Edit: Changing the review that i was asked to give right then and there in front of the tech which is now their policy, which is way to awkward to write an honest review. I also did not appreciate that we had a miscommunication - when I asked for a quote over the phone I was told the charge just for them to come out. When they arrived to unlock the car they attempted to charge me $80, much higher than the normal going rate of $60, and only when I was willing to walk away did they decide that $60 was a fine price. They were, however, quick to arrive and did get the job done right in about 30 seconds, though I've never had a locksmith who didn't. Original review: Quick and did a great job!

We got locked out of an apartment with a smart lock that locks automatically after 30 seconds. There was no way to get back in. The person who lives in the apartment had left her keys, key fob, and cell phone in her apartment as she was saying bye to friends. After sending a message through Yelp, Nick called. He showed up in about 20 minutes, which we appreciated, especially since it was late in the evening on a Saturday. He was completely professional and fun to talk to while he worked. He was able to unlock the door in less than 10 minutes. It was really impressive. Definitely would recommend. Hopefully won’t need again, but will call if we do.

Terrible customer service. I called them 3 times for an appointment at the store, they told me they would call me back, and they never did. When I called the 4th time they pretended I never called (though I dialed the same number from my cell phone each time). They told me I called the wrong number. Then they immediately told me they could not copy my key (when I said it was for a door on my boat) without giving it a chance and look at a picture first. Very rude, had no intention to help me.

Pushy service once he arrived. Tried to really upsell. I was paying cash and fixed a price before he even started. After he finished he said I would need to give a 5 star review or I would need to pay more despite an agreed final price before even starting the work. Very aggressive and most reviews if it was like my experience are likely coerced and not genuine. He only backed off once I said I would call the police.

My neighbor locked herself out of apartment and I got on phone to find a close locksmith. Wow, what an incredible service to the rescue. After I called main number, Ashley called right back and was here in four minutes. She then magically opened the door in less than a minute. She was so professional, patient, and kind. Thank you, Ashley, for making this experience so stressless! And, the cost was very reasonable.

I went to this location so they can help me fix my car key remote. Their only female representative was EXTREMELY nice and helpful. Edan the technician was exceptional professional and fast. He fixed my car remote and programmed it on the spot! No need to go to the dealership and spend an arm and a leg! This place is very reasonably priced and fast! I will definitely refer all my friends and family to them!!

Simply amazing. You can tell when a company truely enjoys the work they are doing and customer service is their number one priority. Went into the shop on Bissonnet to get a key made and the speed, quality, and overall experience was phenomenal. Edan was great fast and reliable. I normally don't do reviews but he was great. I unfortunately lost my key inside my damn car and literally don't know where it went. Called and got quotes from edan and he cut me a deal since the other places would be more. Came out got me keys made for a good deal considering. Thanks man you were great

A friend recommended me to this company & im glad he did. He called me to let me know where th shop is at but unfortunately I was at work. Eden came after work hours and still managed to give me a brand new key for my Jeep Laredo. Very fast service , key was done in about 10 minutes!! I definitely recommend this company!!

I called this place and after speaking with their operstor I was able to get a call back from the technician who was okay with me coming into the office. I am really happy they have an actual physical adress and they gentleman was very polite and got my key cut very fast!! Awesome service!! Thank you!!!
