Absolutely amazing, friendly and genuine staff! We ordered a bed on Saturday, it got delivered on Monday! :D Unfortunately, on Tuesday I discovered that one of the four the boxes was for the wrong sized bed. This was a disappointing realization, but mistakes happen. I called the store and let them know of the error. The owner (or maybe manager) went out of his way after work (that same day) to personally drive to my house and deliver the correct box. It was over an hours drive for him (I live far from the store). I wasn't expecting them to be able to deliver the correct box that same day. I really appreciated how friendly they were and how quick they worked to solve the mistake. I'll also add that the bed is fantastic quality and was really reasonably priced. I'm thrilled. Highly recommend for great quality products and great customer service. :)

I bought two stunning Hampton style buffets one which I discovered was damaged after it was delivered. I wrote to Steve, who delivered it for me and he said he would look into it. It wasn't long before I got a phone call to say that they would replace it. Even though it took quite a while to get another unit because they were unavailable, eventually it arrived. I honestly thought I was going to get an argument from them and that I would have to accept damaged goods - but that was far from what happened. So needless to say I was very impressed with how they treated me as a customer and how they kept me informed along the way. So thank you Steve & the staff who work there. This was a very refreshing change so please keep up the good work - I am a very satisfied customer.

After dealing with Steve, he was great. Until the time came for the item to be sent would not send after us hassling for a month after the item reached the store. They eventually sent the item after being hesitant about the cost. Saying it was going to cost more than item. (Which wasn't the case with the costing price) They lied saying they had already posted the item over a week ago when we rang back again. After checking the tracking when we had received the item they sent it a day after we rang again. Terrible and rude customer service from the lady's at the counter.

What a great shop! Huge range, in a lot of different styles - and they can get things in that aren't always on the shop floor. We ended up getting some nice replica Tiffany lamps, some bedside tables, and a lovely mid-century looking entertainment unit with hairpin legs. Build quality seems a cut above the rest, while prices stay a cut below, too. A lot of the drawers are on sturdy feeling castors, and there's a lot of quality solid timber products on offer. Friendly service and cheap delivery, too.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Purchased a lovely 2 door cabinet. Easy collection at warehouse - product carefully wrapped for collection and gentleman at the warehouse advised the plastic stoppers on the feet of the cabinet might ruin floor boards and put felt stoppers on bottom of cabinet. Highly recommend.

Staff are friendly, furniture is of good quality. They try to help customers, our order hasn't arrived from supplier so they offered to see if it could be delivered to us free of charge. Can't wait for our latest purchase, I'm sure we will continue to buy good quality pieces from here

Great selection of furniture. Just be aware that if you order furniture you'll need to hire a skip to remove the packaging, its excessive and bulky.
