I've shopped here for over a year and it has gotten more frustrating by the month. This place no longer seems to represent what Fry's is about. It has turned into another trashy, ghetto, overcrowded version of Walmart. There is no customer service here anymore. Need personal items? They're locked behind glass doors and they don't have a backup key. These personal items are not even items locked up at other stores. If that key holder is not on their shift, the customer can go screw themselves... You wait in long lines, which used to never be an issue. I've started to go to Safeway despite the slightly higher price just to get away from the mayhem. Every time you turn around you bump into someone else, someone else is just standing there gawking at whatever area you need to get at, or, you're in someone else's way. Shopping is a pain enough as it is. Since it is so crowded now the parking lot is insane too. You are close to being run over every other time you go because people go about 40mph. Skip this place if you need to go grocery shopping.

Shopping organic produce at 5:45 am Sat May 25th. Avg height bigger man finished putting out fresh green beans. As he rolled his cart forward he scrapes up all the fallen green beans and puts them on top of the fresh beans just put out for all of us lovely customers to eat. Yummy!!! Filthy floor green beans. Yes I thoroughly wash my veggies but the integrity obviously starts at the top if this is even remotely acceptable. Or maybe it is lack of training. It doesn’t matter, not at my health’s expense. I will not return to this store ever, possibly even all Fry’s. Thankfully we have Sprouts and will drive 1 hr one way if I have to in order to get clean veggies.

When calling in prescription refills, this pharmacy repeatedly has issues with filling. The automated system is worthless. I called in a prescription two days ago and checked on it this morning. No record the automated system in for me. This is total BS. It’s the third time this is happened in the store tries to blame my doctors office. I have prescriptions called and other pharmacies from the same office without any issue. The problem is Fry’s. I will be taking this up with the main office. This is inexcusable when dealing with medications.

Filled here this month as our medication has been out of stock and backordered at all the pharmacies close to ASU. Olivia, Ivy, and Paula were very professional, friendly, and helpful with my questions over the phone and in person. They filled the prescription with no issues. The pharmacist was very pleasant at check-out. I talked to 15+ different pharmacies in the area before calling this one and was disappointed in the lack of customer service. So thankful I found this one and appreciate the positive staff!

Doctor sent in my script and they filled ASAP. The pharmacist was so nice over the phone. Very sweet lady. She helped me with my insurance and processed the script so there would be no issue when I arrived. Honestly, I've always gone to Walgreens and I hate they make me wait for a script even when the doctor approved it. They like to play doctor a lot. But at Fry's I've never had this issue.

Hands down fry's pharmacy beats all others with any pharmacy needs and are doing it with a big smiles on their faces.They are not doing it because they have too They are doing it because they truly do care and want to help their customers / patients!! Thank all of you! Jacqueline Merriman

I got my prescriptions, and the pharmacist was in so rush and didn't explain about my medications right. After I came home, I took one of the pale it made me super tired and sleepy,so this is very important to tell us, but usually, some pharmacies forget about it.

Takes way too long to get prescriptions. Worst of all is when you pick up the whole store will know what's wrong with you. They read the prescription and what it's for so loud regardless of the amount of people around. Never hated going to a pharmacy this badly.

Gave me someone else's prescription. I didn't double check the name before paying and leaving and they didn't verify name... I was given someone's meds for Aids and diabetes...Seriously unorganized and scarily dangerous.

Always get great customer service in person and over the phone. Andy is always so pleasant and helpful. I actually have not had any bad service from anyone one there. I appreciate their support and knowledge.

This whole pharmacy staff is very rude. Rude on the phone rude in person. I definitely will be switching my prescriptions. If your so miserable then quit don't take it out on the customers!

"Manager" JJ is very rude, unfriendly and no eye contact. Seems to be very stressed and upset with everyone. He should look into another profession. God bless you JJ …

Got in and out with my covid shots no sweat they feel prescriptions really quickly compared to my other place I used to go to which could take 24 to 48 hours thanks guys

My experiences have been 5 stars over many years. I can't recall a single negative incident. They are mostly very busy for the good reasons.
