Events and Entertainment: Hosting regular events, live performances, and interactive experiences within the mall would create a lively and engaging atmosphere for visitors.

It seems clear that the architect who designed this mall had one thing in mind; space and more space. And, in my opinion, the availability of open spaces is what sets this mall apart from the rest. The manifestation of open spaces is not just on the mall building itself but also in the adjacent park, play area and the parking areas. Being a person who champions causes of environmental protection, I give this mall thumbs up for the use of solar energy to power part of their energy needs. There is sufficient security provided by guards as well as CCTV cameras. The guards are actually very friendly and helpful. The washrooms are clean, there is disabled accessible entrances, a small park and kids play area. Maybe the downside to all these .ay be the cost of the shops around. By the time of this writing, most of the shops had closed down a d my guess is due to the losses they incur in the running of the business. And one big component of that should be the rent payable for the premises.

Ouh where do I start!? Being that I have a toddler, the play ground is a save! They have a lot of activities that are safe for babies, and the packages are very pocket friendly and they have very awesome guides for the children. They should however have a good sitting area for the guardians while the children have their fun! The food court area is however quite a mess, considering you're followed around by at least one or two waiters from each of the over five courts there, with menus, and everyone is trying to get you to listen to them. It's quite unpleasant, especially when you also have a grumpy toddler! Otherwise other services are good. Leo's barber shop is so child friendly, clean and with good services. Also pocket friendly. Cotton candy is a must for babies. Pop corns on the other side is also a must. Both are quite affordable. Parking space is very large, no vex!

Garden City is located between Exit 7 and Exit 8 on the Thika superhighway, next to the East African Breweries Plc headquarters, in Nairobi and only 15 minutes’ drive from Nairobi’s CBD, Westlands and Runda, . There's almost everything that you may want somewhere inside the big mall. There are many shops with different items, making it a place of diverse properties. There's ample parking and space to accommodate many people, though the mall is mostly not busy. There's also a children's play ground that is close to the food court which is a plus for people with family. The interior experience of the mall is enhanced by the airy terraces and high ceilings. The mall, which is owned by UK PE firm Actis, was developed as part of phase one of the highly acclaimed Sh22.7 billion Garden City mixed-use project.

This mall has almost everything you might need under one roof. From eateries, coffee shops, banks, ATMs, clothing line shops, grocery stores, supermarkets, toy shops, car wash by Extreme Clean, cinema, salons, perfume stores and a Safaricom store that offers e-sims. Yes an ample parking (lack of secure parking is enough reason to go back) One of the cheapest paid parking spots (0 - 2 hours for KES 50 KES) in Nairobi. Oh and not to forget the Safaricom Store in this mall, is one of the most efficient I have been to. Not crowded and they close at 7 pm hence if you have to close in the office first, you can still find them open. Their queuing system works very well and great customer service from the attendants.

Maybe a 3.5 rating for overall experience and feel. It has more shops variety but the supermarkets available seem not to have some basic stuff available that is Game and Carrefour. I liked the Mr P outlets that have both cloth wear and household items and we got some nice glassware and can recommend the outlets but I think the other stores have more variety when it comes to offers Was disappointed when the NCBA ATM wasn't working and the bank didn't help and yet they close at 8pm** (I think) according to their hours of operation plaque. May visit again to try the restaurants there. Also the Carrefour has some local products available as a curio shop. My photos attached a shot on wide angle lens.

Not that big shopping center.. A lot of tables and chairs available in the fastfood area.. It's a big space where you can stay and having your meal.. Fountain is also additional attraction and very relaxing while sitting in the fastfood chain. Huge parking spaces up to level up.. Carrefour available inside the mall. I found also a foreign money exhange shop and tour travel agency. A lot of cats inside and disturbing your moment while you are eating and asking foe food. SUGGESTION: When you eat there at the fastfood you must add an order for the cats or else they will not stop begging food from u.

The place is very special. It has everything you could actually be looking for,. It houses two supermarket Game and Nakumatt, pizza inn, chicken inn, creamy inn, mojo pizza, java house, Chelsea boutique, Levi's, mr price, Hotpoint, lg, samsung just to mention a few. It also has a great play ground for children. The parking area is also unlimited. Oh! And they have a picnic site, you and your loved ones can relax on the green extra manicured grass with an amphitheatre. At garden city there is everything, perfect definition of a one stop shop.

When it was under construction, a lot of fanfare and hullabaloo. Biggest in east Africa, greatest in Kenya and all the adjectives the could throw at it. Then it arrived in a whimper. The eagerly anticipated opening of the Garden City Mall which was said to have 100 plus shops, including the first Game (South African) store in Kenya was opened in 2015. Yesterday 2023 July 18 I went there purely out of curiosity and I realized out of the 8 years I missed nothing. Another mall trying to look fancy in a broken down place

It's quiet,serene and low key with a buzz of activities ..so many different stores,high end restaurants, apartments and residences ..the activities for kids seem to be the major attraction..interms of infrastructure, the roads are in good condition ..there should however be another gate for quick access to Thika Road ..if you wanna drive to homeland/quiver you have to go a long way around to even access Thika Rd..I mean,direct access to superhighway is not such a bad idea ..It would go a long way in their marketing..

Great ambience, all the stores are great. I especially love the Mac an perfume stored on the ground floor. the water parks seems so fun but my adult self is cringing at being there alone or with a bunch of kids. siku moja nitafunga tu macho niende huko. the food court is also great. My fav ones are pizza inn, creamy inn, kfc and mambo italia. (never been but it seems great) The movie theater is great, always clean, and sanitary and prices are fair. go there if you're ready to drop some mulla though.

