I went for a cavity filling by the end of April and it was a success till a couple days ago I saw that the filling opened up and i immediately called once I noticed it. The lady on the phone (receptionist ) was so kind and sweet. She said come immediately Friday and it’s all free of charge. The doctor that attended she only comes Fridays so I had to wait 3 days. (She’s colombian i don’t recall her name) but once I arrived I got attended and my filling was completely. The dentist assistant is such an amazing human. She has such a Big heart, very patient, gentle, caring and loving. May God bless her, she’s incredible! Very smart and educated. I hope my filling doesn’t pop out again. But everyone that works there are very nice and caring.

Not recommending any body to go to this dentist I went and I had a filling done on one of my molars, I still had pain, and when I called to let them know, they told me it’s because the work was resent, to wait a while. When I had an appointment I told them that my molar hurtes and they told me that it was because the cavity was deep, and that I needed a root canal, they should have told me that since the beginning, and not after I had the feeling done. If they were good dentist they should have told me that, not going there anymore, and neither is my husband.

I went to this place to get one of my cavity done but after it was done it seemed to hurt everytime I eat certain things like chips etc. Unfortunately I had multiple visits after I told her it was still hurting so she saw it like 3 times and I was still having the same issue and she told me it was fine that she didnt know why it was still hurting. I guess a dentist should know why you are having the same issue after you have opened a cavity multiple times. To this point still hurts and sucks that I cant only chew on my right side

Went in for a molar extraction. The tooth broke in pieces and they struggled to finally get it all out. I could feel them grinding and gnawing my gums trying to pry the tooth loose. I was given very little anesthesia each (4x)time( it hurt so much I jumped). I was given attitude the whole time they were trying to extract. After the whole ordeal they gave me antibiotics and no painkillers.... Go somewhere else, trust me..

Best Dental office in Miami. The staff is very kind and profession, the office was very clean. The office was COVID-19 ready, following guidelines to ensure patients with safety.

Receptionist does not speak English. Why would you hire someone that doesn’t speak English to answer the phone calls.
