The lady at the counter is very unprofessional, impatient and rude. I had to enquire about a specific weight package for 4 countries and she got annoyed with this query even when there was no other customer than me.Total 8 clicks on her computer. When I showed displeasure that it's only 4 countries, she was rude and started showing me all the letters she had to post that were on her table (basically her daily work for which she gets paid). I had to say sorry because she wasn't stopping with her "taunts." When the only thing I said was "It's just 4 countries." My previous encounters at this post office were good. The male employees were patient and really good.

Refused services, saying there is no pickup truck and he has to take my lightweight parcel by himself. Well, that is YOUR job, so pls do it. If you dont want to do your job, pls put that in writing so that your customers dont waste their time. It clearly says parcels on the board so you need to accept parcels whether you like it or not. Secondly, refused my small international packet asking for address proof. I had my KYC so asked him where it is written. He says look up on the website. 10 years of sending parcels domestic and international, in HYD, first time was refused. Guy just did not want to do his job.

This post office is located inside GPRA quarter but anybody from outside also can visit the post office. I shocked to see no crowd there. I did my speed post comfortably with no waiting, no queue. Staff lady was very helpful & polite. Speed post timing is till 2PM(Mon-Sat). If you are living nearby and have postoffice related work, you can go here without any hesitation.

Today I met Dr Srinivas Raju , cardiologist. His treatment and his work dedication towards patients was very good. I am very happy with the way he treated me. I highly recommend Dr. Srinivas Raju for any cardiac issues. The billing staff and the nurses in OPD 5 are very supportive and cooperative and I felt very professional in their work. My two MIS accounts matured here. I sent all documents including Aadhar card, along with appliation with two pass port photos. One was matured at the end september and another one matured at the end of october. Application fee Rs118 paid them separately from Painavu post office to Kattappana GPO. Too delayed. We want urgence of money.

Hello friends. I m glad to share my experience at gachibowli post office today. Actually I went to post a card to USA, I met Mr.kiran and Mr.suklam who work there. They helped me in telling the best possible and affordable way to send my card to the destiny. They r very patient and friendly... I loved the service they rendered me :)

Worst service and saying there is no pickup truck and he has to take my parcel by him self. But all staff are not doing their job. Government also not looking on government employees. In this post office, employees are refusing every time they only asking KYC only.

Located inside the central govt employees residential area. No traffic peaceful area. Employees are awesome and duty minded. Don't waste money on private couriers. India post is 10 times less price than private couriers.

Counter ma'am is very rude with me because I'm not local,she denied to receive my parcel and I was upset and went to dtdc counter sir told me my parcel pack was absolutely fine, he allowed me to sent it

Went there to get some revenue stamps but was disappointed as they quoted some weird arbitrary rule that since they are a small post office, they have limited stock and will give only 1/2 tickets.

I was under going the pain in my spin so I have meet with Dr. Subbaiah and I have got my doubts clear and got the medication he listen my all the problems and give respond me well

Post offices have really improved over the past service.......i seriously wish they improve and monetize their operation and become one of the best the nation has ever seen......

Post office ,indira nagar,gachibowli...its employees are very co operative , polite and helpful....and one thing if you'll have do speed post then come before 2pm...

Staff is good but is absent from their respective seats maximum number of time. But i do believe that for courier or Speed post, itnis more relaible than dtdc.

It supposed to be open at 9 am but nobody is there. Either the timing mentioned on google is wrong or they don't come on time. Unnecessary public time waste
