As an institution, it endures much the same way a spider's web does. It has its moments, alas when dared to delve, the cook was sitting scrolling, the manageress sat behind bar-ish area and the dull place looked as dismal. In the corner sat a lady with her stroller and a caregiver as one would at a wake. We ordered the veg sir fry, the chicken and rice; and fried noodle dish, after which the scrolling cook slunk behind the gyp rock to do his deed. Standard fare you'd expect in a Guangzhou gully, it is just as reasonably priced and caters to the lower sandwich class. The staff are well meaning and you get what you pay for.

If only you could give negative stars. We placed our order through doordash, I've ordered from this restaurant for 4 years and have known them to take 40 minutes to an hour to arrive but seeing its chinese food in a plastic container it's usually always hot. 2 and a half hours, 3 phone calls to the restaurant later the food arrives. The restaurant staff first played off that DoorDash did not give our address, OK here it is. Another hour and another phone call "yes it was dispatched and is on the way" another 30 minutes later I call in the third time to be hung up on as they laugh in the background. Plenty of other options around the area, time to reach out I suppose / End Rant

First and last time. Lack of quality and authenticity. Honey chicken was soggy, it appeared the fried rice was not fresh, in my many many years of being a honey chicken connoisseur did I ever think I would come across a chicken as wet as a cold winters morning. Honey chicken should be crispy and not saggy like my grandmother. Please also use a bell as i shouldnt have to stare aimlessly at your house rules and read it over it and over again forgetting where i even am in the first place. There is still hope though as i will give it another go on the grounds that i get that crispy goodness in ma belly.

We went there for mothers day dinner. The experience we had was bad. Very very slow service, the food didnt come out all together, it took over 1 hour to get our first meals. The service was very slow, as it was only 1 young girl who was doing everything. Its not her fault as they were heavily understaffed, she was trying her best. In 2 instances we found hair in our food. Giving us warm cans of drink. It seemed that on a special day like mothers day they would have more people working, and they seemed to prioritise uber eats orders over the customers thst were actually in the restaurant.

I ordered dinner at 6.06pm on the 18.05.23. It's now 7.29pm still no food. I was told about 1hr 10m delivery time. I called at 7.28pm to be told there only just cooking my meals. Are you for real still going to be another 20mins till my food to arrive and that's if your being honest which I don't think so. I know your food is amazing but come on your delivery isn't golden

Disappointed In the taste of the food. Fried rice....chicken chow mein.... chicken and cashews were tasteless. The only somewhat good thing was the chicken and sweet corn soup. Just very very bland and underwhelming food. The service was good and delivery was on time. For some reason all the dishes tasted the same but that shouldn't be the case. They put this dark sauce over everything. Will not order from here again sorry.

Had lunch special. Two mains with rice, either boiled or fried rice. Tasty. GOOD portions and reasonable prices. $19.00 including jasmine tea. Rest rooms could do with a GOOD clean. Meals (mains) served abt 10 min apart. Wife was almost finished when my omelette was served. Good experience. Parking not easy.. clean the rest room, please

I go here almost daily. The food never gets boring or old. It's never bland or soggy or anything at all. Hands down one of my favourite chineese restaurants I've been to and unless i get food poisoning I'll not stop going. Great prices. Fairly friendly fella at the counter and they always get my order right even with a language barrier.

Just had the worst experience in ordering food. If I could post no stars i would. 2.5 hours for cold food. Which I sent back. I called twice to find out where my food was. Then had the driver take a photo of my house! This is not acceptable behaviour from anyone. I do not recommend to anyone to order delivery from this place.

Love their food. I'd highly recommend the special fried rice, beef black bean, Mongolian, honey chicken, or oyster sauce goodness. Plenty of food, reasonably priced, fantastic local Chinese takeaway. I've never been in to dine, so I can't speak for that aspect of the overall experience.

Food is always good, although the fried ice-cream tonight was made with neapolitan ice-cream, I don't like strawberry ice-cream which my serving had a fair amount of, but I swapped with my sister who does.

Recently discovered a delicious Chinese restaurant in Blacktown. Lunch take away specials are absolutely fantastic a nice serving of meat and veggies and only a short walk from the hospital and community health centre.

Perfect Chinese cuisine, price are very reasonably cheap and good quality and quantity. Good to dine in and take away. Delivery to door is just 3.5$ which is cheap. Overall good flavour and taste.

This modest looking gem hidden away on Main Street has delicious meals in generous servings at very reasonable prices. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Very highly recommended!

I ordered once for delivery, never again. The food was disgusting, over salted, over fried, way too sweet. Felt like I was eating pure oil with seasoning. The only thing that I'd say was decent would be the rice, and that's pretty average for all Asian restaurants

I was very disappointed. They have recently undergone renovations, but the food quality has deteriorated quite badly. We ordered satay beef which turned out to be quite watery and while the fried rice was ok the mixed vegetables were not up to standard.

Order home delivery at 6pm for 7pm received order at 8.15pm. Food was average. 3rd time late delivery need to find a new Chinese restaurant

I ordered prawns and broccoli ,bok choy.I was so impressed with the amount of prawns and the vegetables for a lunch special. I will definitely go and try other dishes for the price I was charged,especially the quantity and quality.

Brilliant food and service, Salt and pepper pork chops just ridiculous. Fried rice on point, good bonuses if you spend over certain limits. Lunch specials are $8 and will fill you the F%#k up. Best Chinese in Blacktown
