it amazes me how the exact same journey at the same time roughly can differ from taxi to taxi. it should be no more than 10 euros per trip where at times I have been charged 15. however when u ask them how they different and are from the same company . I never get any reply

Order cab that knew location I was going or sat Nav capabilities. End up going the long way. Not impressed at all and later due to traffic. Nothing new there I hear you say. This company are my go to for cabs .most of the time they are bang on . Just wish they listen to me

Never booking with gala cabs again . Taxi booked for airport and didn't turn up . Phones are off the hook . ASAP cabs came to our rescue. I'll b using them from now on . It would b no star only for won't let u leave review without 1

Disgraceful company. Nine times out of ten they don't even show up. If you need a cab, don't waste your time phoning Gala Cabs. If we could leave them a zero review, we would.

Awful.. never turned up . And when they did they were 45mins late. Not good enough and so very rude. I will be letting people know to keep away from using them.

Used gala cabs this morning 14/12/2020 for a 7.15AM pick up arrived 7.10 great service. Very pleasant driver could not ask for a more reliable service.

Was running late and glad I contacted Gala...Out in a flash and a nice driver John. Very happy with the service provided.

I rang them because the taxi was late and they assured me that the driver was on his way. Taxi never showed up.
