We held our 6 & 7 year olds birthday party at Great Times. We arrived about 20 mins before the party started, and the party tables still weren't set up. This wasn't a huge deal, because I knew it would get done, and we brought some balloons to put on the table anyways. When going over the party package, we spoke with our party host and decided to upgrade our package because it was such a nice day outside, and the outdoor attractions were open. This was something I had already discussed over the phone with someone regarding the party about a month prior. When we upgraded, we asked when the kids would get their wristbands for the outdoor attractions and the host told my husband "we'll do that later". We then had the kids play arcade games, which we didn't realize that the cards that came with the party would only allow the kids about 7-8 games a piece. Most of the parents loaded more money on their kids cards which bought a little more time before pizza. Other than letting us know when the pizza was ready, there's wasn't much communication. There were 2 hosts (it seemed like one may have been training) that passed out pizza and drinks to the kids which was fine, but after that they disappeared. Finally when they came back my husband asked if we could order more pizza and they said yes, took our order and disappeared for probably 1/2 hour. I couldn't find anyone to ask if we should stick around for cake, or if the kids were to go play or what the schedule looked like. Finally they brought cake and both seemed very confused on how to cut cake or pass it out. After myself and a couple of friends passed out cake once again the hostesses disappeared, until finally bring pizza back. At this point I had 20 kids wandering aimlessly around the party room because we were never told what to do next. I finally told the kids to go ahead and play in the play area later to discover that they were actually supposed to have wristbands to go in. When I found this out, I searched for probably 20 mins for a hostess to find her at the game counter with about 5 other employees, with only 1-2 actually helping people at the counter. We got our wristbands for the outdoor activities with about 15 mins of the party left, when it was supposed to be 2 hours of attraction time. My husband asked the hostess multiple times when we could get those wristbands and it was always "we'll get it later". At 2 hours (which is what we paid for) we were told our time was up while everyone was in line for go karts. My husband and our friend had to carry all the gifts to the car along with everyone's belongings and the party bags. Needless to say, there was 0 communication and lack of involvement in the party. The kitchen did a great job on the pizza and that was about the only positive thing I paid for. My husband is way to nice and left a decent review because they were teenagers and the hostess stood right next to him while he was filling out the review. We will probably not be back and will definitely not have another birthday party there.

I want to start this review with the fact we have hosted our son’s and daughters’ birthdays here for years. This year my in laws actually had such a great experience that they decided to host two separate parties for their children. On April 23, 2022 we attended one of these parties after hosting our 4 childrens’ on March 13, 2022. On the April 23rd birthday our 5 year old triplets rode the go karts with an adult with no problem. Today we went to go to the go karts after pizza and cake in the party room. Two of the triplets were able to ride and the third had to wait. No problem at all. We waited patiently. Mind you these are identical triplets same height and weight. When the third went to go on her turn the Manager, Ciera Neece said she was too short and couldn’t ride and it’s a safety issue. I explained to her that her sisters that are the exact same height just rode with their grandparents and that they just attended a previous party and their own riding the go karts and offered to show time stamp pictures. She continued to say that she was too short. So we exited the line and I asked a team member to get the manager because at the time I had no clue that Cierra Neece was a manger based on how she handled a customer experience situation. There was another manager that came out and measured our daughter with the height chart in the building where she met the 44” requirements. She then went to get Cierra Neece and said she would grab the measuring pole they use from the track. When Cierra Neece approached again she said it is a safety issue. I explained to her again that if this is safety issue who do I need to speak with then who put my children at risk because they have rode several times. The only recommended advice she had was the bumper boat or the kiddie cars after the fact they have rode several times and two of the girls rode today. So then I asked for a refund on the childrens bands so we could leave. The manager Cierra Neece then says you’ll have to find the party attendant to get it refunded. I’ve been in management in events for years and currently and would never speak to any customer this way let alone not offer help to get things taken care of. She did not offer any guidance or help and walked away with a group of team members laughing and went into the building. This place is one of the few places young children can enjoy during the winter and summer and my son is 13 and has had his birthday here every year except for 4 of them. The party attendant was wonderful but the management was absolutely appalling and rude not offering any help or solution. I’ve also never had a management member never offer to reprimand the situation especially going towards a refund and helping find the party attendant. We had 20 people there today and after the treatment and rudeness they lost a party and a continuous customer throughout the years. I called Corporate along with the other party attendees and left a message for Mr. Doty the GM . I hope to hear back, but after today I will not be hosting or recommending this establishment. Pictures of our children on the go karts April 23rd below to show it was allowed.

