Checked in for bed and breakfast and was mildly disappointed with the room I was allocated, no opening window and no seat on the toilet, decor was shabby and dated, and the bedding although clean was of a very poor quality!! Not what I expected from this establishment!! you would think for a place that is fully booked most nights would be a little more upmarket, next time I may try the midland

THANKS LAST TIME LADY POLICE BLONDE HAIR BEAUTIFUL MADAM PC JULIE HELPED ME TO GO BACK TO MY RESIDENCE AFTER I REACHED THERE BY TALKING TO MY LANDLORD SYED FAHAD HASHMI WHO HIMSELF DECLARED THAT I AM MOST WELCOME BACK AFTER STAYIONG OUT OF MY FLAT AT THE WOMENS DIRECT ACCESS WHERE PC MOSS HELPED ME AND NMGH STEPHEN HELPED ME AND THEY PAID FOR MY TAXI FARE MAGNUM CARS BY THEMSELVES.

I went today to register and was attacked by very unprofessional and rude staff member. Three of them attacked me verbally trying to prove that I and the a letter from the home office are wrong. I tried to call them a day before my appointment to clarify a couple of thing but couldn't reach them. Additionally, the online registration service is rubbish and very disappointing.

I got arrested, the 2 police officers who took me in were good men doin there jobs. They were fair and firm did everything by the book and chatted to me aswell. At the end i left on the same day the guy in charge was a good fella aswell. Keep up the work. Think i got lucky that day. Alot of bent coppers but the 1s that worked with me that day are a real asset.

police always pick on people for the wrong reason'' my child went down to Manchester ''ACADEMY SCHOOL'' to meet her cousin,, an she an someone else have an argument an the officer didn't ask no question ''he just come an telling her to get out the school yard an start to push her an when she push him back she being arrested for assaulting on officer

i live across the road from them, they do not prevent anything, they turn up, if your lucky after the crime at times this estate is under siege from the criminal element that plagues it, if approched the usual responce is they dont have enough officers, WHAT are peaple paying council tax for. I hope things will improve in the future

Had someone drive into 4 parked cars one was mine then drove away the officer was from longsight only left the log number and haven't had any call back.tried ringing 6 times no one picking up shocking police service and you wonder why there is a barrier between the public and police!

A handful of officers from this station clearly need better training. Ipcc are in agreement!!! Also some of the officers need to stop allowing their uniform to get to their heads and remember that they are PUBLIC SERVANTS!!!

Just been trying to phone the police st no answer this is every day this week different times of the day i called no one wants to answer the phone think i will have a chat to my mp and see what he can do about this mess.

just called and was answered withing a minute that was however the second time i phoned in today and wouldnt you know it the property office was closed been trying to get my phone back for two months

There's a bit of waiting time but once you get the service it's excellent. There's enough seating in the reception area and two public inquiry rooms for faster service when there are many people.

I was left to investigate my own case same as others have said. The police just cases as time off and when they do answer the phone they are incredibly rude like I’m wasting there time.

Been trying to get hold of a certain policeman since JANUARY to get my sons phone back, it’s a joke, don’t know why they have phones because they don’t answer them!!

Never do what they say, never turn up. You essentially investigate your own crime and then they still mess it up.

Police - useful in an emergency! Makes for a busy road though with sirens blaring away.

Full of friendly police officers, front desk public counter is shut over night.
