SCAM STORE + Horrible Customer Service You sold me a damaged ring and all your staff refused for any resize, refund, exchange or compensation. The store manager even tried to convince me that the scratches on the ring were normal, as if selling damaged jewellery was normal. The Business Development Director Anupam Mishra kept saying that he wants to make it up to us by giving us an exchange while we had been REPEATEDLY STRESSED that we DEMANDED A FULL REFUND. He's blind and deaf to the customers demands. Plus, they constantly delete all the bad comments on Facebook. You put your stores at the airport restricted areas so that people cannot go back for any problems easily. They always put it on their tongues that they work hard to keep customers happy. But you can tell that they don't work hard to keep us happy, they work hard to kick us out of the stores after scamming us Shame on you. Your business will go BANKRUPT soon, Dirty Indians. A première vue, cette bijouterie propose de beaux bijoux mais mon expérience m’a fait changé d’avis. La bague achetée devait être fabriquée à ma taille mais au lieu de cela, c’est la bague en magasin qui a été raccourcie. Sauf que de par la complexité de la bague, elle a été livrée avec des défauts. Retour en boutique mais la deuxième livraison n’était toujours pas satisfaisante. J’ai donc demandé son remboursement. Dommage, j’attendais un bijou de qualité. J’aurais préféré qu’on me dise qu’il y avait un problème plutôt que de me livrer une bague dans cet état. Sans compter le temps perdu en trajet et les frais engagés de l’étranger à Bruxelles. Le point positif est qu’ils ont accepté de rembourser sans problème.

Awful customer service. I would even give zero stars if it was possible. We asked for my engagement ring to be changed, ordered a model, and were promised the replacement ring would be ready in 3 weeks at most. This was in August, and still no news from them. We had two appointments with the sales person which were not respected, and everytime we asked for someone to talk to, no one was able to track our order as there are no references even in intern. Wouldn't buy anything from them again.

Had a lovely experience in the Grand Place at Gautams. Dheeraj was so helpful in finding the perfect engagement ring, he even walked us over to the other store to take a look at other rings to make sure we picked the right one and were happy with our choice. He even recommended a different style ring to meet our requirements. Thank you Dheeraj with your recommendations the rings is absolutely perfect. We will be back for the wedding rings.

Very poor customer service. Bought engagement ring in their airport store. Sent it back to be resized. They returned a ring that was out of shape, with clasps missing and diamonds dull. Dealing with them is impossible, had to hassle them to offer a replacement. They eventually agreed to do that. Weeks later and now they're ignoring my emails. My advice would be to be very cautious about using this company.

Such a wonderful experience, staff was very friendly and explained us a lot about diamonds. We bought a beautiful diamond ring with them a few weeks ago, the quality has been superb and we will definitely come back to this store for our future jewlery purchases. I have come here over 20years and I never had a single complaint. Definitely the best Store in Town to buy Diamonds. I personally prefer them over Antwerp, as they are much more customer orientated and often receive better prices and quality then I use to in Antwerp. Hence my 5 stars to them

I'd give zero stars if that were possible. Have issues, live thousands of miles away, no reponse either by phone or email. This store lacks even the most rudimentary understanding of customer service.
