Awful Experience - Rude Staff, Unwelcoming Atmosphere. Waitress rushed us to leave without giving time to look at the menu. Felt discriminated against. Won't be returning. Not recommended. My recent visit to this restaurant with friends was quite disappointing. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and the waitress was impatient, asking us to leave immediately without giving us time to settle in. When we requested a moment to look at the menu, she became aggressive. Sadly, we felt discriminated against as a diverse group of friends. The rushed service added to the disappointment, with the waitress hurrying us throughout the meal and presenting the check before my friends finished their drinks. Overall, the negative behavior of the staff overshadowed any positives the restaurant might have had. I hope the management takes this feedback to heart and improves their customer service. Until then, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Place was okay. Service was mediocre. Good music. Cute building. Cute idea with writing on a sticker to put on the wall. They allowed us in with our dogs but didn’t offer us any water for the dogs until we asked 20 minutes later Food wait was diabolical. Waiting 25 minutes at the moment and still counting. We only ordered something simple.l (chips, chicken strips, onion rings) Edit: the food arrived after I asked the waitress how long it would be. The reply ‘it will be 5-7 minutes’ no apology. No care. Food arrived, food was…standard freezer type food (onion rings, chips, wedges, chicken strips)…so why it took nearly 40 minutes to arrive, I do not know. Food also tasted horrible. To reiterate, customer service was mediocre. 3/4 staff stood at the full area chatting away, no one to ask if the food was okay, or if we wanted more drinks. Will not be coming back to this place.

This place is truly beautiful especially when you realise how many people have left their mark on the walls when traveling/visiting Prague. The walls are plenty of white little stickers with some details of the travelers. Beers are good, food I would say is ok. I usually go during weekends and some live music is played during the evening. I recommend it in the overall, the atmosphere is different compared to other places. However, the sad note is the service. Sometimes rude, sometimes information are missing, it's pretty confusing for a traveler to know about the rules of the place so it would be better to tell in advance. In general, ask at counter at the main entrance if you see waiters not approaching to your table. Enjoy it!

It was a weekday lunch and hardly any other customers. With a party of 7, we had a number of meals. They were served staggered over a 30 minute time span. Service was incredibly slow. Though the menu has many foods and drinks listed, we had to order our third choice on many things. One drink never arrived and we gave up to ask for it. I wouldn't go back. The food was overpriced and only mediocre. A definite disappointment!!

One of the best places in Prague! Tasty food (both Czech traditional and European), great choice of alcohol + amazing Czech craft beers. They hold parties here, live music events often take place. The pub is awesome for gastro tours snd alcotours haha. For friends, sole travelers, familiescand couples. Thet are located just a few metres walk from the Powder Tower (the one with the clock). It's Your must-visit place in Prague! let's rock!

Forgot half of our food order. I had eaten before husbands food had even come out, and we had to follow up with server twice. Service not great. Brought no cutlery out with the food, we had to ask. Forgot part of the drinks order. Food was mediocre at best. Atmosphere was nice. Would not come back for food. Seems to get good reviews, perhaps a bad night.

Ordered food, waited an hour for it, after waiting an hour we were told that the soup was no longer available. The salad also didn’t came and the portion was really small. The person in charge became a bit defiant after the complaint. We got a small discount on the food, but that doesn't make it any better. Worst restaurant experience!

Honest David's reviews. First pub we tried in Prague... Nice and quiet (4pm so early) nice food ... Nice staff... Love the stickers . Went back two days later at 6 at night and was a bit busier. Looks like it's a good stop off place if you are on a booze trip.. Still not sure of the really high stool chairs and tables... You literally have to climb on them! Still gets a 5***** from us

It was an unlucky time to come there. Too late for Coffee (our fault), no fresh beer, cause of a problem with the CO2 gas, while most of the people still got some beers . The Lengroni we got was good but the Aperol Spritz was very thin. Ambient and personal were good, but still not a good experience.

Great place, great food and great service! Went with friends, we were 12 people in total but they managed to fit us all in. The foods were delicious and we only had to wait 20 minutes for it. The beers and cocktails were also amazing and were delivered fast. We went on a friday night there were live music and a great vibe overall. Good place for partying and gatherings!

The service and food ok, nice atmosphere outside. However the only place in Prague where I was almost forced to leave a tip when paying by credit card - did that in cash as I don´t like this approach. The Euro-Koruna rate if paying with € is the worst around so not advisable.