A fun place to be. You get everything under one roof literally. Commercial Banks include KCB, CO-OP BANK, EQUITY, Stanbic. In the food court you get; Java coffee, Planet Yoghurt, Galitos, Chicken Inn, KFC, Big Square, Mambo Italia. Supermarkets; Carrefour. Phones and Electronics shop available include Hotpoint, Samsung and Safaricom shop. Kid shops include Toy World, Nairobi Sports House, Text Book Center. For fashion Manix clothing store, Woolworths, Backyard Shoez, and IMAX for entertainment

The GCM is a nice mall especially because it offers a variety of stores that meet most of the needs of any walk in customer. My favorites are the IMAX Garden City and the Food courts in the mall that offers some open sitting space while you enjoy your food. The only little bit of a limitation would be the stores in the mall close pretty early so a late night shopping spree would not be possible. Overall though its a good Mall to enjoy the amenities inside.

The mall as a whole is fine. The restaurants are what may be problematic in their policies. A few of them have people who shove menus in your face as you walk by and the staff will even result to hurling insults at each other as they try to haggle over a customer, which makes one uneasy, and uncomfortable, given, they are made to do this as this is how the staff will make their commissions and pay, but there has to be a better way.

The architecture and layout of this mall is certainly world class. The experience right from the security check to the clean layout is truly world class. Everyone is bound to find something attractive in here as nearly all local brands as well as a good number of international ones have presence here. Mind you this was the first commercial building in Nairobi to utilize solar power in their power provisioning. Well done.

It is located along Thika Road between Roysambu and Roasters. It has children activities in it. The location is perfect since you can access with public and private transportation. Has many eateries, supermarket that is Carrefour and the Game, though the game will be closing soon. Has many shopping places too eg Mr. Price. The Imax at Garden City is my favorite when it comes to watching movies.

GCM is an epitome of all in one. Unlike many other malls, it has a central sitting location for meals. You'll get all your favourite fast food restaurants on site, the place is cool and clean. Couple, friends and family- dates- friendly location. There's enough parking and car wash services available. There are kids facilities too.

Talking of the second largest and one of the most spacious shopping facilities in the nation. Garden City Mall (GCM) offers a broad variety of services to the public. It is conspicuously located along Thika Road hence making it ideal for interested stall owner who prefer thriving and lively business-oriented traffic.

It is a mall which is located on Nairobi - Thika road and adjuncent to a porsche neighborhood. It offers all the options to people be it garments, grocery, food, interior or health. It has a huge food court and Carrefour. Easily accessible from the main highway and very safe. Parking is also easily available.

A place to be. It has ample parking .All banks have outlets in the Mall. There are good restaurant that serve all types of cuisine., Several shops dealing in different items.a supermarket land there is a hospital. On the outside there is a recreational facility catering for children.

Definitely one of the best shopping mall experiences in Kenya as of early 2017. Got the best Imax cinema in the country, Woolworths, Mr. price and all the other fancy restaurants, shops and banks, very nicely spaced. Good ambiance in the food court.

One stop shopping center. I particularly enjoyed the kids play area. Vendors at the food court literally fight over whose menu one should look at. Went for shopping at the Hotpoint mega sale and I was really impressed. Got myself afew items..

Wide range of products and services you would regularly need... household items, fun activities, motor services, humongous parking area, security, clean,,, and much more. You pay Kshs 60 for parking if you are doing your shopping at the mall.

All in one place.. Clothing,shoes, Bags,Meals,Drinks, Furniture,Hair Accessories ,massage ,3D watch experience ,drug stores and all banking services. For kids that need to be outdoors and free birds. Great location. Hope they open soon.

One of the largest and most stocked mall in Nairobi with a wonderful environment. A wonderful place to take the family for fun and shopping especially kids will have a great time. They provide the best quality products and services.

This Mall is the safest I've been to in many days. From the guards who check on you, to the cleanliness, shops here are incredible. Not forgetting the eateries. And the one mall that's gone Green energy way. I love Garden City Mall

overall, its a 5/5 place. Went first time as uni freshman to do school accounts. Ever since, it is my get away place, meeting point, hangout place for friends, and even working place for my freelance projects. Highly recommend it.

The mall is a multi-business premise with ample parking space. There is a kids playground for visitors with kids and interested in relaxing for some minutes. The entire mall complex is clean. It has provisions for PWDs as well.

Wonderful,calm and lovely place to visit for shopping,games for kids,banking,movies and just taking a walk. A great place to eat out too,has several restaurants and cafes. Easily accessible along Thika Road and affordable.

It was easy to find the shops or offices you want yo visit since there is a map that's centrally placed to show you various places. There are also a lot of workers who can assist you in finding the place you want to go to

This mall was beautiful and had plenty of options for food and shopping. The grocery store gave great service and served a tasty pastry with a delicious almond mocha. I would recommend seeing this place.

Very well managed from the gate entrance, shop services, all the way. I loved all the services and the diversity of different dealers. It's an all in one mall and amongst the best malls in the country.

All places you need in one stop. Went to safaricom to buy our Kenyan lines. Went to NCBA to sort out our banking needs then went to Carrefour to shop for groceries and then had breakfast at artcaffee

Ample parking. Bank, food joints, shopping stalls in plenty. Children play area and has a carrefour as a main supermarket but it's market only, doesn't have electronic or furniture.

It's such a nice mall equipped with all the services and goods one would wish to access . I loved it's security ,one feels very secure while in the premises it's such a nice place

The place is great for resting, shopping and variety of dish to be served. Parking is available, lots of space. Also very easily accesible by public transport.

Good place, I love the movie theatre specially. For shopping purpose it is going down. The shops in general should do something creative to attract customers.
