Towards the end of December I took in a stray cat clearly in need of help and wanted to get her health checked out quickly before introducing her to my other animals. We were able to make a same day appointment and our first visit exam fee was waived which was great. We were told she had a clean bill of health and was in need of being spayed. With more time I chose to take her to my family vet for this and boy am I glad I did. We were told that she had a heart murmur so significant that you could feel it from simply touching her and it was “deafening” upon auscultation of her heart. With that we were also told that due to the condition of her heart she would likely not survive being put under anesthesia. My question is... how do you miss that if you did a physical examination? I can feel it myself when I’m holding her. If we would’ve taken her back to be spayed at this clinic we may not have her at all today. A less than 5 minute assessment is not sufficient... if my exam fee wasn’t waived would they have actually examined my cat? I would not take any of my animals here again. I suggest you do the same.

I have been taking my Golden retriever here since he was a puppy and everyone is so kind and I certainly feel like my dog has received the best care. He is 3 years old and has had all his vaccines through this place as well as his neuter surgery when he was about 1 year old. They did such a good job with him and he healed extremely well. I encountered my first sick pet visit because he was shaved too close at the groomers and developed a hot spot that got infected. Dr. Chris Robinette is so awesome and super friendly. I happened to be going in for a tech visit for a follow up vaccine shot and I told the tech my concern about his skin and They were able to add a doctor visit in that same visit. He was seen right away and given the appropriate treatment and he’s already feeling so much better. The pet prime membership allowed me to only have to cover the cost of the medications that visit. This place is wonderful and personable. I will continue to take Murphy here.

They always can get you in if your animal is sick and needs quick attention. Best vets that describe what is wrong with them, how to care for your pet, and really friendly and helpful. Free beverages like coke, sprite, dr. Pepper, water. Seems really clean since fairly new location. Next to Kroger so convenient if you need to grab something real quick, or you have a second person with you. The appointments seem so efficient, which I appreciate. I think they have a cold laser therapy if your dog gets an injury. I have a dachshund, so he needed treatment, but that was before they got the machine at this location. I I like this location, not too busy or overwhelming. Real easy and I’m and out.

Elderly neighbor's sadly passed away. several cat's were thrown out and abandoned. This stray one connected with me. Being extremely allergic to pet dander, we still bonded, I love this cat. I can't have any cat in my home So , I brought Annabelle to the Geist Pet Wellness Clinic for much needed preventative vaccines and a check up, etc. Whom humorously did confirm... My Annabelle is now .... I decided to name (HIM) Flannel I felt very comfortable and relaxed . I could tell they seriously cared about animals!!! I will be referring all friends, and family to this animal clinic. ❤️ Because we want the best for all of our critters!!!❤️

My wife & I recently adopted a 5 year old Scottie Terrier named "Willie". We first visited Binford Wellness Clinic to get Willie thoroughly examined & to be sure his shots were up to date. Two days later Willie found a plastic clothes hanger & chewed the ends off of it! Binford Clinic couldn't get us in but Geist Clinic could! Like Binford, Geist Clinic's staff is AWESOME! Their care & services are second to none! We opted to have Willie x-rayed just to be sure of no blockage & or tumors (he passed the clothes pin tips the next morning). Again, the Geist Clinic & staff are truly wonderful!

My dog got a tick on him and I called the Geist Clinic - they were able to get him seen within an hour, and were so comforting, educational, supportive and kind. The vets who saw me were so caring with my dog and made the whole visit easy and quelled all my fears of the various diseases. They provided me with the options for treatment as well as the pros and cons of the different choices in a way that made it easy to move forward. This place provides great service and I'm so grateful for the care we received. Plus they offered the first visit free! Thank you again

Leila (my dog) and I were VERY pleased with our first visit to Geist Pet Wellness Clinic. We have been to the Binford location previously and they were nice, but the location was more crowded and overwhelming. This location was so clean and everyone was so nice. Carmen met us at the door and took great care of us the entire time. They helped her get up to date on shots, gave checkup, and clipped nails. They have easy canine pet wellness package with checkup and all shots for $125. It was a pain free process for her. We plan on going back!

I just moved to the area and we were looking for a reputable vet clinic to take our 5 babies. Everyone was up to date on shots, but we had one little guy that needed to go in. I called and was able to get a same day appointment! Everyone was so kind! The office was super clean, and we weren't left waiting for any time at all. They were sweet to my baby and understood our concerns, answered our questions thoroughly, and the price so so reasonable. I think its safe to say we found our new vet. :)

I had never used this clinic before but when I called to make an appointment for a semi-emergency for my cat, Raven, they were able to accommodate me and scheduled me to bring him in within an hour. I was very fearful because my cat had never been sick, but they did a thorough exam of him and also explained everything they were doing and answered all of my questions to ease my concerns. Everybody I interacted with was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend this clinic.

