We're a very small private business, generally we have issues setting up new programs due to our size, the time required, cost and so on can really deter a small private business from receiving efficient and low cost services. However, our group benefits plan has probably been the easiest most convenient service/program that we have ever implemented. Our advisor is on top of everything, responds very quickly, provides information and answers to my questions and concerns, when we make requests for changes its handles right away. Our employees enjoy their benefits, the cost is affordable and I've never received a single complaint from ownership or from our employees. Great company, and great staff.
