Wonderful. Great service, unconventional help, quick appointment, no waiting time. It's great that I was able to extend my passport here in Charlotte. That was at the new address in Uptown (112 South Tryon Street). Many, many thanks to the team with Ms. Völkel and the Honorary Consul von Hennigs.