I just left the pet wellness clinic. We are normally customers at the Binford location however our dog has severe back pain and we needed to get him in right away. This Location had an appointment for us right away and was extremely helpful and wonderful with our older dog. He can be quite a handful sometimes as he is a grumpy old man. And they were so patient with us! All in all I had the perfect experience! The staff was WONDERFUL! Thanks again let wellness!

The staff were beyond amazing. Very informative, listened to all of our concerns. The tech was super awesome. The dr was on point. The communication exceeded my expectations. My baby had all her vaccinations and was microchipped and didn’t mind a bit. They have amazing tactics for distracting your pet so that they can get the job done. I thoroughly enjoyed the visit. I dare not fail to mention the cleanliness and sanitation is top tier.

My dog was coughing for about a week and I wanted to get her seen. I called my other dog's vet and they told me they didn't have an opening for 2.5 weeks. I went online and schedule an appointment for my dog 2 days out which was the first day I could schedule for. I got a phone call the next day and they offered to see my dog that day because of my concern. Caring and compassionate when treating my dog. Would recommend!

Absolutely the Vet you're looking for. My dog Ori, had to have emergency hysterectomy. Dr.Robinette and his staff, went out of their way to insure, that I was able to get the surgery done, and that she made it through the surgery successfully. Never had a vet show so much care for the relationship between pet and owner. These guys are the Best!!! Ori and I thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!!!

This was our first visit to this site, as we live closer to the 116th/Olio location. However one of our young cats needed to be seen asap. So pleased that one office able to make appt at another locale and when we got there they we ready for us. Everything explained and she was taken care of quickly. They made sure we were comfortable with taking her home after and given instructions. Thank you.

Took our newly adopted puppy, Luna, in for her first visit yesterday. Could not have been happier with the entire experience. From scheduling the appointment, seeing the doctor, to the follow up after, every single person I came in contact with was welcoming, knowledgeable and extremely caring. This is the third location in the Pet Wellness Clinic family that I have gone to. All are top notch!

The staff is always super friendly, clinic is always clean, and I can typically get in for an appointment same day. I have worked with Dr. Burdine each time that I have visited and she has been knowledgeable, professional, and pays attention to every symptom that I bring up. I experienced quick and efficient service. I had to change veterinarian clinics altogether and was given a slot for the following day after calling. Convenient location and personable staff. Since I was a brand new client my exam/consult fees were waived which was great! Received text day after my cats exam to see how she was doing too. Feel good about doing business there.

I have three dogs, and recently moved to the area. I'm glad I found Geist Pet Wellness Clinic. I love the staff, and Dr. Robinette is awesome! He always takes the time and answers any questions I have. He is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my dog's issue, when other doctors could not figure out what was wrong and turned me away. Glad I found this place.

I took my dog here because he was having issues with his prostate. I had taken him to previous vets, but just wanted a second opinion. Geist and the staff are so welcoming and very kind. Not only that, but I was expecting to pay a lot of money for him to be seen/treated. I was SO surprised that my bill was fairly cheap. I will definitely keep bringing my pup back!

My pups just LOVE visiting the staff at Geist Pet Wellness! They take such great care of my dogs and treat them like family. Was my first experience with this place. Brought my two cats in for a checkup and updated vaccines. They were professional, quick and spoke with me on all my concerns. They didn’t try to push for extra or unnecessary things. And the cost! It was way less expensive than I had planned it to be. Definitely will be bringing the cats back as needed.

The staff here is friendly, the service is great. We have been taking our pets to the Pet Wellness clinics for many years and have received excellent care. Many of the staff have really enjoyed seeing and getting to know our cats, going back many years starting at the 71st Street location. Highly recommended!

Annie, my undetermined age dachsund, received excellent care and attention, she left with 3 missing teeth, but a white smile and breath that allows her to get all the love she deserves. I will be bringing her back, because if you saw her before and after smile pictures you would be amazed.

We have been holding off on taking Bernard in for his regular nail trim for as long as we could. Geist Pet Wellness really made it simple today with curbside service (due to COVID-19). He's a happy boy and no more nail snags as he's tearing around the house. Thanks for the great service!

In search of a new vet, we tried the Geist PWC. We were pleased that they didn’t request to run multiple tests like Banfield did and that the staff was wonderful. So happy to have this clinic in our back yard.
