My initial contact with Eddie was inviting and very comfortable. No pressuring or over exaggerating the facts. Eddie possesses a different level of workmanship which all but guarantees a sell. However when it came time for my delivery, it got to be late in the afternoon on that day and I hadn’t received any calls to the contrary so i reached out only to be told by the female Manager that I wasn’t promised my delivery that day (1 week after signing my lease contract) so i would have to wait another week. When i asked why i wasn’t contacted and i formed that my order wasn’t filled, i was told “we don’t have anyone just sitting around confirming orders”! As a manager myself, i found that statement pretty odd as i’m sure it can be part of an additional duty for someone to check the day of or a couple of days prior to confirn peoples furniture orders are on task to arrive on time…probably won’t do business here again!! Eddie’s service was truly a godsend contrary to what took place afterwards.

Excellent selection of furniture. Very helpful sales staff that does not pressure you into a sale. Purchased the 5 year extended warranty to cover my new pieces of furniture. Delivery was smooth as silk. Communication for the delivery was fantastic. Received a text by order was in, called the number to set up delivery. Received a call the day before to give me a 3 hour window and then received a text and phone call letting me know they were on their way. The delivery guys were very respectful of my home and it was hot as the surface of the sun the day they delivered my furniture. I had them change the configuration of my sectional 3 times and they were very accommodating and patient with me. Pieces came in excellent condition and love how they look in the space. I will definitely buy from Furniture Deals again. Amazing experience from beginning to end.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not too pushy, just the right amount of attention while shopping. Delivery on time. Delivery personnel set up as requested. I was nervous about the stringent rules on delivery (if everything wasn't copasetic our order would have been taken back and another charge assessed), but in the end all was well. I would like to shop at this furniture store again, but I do hesitate over the high delivery charge for our area (we are not in KC proper). Quality of furniture pieces seems good and the fabric is lovely. We are hopeful these chairs last a long time. Final evaluation: recommended with the caveat of perhaps picking up furniture in Peculiar (to save delivery charges). Inflation makes us all think twice about every dollar. We had a great time in the store. The salesman was great. My husband and I purchased a sofa and love seat set priced at $800. Beautiful couches. We ended up paying around $1,000 with the delivery fee. We have had the set for about 3 weeks and we already had to reinforce the sofa. It was poorly held together with staples. One of the cushions started sinking in and we flipped the sofa over and unzipped the backing to see the staples had popped out of the wood causing the cushion to fall through the bottom of the couch. If you’re going to buy from here, pay for the warranty that covers these issues (not that anyone should have these issues 3 weeks in.) I feel like we can’t even sit on these couches now without them falling apart.

We bought a replacement piece to our sectional and upon delivery a pice was loose and a staple was sticking through the leather. Put in for warranty and they sent the replacement piece and said I would have to pay 100.00 delivery fee if we were to have a technician install the pieces otherwise we would have to bring the sectional to them at there warehouse. We have bought several pieces of furniture from furniture deals for years and have always had great service until now. Highly disappointed we have to pay for warranty work that should be free unless we want to drive a distance to deliver ourselves. Probably will take our business somewhere else for now on.

I visited furniture deals several times in one week trying to decide if I want to purchase the adjustable bed and mattress. I did purchase the mattress and adjustable bed it was delivered today November the 11th 2023 with a very timely manner the gentleman that put the bed together was very professional along with the salesman and the manager Hannah at the Madison avenue store in Kansas City North I would recommend anyone and everyone to furniture deals

Had not been in a Furniture Deals store before. Very nice store. Gentleman at store did not hover over us, which we liked, but was helpful when we had questions. Ended up buying a kitchen table and chairs that day. Getting ordered and delivery set up was easy. Was delivered at time specified and the delivery guys were great. Table put together and placed where we asked and they cleaned up the packaging. Very polite and professional. Was very pleased.

Furniture is beautiful, in mint condition, and exactly as I saw in the showroom. It came in earlier than I was told and delivery was scheduled within 2 days. The racy day I was hoping for. Delivery was right on time, quick, and clean. The delivery guys were polite, helpful, left no packaging, installed feet on furniture, and arranged in the room for me. Couldn’t more satisfied!

I found the salesman extremely helpful. He explained everything to me and also dragged a recliner across the store so I could see if it matched the sofa I wanted. The delivery guys were amazing! They were determined to get my furniture into my house, even to the point of hoisting it over my deck and through the kitchen. Wonderful men!

Great store and people! Purchased furniture for my old apartment here and they made it very easy. Also made sure I got the protection plan. So glad I did! Needed to replace the table due to a malfunction, and it was done so very easily (s/o Dawn!). The delivery guys were very kind and personable too. Highly recommend.

Excellent! Great customer service all around. We had an issue with one of the pieces that was delivered. They responded immediately and took care of it. They kept us updated with delivery schedule and they showed up when they said they would. Very efficient operation. And by the way, we love the couch and chair!

Trent my salesman was great and very patient as I walked through the store going back and forth deciding what I wanted, measuring everything. Delivery was great. They unpacked everything brought it in set it up. Very professional courteous and polite. Took all the packing materials with them when they were done.

Another great experience! I was Emailed with scheduled delivery within 3 hrs the day prior to delivery. Received Email and phone call about 30-45 min prior to delivery the day of delivery. Delivered within 5 min., Nice, efficient, quick and worth the price.
