POOR BAD SERVICE THE MAIN BOSS WITH GLASSES TRIES TO RIP OFF PEOPLE BY BLACKMAILING THEM INTO BUYING ITEMS FROM THERE STORE TO USE THEIR PAY ZONE WHICH THEY GET COMMISSIONS FOR EACH TIME THEY USE THEIR PAYZONE MACHINE TO PAY A BILL! THE BOSS TOLD ME THE PAYZONE IS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY SO I HAVE TO PURCHASE SOMETHING FROM THEIR OVERPRICED SHOP TO USE THE PAYZONE SERVICE WHICH THEY GET COMMISSION’S PAID FOR EACH BILL PAYMENT! I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS INFORMATION FROM OTHER STORES I WENT DOWN THE ROAD TO MALIKS OFF LICENSE DIDNT BUY ANYTHING AND THEY HAPPILY PUT MONEY ONTO MY GAS CARD POOR SERVICE AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BILLLS TO BE REJECTED! I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO PAY ZONE AS YOU ARE AWARE THAT YOU ARE NOT BY LAW ALLOWED TO BLACKMAIL CUSTOMERS TO BUY ITEMS FROM YOUR STORE TO USE THE PAY ZONE SERVICE WHICH YOU GET COMMISSIONS FOR! WHY DO YOU HAVE IT IN YOUR SHOP IF YOU ARE TRYING TO CON CUSTOMERS YOU GET PAID BY PAYZONE TO USE THEIR SERVICE IN YOUR STORE TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS FOR BILL PAYMENTS AND GET PAID I WILL BE REPORTING THIS SO YOU WONT HAVE A PAY ZONE SIGN POSTED OR MACHINE IN UR SHOP!!! BAD SERVICE!

Been coming here recently quite often and they have ripped me off a couple of times because staff don’t know how to add the total price up and end up charging me extra a pound or two , I went today and the man charged me extra pound and than had the cheek to say I owe 59p when I’m fact I had spent another £1 instead and I would only realise til afterwards and than don’t want to face confrontation and go back and I bought a sandwich and only realised it was expired by the time I got home they should make sure that the sandwiches are up to date so for my experience so far I feel as though I should stop shopping there

The shop’s stated open and closing times on here and on the door of the shop both match. The shop however is always closed by 8pm or even at times 7pm! It doesn’t open at 6am in the morning as stated either, it’s a nightmare, if you have changed your open and closing times then update them on your shop door and google. Terrible customer service as this has went on for weeks now, i can confirm as i live in the area.

This place has gone down the line badly when dave and buncie had this shop thay was friendly and had a laugh and a joke with there loyal customers these who have it now you be lucky to get one word out of them

Made an enquiry, the guy hung up⁉️ When I'd tried to call back, the automated message informed me 'the other person is on another call'. Try elsewhere

Avoid if you're a female student. Youngest employee has been very creepy and inappropriate on numerous occasions

The guy with glasses at the checkout always tries to rip people off. Don’t come here or be careful when paying.
