Worse experience ever they are unprofessional very rude employee will not let me speak she was putting her hand in my face to shut up when I tried to speak, after I did speak she had the nerve to say "I don't care not my problem this is lgs not agean" after all the drama and paid 400 euros a 2nd time she actually blamed the agean check in employee that it was her fault. I do not recommend them if you want to have a pleasant trip anywhere very bad on cyprus airports.

Not even a star!!! The worst company in all aspects!!! Very,very rude staff, especially Antri. She hung up the phone twice while i spoke to her, she speaks in a very bad way like you owe HER something. I don't recommend. They don't even let you talk with a higher position!! First time in my life i had to deal with such people. Very poor customer service! If you don't want your day to be ruined better choose another company!!

Ότι χειρότερο. Επιθετική συμπεριφορά δεν έχεις απαντήσεις στα ερωτήματα σου . χωρίς να γνωρίζουν τι σημαίνει Customer Service και το κυριότερο τους παίρνεις τηλέφωνο και δεν σηκώνουν ποτέ.Ρίχνουν τις ευθύνες στις αεροπορικές εταιρείες (που προφανώς πληρώνονται από αυτές).Ο ορισμός της αποτυχίας .

Very poor service. They do not answer phone or emails ever. Then at 18:10 when I try and call again I get automated response that they are closed, yet the message itself says their working hours are until 18:30

My luggage sadly never arrived at the destination airport. The woman at the lost luggage counter was very unprofessional and wasn't even able to fill in the missing report correctly. Very upset.…
