Unprofessional. Very disappointed that I was overcharged. I attach my receipt so you can see the name of the operator and the route. I was rushing and had not taken this route for a few years, so I just paid. On the bus, another passenger told me I should have paid 30 or 35k ugx from Kampala to Ntungamo, not 45k ugx. Also, I asked if there were seatbelts on the bus. He said no (but did not answer that question until AFTER I had paid). The thing is: the bus DID have seatbelts! On the positive side, I felt the driving was okay (until the last ten minutes drive to Kabale, where the driver went like a rocket. In those hills? On those bends?) I had paid to go to Ntungamo then added on 10k on bus to continue to Kabale. I have separate receipt for that. The bus was absolutely filthy by the time we arrived. There was a very small rubbish bin that was kicked over all the time. Staff were only present on bus twice: to check tickets and collect money. This bus is often late - 45 mn approx. Sometimes they can forget to give you a ticket. They lose a lot of time with letting all these people sell stuff and preach for was it not religion. They could also put a garbage in the front so passenger don’t put the garbage in the floor…. And put advertising for people to wait untill they get out to put the garbage in the bin. Besides that, it’s the only way to go to karamoja. So it’s fine. But there is place for improvement webale

Me and my family had a terrible experience with Gateway bus no. Plate UAU 951B. Bus got issues on our way to kabale, it parked in mbarara and they did not communicate earlier that it had issues. We got to know after an hour. The staff were not concerned at all. They did not give us a refund of our money and left us stranded in the middle of the night.

I wish there was a zero star. I was traveling to Mbarara from Kampala and a conductor named Allan(mutooro) on board UAU951B harrased me and the co-manager was looking on. No help was rendered as I even decided to get off the bus from Masaka after paying 30k

Please note their booking office is located at namayiba bus park. And so is their terminals. This location I believe I best for western routes only but confirm with booking office
