Giant always give me bad perception. Lack of cashier, and the staff there are useless. I just pushed out my trolley from the cashier and my "Giant" brand drinking water is leaking. The water is dripping and he still ask me mana mana? I sincerely asked him to exchange with me. After he brought out the NEW one, there's an empty space for the drinking water carton, he put it in, then change to put in on my wet pouch cat good. * I non stop said thank you to him*. I, with my full treated manicured hand have to re-pick up the carton and put the to the existing/ proper space. He just left without looking at me and without any facial expression.

Giant Hypermarket Prima Perai officially closed at 22 July 2018. Sadly enough, it was really my only option to shop for groceries for a frequent 3-5 times a week there. It's convenient and wasn't crowded and has a lot of free parking. There's Guardian, Muslimin Clothes Boutique, Bahulu, Mobile Phone, Mobile Top up, Mini Local Restaurant, Amusement, and Child Playground. I'm sad to see it go.

I give a 2-star rating and I will still go to shop for my groceries. Their main problem is employee turnover rate. Too many untrained new staffs. Other than that, shopping there is pretty good as they usually don't have too many customers. Thus, they also have enough parking space.

Brands are limited. Certain normal items can be expensive compared to other hypermarket or supermarket. Cintan non-fried noodle 550g selling at RM5.07 vs. Billion Supermarket selling at RM3.90. Nescafe 3 in 1 30 sticks selling at RM14.30 vs. Billion Supermarket selling at RM12.90.

Place is almost deserted. Except for a handful of shops, there's nothing to be seen here. No food options at all since the KFC moved out. If you have grocery shopping in mind, fine but do look out for the expiry dates on the products.

Look out for value buys and plenty of parking. Good for those who find walking difficult because it's flat and no steps to go up.

No longer available..it is closed..people living in the surrounding having difficulties to buy groceries and house holds …

Quick shopping can be done here and the cashier would help in putting goods in ppastic bags. They are friendly and helpful.

The info is misleading. Google state that it still open. Found out later that it's already officially closed in 2018.

Parking slot never been easy, perhaps less crowds. Quick drop by and shop with ease. No long queue.

Some sections here are worth purchasing for example the bread section is really value for money.

Just a supermarket that sells varies of stuff compared to other local supermarket like Pacific.

Though Giant is a big Hpermarket chain in Malaysia but the items price here seems to be high
