is so beautiful and you feel welcome upon entering.

  • Mazie Parkmond

I took a while to find a church home when I moved to Charlotte, but I really like this church. It’s larger than I would like and I would prefer a smaller church where I could get to know people, but that will come with time I guess. I like

I watched virtually for 1.5 years. That was during the pandemic. This is my 3rd church within 5 years in NC. I'm determined to find the right fit for me. The Pastors at this church link the current world situation with the Bible.

Always a blessing at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Each Sunday a Civics lesson at 12:15pm. It's free. Learn about history you didn't learn in school and getting involved now on changing the world's government process.

  • PETER KRONES

I attended the ML KING memorial program here in 1/18. It is a beautiful, spotless, welcoming setting. I don't know its day to day life, but this sample waa terrific. The acoustics in the spacious, 3000 seat nave is excellent.

Coming up on my two year anniversay as a member of FMBC and truly love my church. Pastor Clifford A. Jones delivers an everlasting sermon each week and the entire congregation makes you feel like one big spiritual family.

  • Sharryn Doss

Shame on y'all... I typically do my daily walks around this building and asked to use the restroom and was told they were closed. As if my tax money isn't good enough for you all. Such a shame.

  • Alecia Jay Yak