Good selection of drinks especially the Beznoska. Food is a bit pricey. Staff not overly friendly. Layout of seating / table area is small and compact. We sat at one of the larger tables and were told to move to a smaller table as the table we picked was meant for a party of six and shortly after we were moved, a party of 3 were allowed to sit there!!

Love this place! Amazing prices, cocktails and super friendly staff, one of the nicest espresso martinis I’ve had and I’m saying that as a bartender myself! Music is great and love the lights. We made a fun drinking game too where you say the name of someone on a sticker and your partner guesses where they’re from, if they wrong they drink!

The place is ok, the barmans however terribly bad. Treat you like if they are doing a favor to you, prefer to chat rather than get your drink. When they get your drink, good luck knowing if it is yours or whoms...id you ask them they say "I don't know" so won't even bother to verify your ticket. Aside from that the place is OK.

Cons- Food took ages to arrive. Told we couldn't have certain menu items and then we saw others having them. Staff made us feel like we were a burden rather than valued customers. Pros- Decent location. Beer was fine One or two of the staff were nice.

Really nice bar with good live music and great atmosphere. The walls are decorated with little stickers. You can write your name and country on the sticker and add it to the wall. It was interesting to see so many people from different countries leave their mark on those walls. Such a creative idea!

This bar has an extremely relaxed atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and the music is also really fitting (mostly classical rock, sometimes there's even live music). The prices were alright, the beer was really good though! 5/5, highly recommended for someone looking for a cozy bar

This bar has an amazing scenery of stickers and great music. When you come in, you immediately see stickers all the way up to the ceiling and you can leave your own as well. They have a great variety of beer and the waiters are extremely nice. Definitely coming back here a next time!

They steal your money !!! Avoid or be careful when you pay because they add extra drinks on your order although you did not order them so watch out. The cashier could also avoid misogynistic comments when you order. One star for the bartenders

Really fun bar in prague off a quite street. We were the during quiet times but I can imagine what the bar would be like when it is full and the live music is playing Great selection of drinks including a very nice apa. My girlfriend also loved her long Island cocktail

Me and my partner came to Prague at the beginning of March and found this hidden gem. Amazing atmosphere, great music and the most amazing bar tender, Danil, who remembered us every day we came in and even had our order down to a tee. Highly recommend

A nice bar that has their own stickers where you can write down what you're drinking and from whitch country you come from. Then you will stick the sticker on the wall. Funny idea hahaha. One thing was a pity: Temperature in the pub itsef was to high.

In this bar we mix the Irish pub side and the wacky side of Prague. We find pretty soft green light. When I came there were singers and it was super nice. We had a few drinks before leaving. The meals looked appetizing but we didn't have time to eat

Lovely experience, the atmosphere was amazing and the board game room in the back (without music, a great plus for playing games) was brewing with fun. It quickly became our go-to bar to meet up, even though I was only there for a few days.

It was awesome here ! They have a good beer here and also the food was very good! I will be back here for sure!

We went twice in one day. Service during the day was upbeat, fun and chilled. Went later, not too busy and the lady was a little abrasive and not particularly friendly. The singer was OK for a Tuesday eve. Food during the day was lovely!

It’s a nice place if you are looking for having a few drinks - But if you wish to eat you will be disappointed. Everything we ordered was fabric made, from potato nuggets to frozen pizza heated in an oven. Eat before you arrive.. :)

Nice bar, driven by russians. Life-music every evening, good food, but unfortunatelly they were out of drinks on that day... I don't know how a bar can run out of drinks, but apparently it's happening here sometimes.

I really liked this place. It was not ideal (they didn't have a coffee :)), but I don't need the ideal. Nice stuff, interesting interior, live music, great cocktails, tasty food, normal prices. Great experience.

Great little Irish bar, food was lovely and they have the walls full of stickers where you can write your name and where you're from to leave your mark. Try the burgers from this place they're tasty!

Live music almost every night and in the connected cafe you can rent out games for under 1 euro an hour's and play loads of cool stuff. Most of the goty are also there. Lovely for board game night.

Gastro Bar 1401 Praha is a combination of great music, good food and friendly people. Me along with two friends were here and we loved the atmosphere.

Really nice bar, we went their to have a drink on a Monday night, they were a life concert, it was really nice. The barman was nice too. I recommend!
