Great laundromat. Its always clean and the employees are always friendly and helpful. Its gets pretty busy because everyone loves a good laundry facility. Its nice to have other stores near to run errands or shop a little while the clothes are drying.

The manager of this laundry mat is so wonderful, she was super helpful and attentive and sweet the whole time we were here. The place is super clean and they have fair priced supplies you can buy just in case you forget your own. 10/10 experience.

This coin laundry is full of new-looking washing machines and none older. You have a choice of cold, warm, or hot water temps or a "Delicates" cycle by turning a dial, and "extra soil" and "extra rinse" options are available with the touch

This laundry facility is clean, well lit, and attended to by helpful and friendly staff. They also have new machines, tables and laundry carts. If you happen to run short of your laundry supplies, you can even pick some up there at a fair

I’ve been going there since the new owners took over about 2 years and really I like the Customer Service & Cleanliness but it’s ridiculous how long the A/C has been out all summer long more than 3 months especially with all the money

Wonderful laundry facility. The entire place is super clean and the machines are newer and really clean and well maintained. They have a variety of detergent for sale in case you forgot yours or don’t want to buy an huge bottle.

This laundromat was super clean, even the bathrooms. It costs $3.75 for small/medium washer, which fits quite a lot. The dryers are AMAZING! It dried my clothes in 20 minutes ($1). Highly recommend this place!

Was good and quick, did 2 loads wash and dry in just over an hour. Was clean and well lit and friendly helpful ppl run it.. plus they have soap and fabric softener there..

Today was my first time at Genesis Coin Laundry and I was quite impressed! Very clean, plenty of chairs to sit, ample rolling carts to utilize and two coin machines.

let me tell ya my dryer broke so I had to hit the laundry mat.They got brand new dryers that really dry your clothes in like 15 mins check it out

It’s super clean, not packed at all. The people are really nice and everyone is super sweet!!! Would 1000% recommend!!! They also speak Spanish.

I don’t know where these 5 star reviews are coming from. The dryers do not work, and a single wash load is $6.00. I would never go back.

This is one of the cleanest laundromats in Jacksonville! There are a good amount of washers and dryers, in working order.
