Was shopping early afternoon on 6/18/2023 and these two employees were openly talking about burning bibles. Trust me, as the conversation went on, it’s clear they were talking about it in real life terms. Very offended by the type of employees this location has. I decided not to buy anything and will for sure not be coming back here. Edit: (mid October) So I decided; because it appears they have new employees, to give this place another chance. Sadly it’s still a poorly managed location, either they have to many employees or their friends come to hang out, they had about 6 people there (anll chatting behind the counter) and none ask me for help. I would have asked for help myself but they have a jerk working behind the counter. I’m cutting my ties with GameStop here on out, at least this location.

Went there because I was looking for a new game. Which they only had one but then when I got to the counter to pay for it, the employee proceeded to grab one from a sleeve envelope. I asked him I want a new copy, he claims that they had to remove it from the case to have a display and have the game locked up behind the counter. BUT WAIT! THERE'S MORE!! What I noticed is that the game case had adhesive residue near th clasp of the case proving to me that this specific game disc was once returned. The residue is proof that a sticker that is only put on a game case when it's sold to someone, had been there before. So I was nearly scammed by this locations clearly. They intentionally sell some games as new to profit off the titles. Stay away from this location.

The customer service cashier, Ahn, was terrible. First I asked for a question about the product. He didn't know the answer. He seemed to be mad that i even asked. I gave him a $100 and he did not tell me the change he was giving me back just handed it to me. So i had to count it to be sure. Seemed to get upset about that. I bought 4 items and he didn't give me a bag. I had to ask for one. He seemed to get get impatient. Then I asked him if i could return the product if it doesnt work. He quickly said you need the receipt and started talking to the next customer behind me while I was still standing there.

Calvin is one of my favorite people in the world. I was not a consistent gamer or customer at GameStop until I met Calvin. With his expert knowledge and great advice I have become a consistent customer at GameStop. I have followed him from the branham GameStop to the GameStop at the plant. Calvin not only makes GameStop a great store but a place where you can meet people who are interested in similar things. I am so happy Calvin is at GameStop because he is an amazing employee and always makes sure to make the customer experience a great one.

I would like to 1st apologize to the employees at this location for raising my voice. But I don't think I was rude. Just frustrated. I wanted to return something my son purchased. He did open the box but never used it or even take it out. Return was denied according to their strict policies. I would not shop at Game Stop again. Will just shop on Amazon knowing I might make a bad purchase once in awhile and can return the items.

The store leader took it upon himself to refuse selling an item that had already been released over a month ago, even though the item was on display. No GameStop is allowed to hold items for that long. On top of that, when I called the location and mentioned that fact, the store leader hung up on me. It baffles me to think how this store leader got his job. He's better off running a McDonald's drive thru.

The cashier here were quick and knows how to problem solve when I turned in a 3DS without the bard code unlike the other gamestop where the employee basically didn't know what to do. The Curtner gamestop cashier told me to open the battery pack because there is a second barcode under the battery. So far, the employees were friendly and nice and I would buy here again.

I've been waiting to get Doom Eternal for 3 months. I had a pre-order at oakridge and even after covid oakridge didn't have Doom. My man at this game stop gave me this plan to buy the game here, go to the oakridge gamestop, return the game, and then re buy it to get the pre order bonus. It worked. P.s. he was the manager.

I went there to buy something real quick for a friend who only had a few hours to hang out. When I got there, the place was still closed at 11:00. Delivery people were waiting around confused, too. I had to drive to another gamestop, wasting another hour. This place let us down before said friend had to go fly back home.

Stopped by at 5:40pm. Store hours state 9:00pm as closing. When I arrived the doors were locked, two employees inside waved me away and didn't allow anyone in. Not sure what was going on inside but it was definitely an inconvenience when your schedule does not fit the posted hours of operations.

Great variety of games and merchandise. Friendly and helpful staff. Larger than most GameStop stores in the area. Even though I have a GameStop that is minutes away from where I live, I'd rather drive a little bit more just to visit this store. Hope it becomes a 'Prestige' soon.

I went there to buy stuff on pro day and the manager chandler or chanter mugged me and responded in a rude way and speaks to the customers rude and treats employees bad from a consumer perspective I don't like how rude he was with me this why I'm rating this gamestop bad

Sitting in front of store right now on a Saturday morning at 10:45am. Door is locked, light is on in back room but no one seems to be in store. Phone system does not have hours listed. Epic fail. Game Stop, you do not open at 10am, post your correct hours on line.

I called today and spoke with Mandy ( the manager I think that’s her name) she was overwhelmed with the new Xbox coming out and all the phone calls but was very professional with me and got me the answers I needed! Super helpful thank you!!!

The only reason I keep returning to The Plant Gamestop is because of Calvin's outstanding customer service and respectful attitude. Everytime I walk in I am greeted with joy and smiling eyes! (Take that James with the negative post)

the only game stop i've had somebody ask me for spare change outside of. i mean, a game stop is a pretty interesting choice for panhandling. props for initiative! good game stop, helpful staff, good used selection.

The guy working. His customer service was great he was by himself and busy and took the time out to find the tokens for a little machine they have so my 5yr old daughter could spin the lever and get a toy.

Open for business,just not at full capacity. If you come in, i recomend being patient and staff is overwhelmed. Currently only excepting trades for current gen consoles. Employee was friendly and helpful.

The staff is lovely and really great to talk to. They have a decent floor space and follow covid protocols to a T. Really appreciate this place and the joys it brings. Thanks for the all-star support.

My kids and I enjoy our visits to this Game Stop. I like how Game Stop employees are knowledgeable about everything in their store. You have to love gaming in order to be a successful employee here.

The staff here are funny and pleasant. The only reason this GameStop is getting 3 stars is because of their lack of selection. The store itself is organized nicely and in easily accessible area.

I've had a LOT of experience with GameStop ever since I had my first Xbox and PS2. They've been my favorite store for years and even now still has the aspects of the old GameStop's I enjoy.

Very helpful staff! The man i spoke to was very polite and made sure i was helped to the fullest extent possible, furthest game stop from me, but i visit this one all the time.

Horrible customer service the store leader at this GameStop was rude and sold me the wrong product three times. I had to go to another GameStop who sold me the proper product.

Place was customer friendly and we had went there to sell an xbox 360 game and was met with a reasonable offer. Overall great service and will definitely come back again.

Some dude on the phone named Calvin is super helpful and he seems like he knows what he's doing. Definitely will be going to this GameStop over the other one's.

Friendly staff, had good selection. Wish GameStop in general started carrying older games so that we have more diverse selection for the retro gamers.

I love this store. I feel like prices are always lower on Amazon though unfortunately. I always get nothing for my trade ins. .02 trade in is crazy?

Was disappointed. Was trying to return a system that was defective, to only get it exchanged. Hopefully, I won't run into the same issue again.

Love game stop. It’s always got lots of used games for my kids and decent prices. Wish they had PS5 but not their fault.

They mixed the Jojo figures with space jam figures for the gacha machines and only put tiny stickers for a sign
