It's working like a typical sarkari office, I had applied for a case on 31st dec 2021, and I was promised hearing within one or two weeks, still after almost one month, i don't hear anything from them. The case is still on I am waiting for justice . I get hearing once in two months. It's endless wait for justice.

Neat and clean place with wonderful consumer service provided by the authority. You can even make your submission, which can be heard in a proper way. The issue is that there are so many pending applications that are there that are required to be heard as earliest. Otherwise, justice will be delayed.

Really bogus website with no class, whenever you go to website it occurs error. If you can't provide services don't post any website or anything on internet. At least we don't hope for anything. And this one star not for your website its only for posting this review.

Very time consuming and unprofessional.. Consumers are consumed anyway.. It is supposed to ease the problem of consumers but in fact it extents it with no good reason..

This website is just a formality. They don't have gutts to solve any problem. But will never shy to aske you for money to solve problem.
