I would give a zero. You take your plane in for repair the next thing you know is the FAA is out regarding your plane (not for illegal activity nor for an active investigation). This is a fishing expedition, which is unfair. In the US, you have rights such as to privacy (FAA had to get information from inside - which is a privacy violation). They are just like a car mechanic in ripping you off if they get more money out of you. The FAA view is guilt till prove innocent. I seem to remember in the US states it is different (innocent till proven guilt). Please go some somewhere else and spare yourself the headache or be prepared to defend your airplane.

First Class Outfit. i met Kurt Willman when I was washing my plane and was impressed with the shop cleanliness and his acumen. When I had a hard nose-wheel landing I let Kurt have the contract to replace it. He was upfront about being very busy and "yes" the wait was very long. However, I feel 100% confident that my plane was repaired to the highest aviation standards. I want to commend and recommend Kurt, Doug and Libby. I also want to thank Kathy in the front office for being available and navigating this very complex repair to it's end. Thanks again. It's been a pleasure to work with Gate One.

I’ll keep it simple. Go somewhere else! What an absolute train wreck! From the maintenance shop, to the public hanger storage THIS facility has horrible service. No accountability whatsoever. Avoid the scam and dishonesty of GateOne. Nice and helpful to get you in the door and boom what a mess! the last straw for me is when they ran something into the prop of my airplane and then completely denied it. There were many more problems and situations I will not share publicly

Aunque no estuve mucho tiempo la Arquitectura es bastante bonita el personal fue amable, aunque algunos no mucho ya que para todo piensan que eres traficante nosotros llevábamos a mi hermana de 2 años la cual necesitaba fórmula para bebé y una oficial nos estuvo viendo feo y pedía que probáramos la leche y entiendo la situación pero creo qué hay maneras de decir las cosas, llego otra oficial Latina y mejor ella nos atendió

What a great FBO! The staff at Gate One goes above and beyond to help their customers. Great mechanics and line personnel. Great office staff and always helping with a smile. If you land here and need a hotel or a car just call ahead and all of your request will be waiting for you. I personally can not say enough good this about G.O. All the staff has help me in more ways than I can count. Thanks everyone at G.O.
