Worked years doing safe/lock stuff in the military so I'm grateful for guys like this. My issue was safe moving after a recent surgery. Their team was able to coordinate my move in less than 24 hours. I expected two weeks. Most folks never realize the devil in the details of this type of logistics. They take extreme care and ensure privacy and discretion. Lock technology may change but weight doesn’t. I’ve moved safes in several countries and technique is everything so clear a bigger path than you think you need and be realistic on your expectations of placement. Also, as much as I don’t want to say it, you need to empty your contents prior to them being moved. Be safe keep their info handy.

Awesome customer service! Just two days before the start of a new school year, we had serious problems with our door locks. I went into the shop late in the day, flustered and panicked. Justin and James took a great deal of time helping me with our problem, offering suggestions and even re-assembling one of our locks. Best of all, Justin offered to come on-site to help with another safety situation (at closing time!) He was amazingly helpful and gracious, and quickly fixed our problem. I really appreciated their patience and expertise, and was especially impressed with their customer service. It was a great ending to a frustrating situation! Called to get information about a home security system. Was told the salesman was gone for the day. I left my info and was told he would call the next day. It's now two weeks later and I have yet to hear from that salesman. Just called to follow up and was placed on hold for several minutes until I finally hung up. Fuller obviously has all the business they can handle, so I will now be looking elsewhere for what I want.

Could not ask for better service than what we received from Justin with Fuller's! He came in and completed the job faster than we expected and was a true professional from start to finish. No question we asked was left unanswered. We will most definitely be doing business with these guys again! Please, if you need a safe opened or lock serviced, look no further! These guys are the best in the business!

I have been there a couple times and both the guys i have met greeted me and provided fast, courteous, and inexpensive service.... Despite the fact that i always come in during working working hours and am usually very dirty and unpresentable in apperance. These negative reviews must either be just plain negative people or trolls. The internet is garbage.

Fuller's Alamo Safe and Lock delivered and set up a personal safe for me. They were punctual, provided plywood to protect flooring, arrived with a full implementation of tools and personnel to complete the job. I was completely satisfied with their attention to detail and precision in leveling the safe. They know what they are doing. I highly recommend.

He was very arrogant and not willing to help find a key .i took him the actual cut of the key but my key was too thick for entry of cylinder. Not even 8ne start for beign arrogant and not eilli g to show me some keys. Oh lets see i have 12 keys. But the shop had no customers and couldnt take the time to help me.

1.The lady who answered the phone was very rude. 2. Their service fee of $55 is ridiculous compared to other companies around $15. 3. I tried to ask a question about my lock and the lady was even more rude. 4. I just moved to San Antonio and apparently nobody knows what the hell customer service is.

I bought an electric scooter carrier that didn't have a key and they worked in the hot sun and in a really tight situation to make a key and charged half of how much I expected them to charge me thank you so much for helping me and I promise to use you every time.

I've been here a couple times and they knocked it out of the park each time. There's not many places left that can do what they can. But, with that said - their customer service is absolutely awful. It seems everybody in here is completely miserable.

It’s rare to find such great customer service. Justin went above and beyond to help me with the issue with my safe. He diagnosed the problem quickly, and helped me figure out how to problem solve for any future difficulties. 5 stars!

I'd been hunting all over for someone who could make a copy of my very old key and finally got directed to these. They had me in and out in ten minutes! And it was so reasonably priced! Definitely recommend this place.

Crooks. Lady quoted me details of a rekey at my office. Never mentioned the extra $55.00 "truck fee". When I complained she acted like I should have known there was a "truck fee".
