Overall a good location for travelling to Birmingham and the other areas. The ticket machine doesn't always work so you need to make sure you have enough time before your train. Trains are usually on time unless there's an incident on the route which happens every now and then.

I left my phone in my husband's car and the gentleman working on the counter called my husband to bring my phone back. As I am pregnant it is important that I have my phone with me so it was a lovely gesture early in the morning from his side. Thank you

I work around that area everyday and it's nice to meet a wide range of nationalities. But i do have to be mentally aware of my surroundings all the time as it can be a rough place to be. Good police presence

The station is in a nice and green atmosphere and very perfect step-free access not far from my grandads place this place is perfect

Good train station with connections to Birmingham on platform 1 and platform 2 to Erdington, Sutton Coldfield and Litchfield.

OK but this station has many steps or a long slope to access the platform. Doesn't feel safe after dark.

Bit creepy at night but does everything you'd want from a train station very acceptably...
