First of all, I got a whastapp message telling me that they wanted to drop the car at my hotel the evening before the date set up. I told them that I rented the car from august 10th and cannot be at my hotel on the evening. They answered me back that they were expecting me at the office at 9 am. I told them that I rented the car from 8 am and 9 am was too late given that I wanted to leave early on the morning. The guy tried to discuss about traffic jam and then gave up because I kept telling him that I wanted the car at 8 am. It was so terrible locating the desk office ! I think it took at least 15 minutes locating it onsite. Then we waited at least more minutes because the guy in charge of giving me the key was late. The worst part is coming: because I handed over a debit card, the guy told me he couldn't give me the car unless I made a 500 RM cash deposit. I wasn't expecting that ! I gave him 500 RM cash and asked him how I would have my cash back given that I was to drop off the car at KLIA (the airport). He told me that I would have the cash refunded there with his colleague's help. I have to admit I have quite doubtful about that but hey, I had no other choice. Among other things, his English was quite hard to understand. I had issue trying to understand what he was saying. When I thought I was set up, he told me that I was not covered with a full insurance and tried to make me pay for an extra covering. I had to point out that the voucher I carried said " YOU DON'T NEED TO BUY ANY ADDITIONAL INSURANCE AT RENTAL DESK". He was disappointed but he finally gave up because I did not gave up first. Because I paid the whole reservation with my debit card, I had to pay an extra 3% charge over the whole invoice, so instead of 1525 RM, I paid 1575 RM. Last but not least, the drop-off process was a hard one too because the guy at the airport "forgot" to bring money so we had to wait for him to go to the ATM, with no proof he would come back with our deposit. He finally came back with our 500 RM deposit and we could end up with all the rental process.

My experience with Goso couldn’t have gone any better..it was my first time hiring a car in Malaysia, and thankfully everything went smoothly. Mo had helped me with every step from the start and ensured that I had everything sorted. The car was extremely clean, everything happened on time, and the car was an amazing drive. Even when I returned the car after a couple of days, I decided last second that I needed another car, which Mo was able to accommodate me once again. It was the easiest experience and I will easily choose to stick with them. I recommend Goso and Mo very highly. Really good hire car company!!. It’s a bit confusing at first as you meet the chap at wherever your pick up location is (not a normal office/counter/desk) and then you complete all your paperwork in the car and then off you go. The gentleman that dropped it to us spoke great English and was really kind and helpful. The same applies for handing the car back you arrange a time and place to meet and drop your car off. This was a little bit different to what we are used to but it worked really well. They use watsapp as their means of communication and are super helpful. We also happened to get a brand new car so it was super clean and comfortable. I would really recommend.

Overall a good service. Pros: 1. Car was brand new, very clean, had a nice smell 2. We didn't need to make a deposit for the car 3. We asked a bunch of questions during the meet up and later in our travels, support was great Cons: 1. We took a full gas tank, same gas was expected at drop off, we just payed in cash for missing gas and it was ok 2. We agreed to return the car at 22:00, but on on return day we were asked to return it at 18:00 because that's when they close, barely made it in time 3. Person who came to pick up the car asked for 30 MYR as a delivery service, we were not told anything of the sort so we said no, he didn't pursue this any further

I had a pleasant service from GoSo Rent A Car, no fuss no hassle. The rental car was sent to me personally at the airport. Syed was the gentleman who drove the car to the meet up point which was the carpark at the arrival level. Very friendly and professional! The rental car was a Proton 7Seater, powerful and easy to drive, clean comfortable. It also had a phone holder for use of GPS for driving which helped a lot, and thats a plus! As I'm not alocal, so GPS is a must! Drove for 3 days in KL within city and suburb, dropped off the car at the same pick-up point, couldn't ask for more! Highly recommend GoSo! Do go for them!

Очень понравилась фирма и подход сотрудников. Наша бронь в другой компании была отменена, поэтому искали возможность забронировать в центре города. Бронировал машину на почти 2 недели + дополнительная страховка (франшиза 1000 ренггит в случае страхового случая). Взяли обычный Proton с автоматической коробкой передач. Проехали 1200 км, всё хорошо работало по машине нет вопросов. Сотрудник компании даже предлагал бесплатно забрать авто с парковки наших апартаментов. Absolutely professional guys, did my booking online, it turned out the car that I pre-booked wasn't powerful enough for my destination so they offered me a nice upgrade at a reasonable price. The car had originally few minor scratches when I rented it and they didn't try to play around with that when I returned it. The car was well maintained and reliable, perfect for a family travel. Pelayanan bagus. Kereta juga bagus dan bersih. Harga standart. Dan yang terpenting tidak banyak rules dan tidak ribet. Di perusahaan lain ada max batas kilometer tapi disini tidak. Mungkin deposit aja yang terlalu banyak yaitu 500RM. Mungkin bisa dijadikan bahan evaluasi. Agar semakin maju dan berkembang. Untuk titik di google maps banyak yang tidak update, ada beberapa titik yang sudah tidak di gunakan lagi sebaiknya di hapus saja. Saya terjebak di titik goso yang lain . Dan menghabiskan banyak waktu.

This rental location is best example of how ideal customer service should be! I mean before and after sale.The person in charge is extremely helpful and polite. He goes out of his way to make sure that customers have best experience. He makes sure the trust between both parties is important. Long story short, this car rental really convenient and is real example for car pickup and drop off, all process takes less then 5minutes. Perhaps the best car rental location I’ve ever been to across in KL

horrible experience: 1. bad communication. ignoring requests but annoying you with text msgs to confirm over and over drop-off time. 2. dirty car. sand and dirt everywhere. trash in all corners. grinding noise when shifting gears. extra loud car alarm going off suddenly when start or cut engine. 3. adding extra fees to up the price including pushing aggressively to pay for insurance.

Rented from GoSo 2 weeks ago for a 2 day trip. They were in constant communication with us from the moment we made our booking, changes to our schedule, up to the point of car return. Had an excellent service from GoSo. Had the car delivered to my hotel in KL and then I dropped off at the airport terminal car park. Was very reasonable. Car was only 5 months old. Good comms over WhatsApp. They arrange the mobile phone holder and toll card. Made the car rental very easy.

Best value for money for car rental from KLIA. Pick up and drop off very easy. Car well maintained and mine came with a choice of 2 phone holders which was useful when using the Waze app to help with directions and traffic updates.

Staff Muaz contacted me on arrival via Whatsapp n given instruction where to meet up n pick up the car at arrival hall car park. Returning the car was easy also by following their instruction. Car is relatively new n clean.
