One of the worst agents who called BILAL BEHLOULI is extremely rude and unprofessional employee there. No skills no customer service. He does not deserve that position at that agency at all. My advise to your agency is to replace this guy (BILAL BEHLOULI) with someone else who deserves it and who is able to handle the situations and the customers, because as per what I understood he has personal issues with people and that does not match the standard of your agency. Unsatisfactory unfortunately and I Will keep sending negative comments and emails to this agency about this poor guy (BILAL BEHLOULI)
