Just to get to the chemist you need to go through an almost like maze through the vilis carpark which is ridiculous…the chemist itself is so much smaller (a baby version of the Windsor gardens chemist), the compounding pharmacy part is much bigger but the isles are much smaller & very narrow, the chemist inside looks like it stocks way less than half of Windsor gardens, I was very very disappointed when I went to this Hillcrest store, as a very long time customer of good price pharmacy Windsor gardens I will never go back to this Hillcrest store, very bad mistake moving!

When located at Windsor Gardens this was my go to pharmacy. I followed them to their new location at Hillcrest and sadly two things became apparent, firstly I did not recognise any of the faces, so I am guessing they have sacked those people and secondly my usual medication had gone up by 50%. When I asked what??? I got some excuse given about the government. Well I did my next script at another store and low and behold it was the old price.....hmmmmm? I guess we are now paying for the increased rent or something at Hillcrest!!!

It has been three days since I purchased from this company and they are yet to ship to me! I live 10min from the location and could have just driven there instead of waiting this long! I have sent two emails and have received no reply. I have not received any communication from this company since time of purchase. I will never shop with them again!!! This is why Australian business is dying! I buy from Europe and America because it is reliable and in many cases it is ironically faster!

Not an LGBT friendly place, unfortunately. I won't go there again. I don't know why one of the staff insisted on not using my name and insisted on misgendering me, going contrary to my legal status. I don't care if it's cheap or not, that was a really horrible experience. I've not had this issue at other chemists I've gone to. EDIT: Opened up dialogue, will see what happens. EDIT 2: Not heard anything back 1 week later, not even an acknowledgement of my email.

Rang to see if they had a product. Gentleman said unfortunately they didn't. Less than 2 mins later he called back to say they had been moved and yes they were in stock. He gave me the cost very comparable. Now that is what l call great customer service. He could have just left it but he went above and beyond. Thank You Sir!!

Really helpful, friendly and considerate staff, very good range of products and good pricing. At date of writing they are selling Impact Face masks (see photo). If you don't mind experimenting with different skin care brands they often have a good range of run-out stock at discount.

This pharmacy was good up until the recent change in pharmacist. Since then the service has degraded with the current pharmacist unable to work with the patient on quality care when an ongoing relationship is critical to effective care. I won't be going back any time soon.

Worst pharmacist in the Adelaide. They dispense the med and put inside the bag they misplaced the repeat script which I knew after few days when I went and asked and they are telling they don’t have it. Very poor service . Please avoid this pharmacy horrible

To my knowledge, they were the only pharmacy in the Northern half of Adelaide that had the product I required. I had contacted 10 pharmacies. Be mindful that Google Maps can sometimes direct you to make an impossible right-hand turn if coming from the North.

Bad service. Trying to order some items, staff said I donot have to pay until I get my items. However one week after, another staff rang me they cannot order until I pay. So ridiculous. So I have to go back to pay first, then go back to pick up.

Difficult and Disappointing! As a regular, loyal customer for over 5 years I have been extremely disappointed with my last visits. Was poorly advised by pharmist and left feeling uncomfortable and ripped off. Taking my business elsewhere.

One of the best chemist stores I have had the pleasure to shop for prescriptions, cosmetics, hair products and a variety of vitamins and medical necessities. I highly recommend Good Price. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Don't bother GO elsewhere! From it's inception this pharmacy has been impeccable until now. The pharmacist ELLORA has no professionalism and I would suggest you shop elsewhere if you need pharmaceutical advice.

Not the Windsor store, although I have found them to be rude on occasion, their online service is atrocious. One of my orders went missing and they won't answer my emails. Not impressed.

Friendly staff, loads of car parks and cheap prices. They do flu and covid vaccinations on booking. I would highly recommend giving this chemist ago. You wouldn't regret it.
