Sometimes they may have a long waiting list for servicinig your bike. Guys might give you a tentative date that seems a little too far into the future but they usually end up finishing up with your equipment before their tentative date. My experince with them so far was great. I had two simple but time consuming and greasy fixes needed on my bike. I am usually happy to do my own work on my bicycle but I just did not have the motivtion last week. Guys over at Frontline Bikes did the repairs I asked at lower than the quoted price (as it turned out to be an easier fix than they thought) and also serviced my brakes as a gift as well. I would take my bike here even if service was less than perfect just to support the initiative, but I do ont feel I am doing charity as I felt I got good value for my money anyway.

DO NOT GET YOUR BIKE SERVICED HERE. Brought the bike here as it's a community enterprise. Thought I was doing a good deed. Asked for new chain and sprockets on commuter bike. €285 plus a tip of €15, no receipt given. Was told to bring it back in four weeks for tune up. Brakes were on full when I tried to cycle home. That should have been enough warning. Chain slipped from the following morning. Brought it back to be fixed and they tried to charge me for a service! Chain is still no better. One gear in 24 works. Absolute disgrace. I was either sold bad parts or they are not mechanics. Be warned.

I initially went to get a mudguard and because of a rattle on the bottom bracket. When I picked up the bike they told me that mudguard they initially show me won't fit, and that problem was the rear wheal which they adjusted. They also said that a full service was done at a price of 35 euro. I never requested the full service because I had done it a couple of months earlier. On my way home realized that the rattle is still there. I tried to contact them to explain what had happened and they didn't reply.

Bought a beautiful upcycled bike here back in November. Had a problem with the chain initially but the lads fixed it up and changed the whole system in no time. After some use I felt the handlebars position forced me into an uncomfortable stance. James offered to switch the handlebars to a different model which now feel much better (free or charge and done within the same day).Thanks! Great little local bike shop which is a local enterprise so good to support especially helping those that are marginalised through addiction. Staff good (didn’t get names of either of the two chaps I met. Will continue to support this shop in future and recommend to any cyclist I know or is looking for repairs/service which other bike shops would charge a lot more money for. In the times we live in now that’s important. Thanks frontline.

I had an issue with my cassette recently after I had changed some parts myself and stopped off at this place. The gentleman that I spoke to took one look and told me the problem straight away and where I went wrong and supplied me with what I needed to make it right again. Bikes running smooth now thanks guys... will defo be back …

I had an unusual request, I brought a scooter in to see if they could fix it somehow (no other places would even attempt to do it) The lads were really nice and very helpful, they did their very best and the scooter is in working condition again! Great service, very friendly staff! Thank you so much for everything!

Great bike mechanics, replaced the bearings in my hub when other places wouldn’t bother and went above and beyond to get a stubborn pedal off an old beat up bike. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Good selection of robust commuter bikes for sale at very reasonable prices as well.

Just in from cycle on my trusted old Claud Butler which I dropped in for some work. I have to say it has never gone better, turnaround was exceptionally fast, marvellous standard of work and so reasonably priced for what I got done.Would recommend this shop thoroughly.

Can’t recommend this bike shop enough! The lads are absolutely brilliant in there, very friendly and helpful if you ever need to pop in. I got a gear service done recently and really happy with it and the help from Carlos. Very reasonable prices too. 10/10

Nice friendly staff but they replaced two tires and didn't tighten wheels properly. Almost had a serious accident on westmoreland st. I won't be going back and would suggest for everyone to check work has been done properly before you take bike on the road

Went to the shop twice with small bike issues but expected it to take a day or two, other bikes shops were saying weeks. The team at Frontline bikes fixed both issues on the stop and didn't charge a penny. would 100% recommend and will be going back.

Called into Frontline to have a sprocket replaced very technical job, as all the gears are internal. Thank lads it is running sweeter than before, very reasonable in your price. will be back with my other bike for a gear service. best wishes. Gordon

Got there in my lunch break to get the mount of my bike battery changed. Service was quick, competent and easy going for a very reasonable price. Most importantly, I could finally use my electric bike again.

I got anti puncture tyre installed on the bike and the service I received from the guys that work there was really a breath of fresh air. Very pleasant, friendly and professional, would definitely return.

I went into the shop a couple days ago just to buy a new helmet and lock for my bike. The staff were really helpful. I was only in there for a few minutes, but the guys were so friendly. Would recommend!

Great service, handy bicycle shop to have around for any spare or services. They have some stuff for road bike but they seem to be more oriented for casual cyclists. Either way, great staff

Really quick turnaround for servicing my bike. The staff are really friendly and helpful and I only wish there were more social enterprises like this in the community.
