I sent a quote request on Yelp to plumbers in the Chula Vista area for a plumbing emergency. Edgar from Go Plumbing and More was one of the first respondents and assured me that a technician would be there the same day to evaluate of the problem. Within a few hours, Christian was at my home and pinpointed the leak in my sink. Upon request, Christian looked at the faucets and toilets in my home and found a few other issues in need of repair. The leak was resolved and repaired the same day and new fixtures were installed the following day. I was so pleased with Christian’s friendliness, professionalism, knowledge, and promptness of service that I had him come out the following week to replace all the old angle stops in my home for peace of mind. I cannot thank Edgar and Christian enough for being there for my plumbing emergency. When in a time sensitive situation, such as the one I experienced, it is such a blessing to know that I can count on Edgar and Christian from Go Plumbing and More to be there. Christian came to the house and installed a kitchen garbage disposal for us. He installed the device in less than 20 minutes and left the work area cleaner than he found it! Before leaving he asked us if we needed anything else, and we had him check the toilet in the front bathroom. He smiled and said oh this is easy and fixed our toilet with new parts in under 15 minutes. Christian was honest, friendly and knows his craft. We have used Go Plumbing and more for years and HIGHLY recommend them to everyone. These guys have been in the game for over 20 years and put their community before profits. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!

First time using Go Plumbing and it was a great experience. We were able to provide pictures of the problem and got a quick quote over the phone. First time to use Go Plumbing and more and was recommended by my neighbor. I called at 8 am and Edgar was very professional and set up for a technician to come out between 9 and 10. I was up dated by txt and when Christian would arrive. Christian was professional and respectful of your home. He fixed our two problems and explained everything he had done. He did everything in a timely manner and cleaned up the area he was working before he left. He was easy to work with and had good communication with us.

Today was the first time we used their service and I have to say Christian was very very professional. I usually don't write reviews but his service was amazing. For any future plumbing, there will be a high chance that I will go with this company and highly recommend it to anyone who needs plumbing services. Christian's cheerful attitude brightened up my mood and I feel is one of the best, if not the best, contractor that I have dealt with.

Edgar was amazing. He had great communication setting up the repair, explaining what he would have to do prior to doing anything, and tips on moving forward after the repair. Loved that he communicated over phone and texts. Notified me when he was 30 minutes away, sent photos of the work before, after, and during. I had called 3 other plumbers and he had given me the lowest quote and was the friendliest. Definitely recommend!

Go Plumbing and particularly Christian did a great job repairing our toilet. He was very thorough and explained everything in detail. As a renter I don’t have much say in who they hire, but they certainly found a great company. Plus Christian even got the dog’s seal of approval :)
