Vasilis, the owner is probably one of the most competent fitness trainers in Limassol ( I can only compare in Limassol). I've received much attention during training, a thorough fitness education in the form of effective exercises and nutrition tips to reach my fitness goals. Dont expect a luxury gym because it isn't, however it is equipped with all the machines needed to reach your goal and probably the best fitness trainer in town (I've tested other gyms too). Every client receives his/her personal fitness plan according to their goals/targets. There's a rooftop for heavy lifting + variety of fitness courses, showers and car parking next to the gym. One of the most clean, complete and professional gyms I have been to. After 17 years in CY, going to gym in different cities and places, I can proudly review this place with 5 stars for its friendly and helpful Gym stuff. Also owner is has a good personality and when I complain about ppl or behavior's for members inside, he took the right measures to be sure everyone is happy.

Well organized gym with good quality equipment but its real asset is the gym’s owner! He is an educated physical trainer with who you may attend personal trainings. He helped me to reach my goals. Very pleasant personality. Highly recommended!

Brilliant gym. Friendly atmosphere, clean and lots of free weights and machines to use. Love the place. Everytime I come from London to Limassol Cyprus this is my gym for 3 weeks
