Not only was Garcia Roofing the most competitive rate we obtained, but there were NO surprises. No replacement boards needing replaced, no surprise fees, hidden costs, or "oops" moments. My new roof was installed without any hiccups, any cost(s) beyond the agreed upon contract price, and was completed before I got home from work the same day it was started. The communication was outstanding, and the character of said correspondence was even more impressive. While many contractors do not care to stick around and review their final product, Mr. Garcia made a second trip to my house (and mind you, I live in the country and am an hour away from his home office) - eager to point out the quality workmanship and product. He stuck around and answered any and all of my questions, and again - did so in a manner that was most professional, and appreciative of the opportunity to earn my trust and my business. Lastly, was the attention to detail. Not only was it evident in my roof itself, but the emphasis on clean-up. After an initial clean-up, ensuring any nails, trim, excess, etc. was completely removed - his crew does a walkover of the property with magnetic strips, ensuring no surprises in the driveway for your vehicles, or in the yard for your children and/or pets. I don't often take the time to leave reviews online... between being selfish with what little time we all have, and not often finding myself wowed in numerous professional endeavors, it is rarely a priority of mine. But this experience deserved my recognition, and deserves the attention of anyone considering a new roof in the Kansas City metropolitan area. My gutters needed fixing in some areas. He told me how much it would be to fix that part. He didn't want me to spend money if I didn't need to. It was my request to replace all my gutters and get covers on them. I asked him if I bought them would he put them on. He said yes. He would only charge me labor. The crew put in gutters in 4hrs. They worked hard since they got out of the truck. They knew what they were doing. They had all the tools and materials they needed for the job as well. They also answered all my questions. We had David come out for a second opinion after a roofing company came through our whole neighborhood claiming everyone needed a new roof. So I had one of those fly by night companies come around after a storm claiming that my roof was damaged to the point that I could get my insurance to replace it. I wasn't really seeing it so I called to request a roof inspection from a real company and David came out immediately which is nearly impossible service to get these days. He could have tried to sell me something but instead confirmed that my roof was undamaged and in good shape. Inspection was free. His worker was here at 8:00 on a Friday night putting down a tarp, just because we were scheduled to get a lot of rain over the weekend. They did a great job replacing my gutters. I called on a Monday and by Friday the gutters were installed beyond my satisfaction.

David came and fixed my roof in a timely and professional manner. The price was fair and the communication was excellent!!!

Although I just needed a small roof repair they were quick to come and get it done for me..I would hire David Garcia again.
