This is the Ghana Commercial Bank Branch in Korle-bu. They do everything a GCB branch is supposed to do, but their services are poor. There is always a very very long waiting time for the usual services. There are supposed to be 5 bank tellers but I have never met all 5 tellers seated at a time before so the already long queue moves extra slowly. You could be there for well over 1.5hours just waiting to be attended to. For the other customer services, there is almost always someone who is not at their seat so you might have to wait awhile for them to return even when there is no queue. They are supposed to open at 8.30am but upon entering the bank at 8.30am, you could be the first person in the queue and still have to wait 20-30minutes for them to serve you and you'd be given no explanation whatsoever as to the cause of the delay. The staff do not smile and they are not friendly. They work as if they are the ones doing the customer a favour. The GCB services on its own are nothing special and coupled with the bad customer service here, my experience with this bank has never been impressive.
