First they told me they would be out at 10:00 a.m. I had to call them to find out they would not be coming at 10:00 a.m. the owner told me that they would be out at 12:00 or 1:00 p.m. and then he didn't show up for that either the reception is called me and told me that he is on the way at 2:48 p.m. which was unacceptable after they missed the first two appointments I don't have to lie about a review I am a Google local guide and have been for years and leave plenty of reviews this guy actually found my Facebook page because I am also a DJ and left a bad review just because I left this one which is true.....I also have a screenshot of the review he left being vindictive I'm not sure what type of business this guy is running but it's really sad that he had to do that he called me and asked me to remove the review but that is what reviews are for to be truthful and honest and to help other people when they're trying to use your company

So, a couple of weeks ago I called and had them come out and re-key my car. The same day, it no longer started every time. It’s a 2016 Toyota Corolla. It seemed it couldn’t be anything else! It’s been off and on happening since that day. I called David today and he came right out to fix whatever the issue was. Well, it turns out it’s not the key. At all. And it wasn’t even his company! I must have called another company, though I was certain it was Global because their reviews were the best. I know why the reviews were great! I was all wrong! This was my issue and not only did David come out to check everything, he jumped my battery when it wouldn’t start AND he charged me NOTHING! I’m grateful and will not use any other locksmith again!

A second lesson is always learned - always make a 2nd spare key fob. It took me this time to get it done urgently while being locked out. Specifically for my 2013 Mercedes-Benz C-300 4Matic. He is really professional, a master in his industry, and got the 2nd spare key made on the spot in less than 20 minutes! Called them on Thursday evening and made an appt on Friday morning, they came at the specific time, very friendly, courteous and went right to work. Requested both the front & back doors of the business were keyed the same to which he complied and made 5 key copies. Done in less than a half hour with everything working like new. I also asked him to make a truck key with remote and that was done like new as well. Definitely would recommend them and use them in the future.

Needed to get the locks changed quickly due to a potential security issue.
