If I could put 0 stars I would, the guy that was on shift on 11/27/22 at 11am was super rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced bad customer service until now!! I scan my frys card and didn’t want to use my rewards and he ask me why did I scan it 3 times in a very rude manner and I relied repeatedly because I wanted to. Then I proceed to ask him if they do cash back, he tells me yes, I put my card in a put I want 60 cash back and before I’m able to put in my pin, he tells me he has no cash which is a lie! It’s a fuel station how do you not have cash. Super rude this guy should not be working in customer service.

The employees at the gas station here are pretty awesome. There are some new people that I don't know. But I can say Ofelia is absolutely amazing, she is always so cheerful and kind. She will do what she can to help her customer's and she is the customer service QUEEN! I can be having the worst day, and some how she just makes me smile. Tom is also a really good one. He is so down to earth and always willing to help. These two employees should be considered an asset to Fry's! If it wasn't for these two, I'd probably go to Safeway gas station. It's really to bad that the grocery store employees aren't as great.

Lots of stations, closes at 10 pm after which it is self serve until opening again at 5 am, no problem for card users, well lit and kept clean, has air and water for $2.00 though machine says card error, you can still get air if you ask the attendant, which is faster than waiting in line at the Discount Tire next door because everyone and their mother goes there for the free air check. Suggestion: let Fry's customers get discounts on gas just for buying from you, not just 10 cents off per $100 of groceries spent. Also: refill propane.

We have lived in Laveen for over 13yrs and been going to this gas station for many years. I have NEVER experienced BAD service before, but Ofelia is the worst employee. She ALWAYS has a very bad attitude and so rude!! Then mocks us as we leave the station. Saying, "Have a good day" then laughs sarcastically. I told her I will file a complaint. Her response, "Go ahead"! Worst service ever!! Beware

Filling up gas at this location. And when I got out of the car, 3 homeless came up to ask for money all at once. Then as I'm still pumping more kept coming. And seen a big crowd nearby at Walgreens. Something has got to be done about that situation. Very awkward and people getting to their cars on the spot to get away from the homeless.

They put new card readers on the pumps. My card didn't work at first, I went to the cashier and he asked me to press cancel and come back. I went back to the pump, pressed cancel and tried my card again. It worked and the cashier came out to make sure everything was okay. Nice guy, wish I had got his name to share.

Hate coming to get gas or whatever I need at this location and there is someone begging for money. Something should be done about this. The employees don’t seem to care because they never say anything. I don’t wanna be harassed while getting gas or while I’m at the window paying for my items.

It is ridiculous that this gas station is still selling gas at 4dollars per gallon when the rest of the state is selling it for $2.80 per gallon. the community of Laveen does not need to get ripped off by major corporations, like Fry’s grocery stores. Pic taken 12/6/23

Fry's grocery is across the street, so weird to have this so far away and hard to find, also difficult access with heavy Baseline and 51st Ave traffic, otherwise typical Fry's gas station you can use your Fry's points to cut costs

Good gas the station is open 24 hours but there is only an attendant from 7am to 9pm I think. You need the attendant for cash payments and you have to use a card at the pump only after the attendant is gone.

If you are trying to use your loyalty points, and they dont match...you have to contact corporate during business hours and wait for them to adjusr before you can get savings

Young lady working this evening was very rude. I understand we all get frustrated. But when she was raising her voice and being rude with elderly. That makes me very upset.

Customer service is always helpful and polite. Always clean and a great stop when I run out of what I need and don't want to go to the grocery store.

Normally easy in and out but when it's busy it's a pain to get around, poor design and layout of the pumps and entry and exit areas.

This fuel center is very convenient for me. It's close to the house and I use my Fry's fuel points there. Life is good!

Sometimes near the end of the month when you want to use your fuel points, all of the pumps are out of order. Grrr.

Decent gas. Easy to get in and out of. If you use Frys and have fuel points can get gas for less. Open 24 hrs.