I used to work here when I was 17, when they still used the token and ticket system instead of cards and points, and I'm so disappointed with how far down hill this place has gone. I live an hour from here but thought it would be fun to take my son for his 3rd birthday. When my husband and I walked up to the register there were two kids behind the counter, eating candy and talking, and continued to do so after i made eye contact with one of them. I politely said, "Hey I just have some questions about the point system". One of them came over and I asked what the average game costed, so I could estimate how many points we'd need. With candy still in her mouth, she says, "I don't know let me get a team lead." I don't really understand why that's a hard question, but the team lead comes over and I ask her the same question, she says, "There's not really an average, they're all different." So I ask in a more simple way, "Whats the lowest and highest points per game?" She said she didn't really understand what I was asking. I gave up and said I'll just get a card with $100 worth of points. This was about 12k in points. We rode the bumper boats once, let the kiddo play in the jungle gym for about 15-20min. We got there at about 1245PM and at 145PM we hear an announcement that they're closing in 15min for a private event. There were zero signs posted, and of the three people we talked to, none of them thought it was a good idea to let us know they closed in an hour, when we were buying 12k points. When I heard the announcement I was very upset, and went to the front to ask the manager for a refund on the points that weren't used due to their lack of the ability to inform their customers that they were closing early. The manager tells me that its on their website, and I checked their website, it wasn't on the main page of their website. You had to go to the about page and scroll pretty far to find it. Would've been a lot more helpful to put it in big writing on the main page of their website, post a sign on the door (or anywhere), and let customers know when their buying points an hour before they close. The manager refused to refund because we had used the card and said we could come back and use them. I explained we're not from the area and probably wouldn't be coming back. She could only reiterate that it was on their website. I'm beyond pxssed about this. The employees are literally children with zero knowledge on what they're selling and no customer service skills at all. When I worked there it was NOT like that. We had to know prices and specials like the back of our hands. We also weren't allowed to eat the prize candy, ignore customers, and when there were private events we were to let all customers know about the event if they were trying to buy stuff within the hour of us closing. This place is trash now and I won't be back.

I hosted my sons birthday party this evening here, everything was going well our party attendant was great minus the fact she forgot our ice cream but we explained to her it was okay. People make mistakes. Oh well, kids didn’t need more sugar anyways right? When it came time to go outside my wife’s niece triplets were in line for the go-carts, two got on and the third was left waiting due to the ride being full. At that time a younger boy was the one running the gate and apparently not checking heights. When it came time for the third triplet to get her ride she was denied by the manger. We explained and showed pictures how they all three had been on the ride, and she said it was a safety issue. Which, again we understand the rules are the rules. But again, these children have came to multiple birthday parties and we have MULTIPLE photos with dates of your negligence allowing children onto rides that in danger them. When asked for the extra money for paying for these children we were told to talk with our party hostess, when my wife went to find her she had left for the day. We then went back to speak with cierra whom provided me with this information and she said she couldn’t provide me with any refund, and basically there wasn’t anything she could do to make this right. This was unprofessional. She made me go find my own party hostess, and offered me no solution to the problem at hand. Cierra didn’t handle herself in a respectful manner and I’ve never had a manger who didn’t make things right one way or another. This was their mistake and negligence. We will not be hosting another party at this establishment, which is sad because all of our other experiences were great over the years! Just poor management & negligent workers. Not to mention my son (the birthday boy) went on the bumper boats later into the party after serval people left due to being upset about our three crying nieces. So the party was a waste! During this time at the bumper boats he was shoved into the pool by another child. The attendant laughed at it, and helped him out of the pool. Didn’t handle the situation at all! The worker LAUGHED. Unacceptable.

UPDATE: the general manager Caitlyn was wonderful and refunded me for the entire party along with game passes, and wristbands for a future visit. She was very apologetic! Thank you Caitlyn! You made things right! I have came here for multiple birthday parties, I had invited my triplet nieces for a birthday party whom have been to those other birthday parties. The young man whom checked heights of children allowed two of them to go on, but the third couldn’t get on at the time because the ride was then full. When it came time for the third triplet to get on, the manager now checking heights wouldn’t allow her on. We not only showed pictures of previous parties where those same girls went onto the rides, but the other two triplets had just got off of the ride. They said they couldn’t allow the other triplet to get on due to the danger but allowed my other nieces in danger and have let them go on this ride in the past. When I asked for the money back I paid extra for them to get to play since I went above my 8 max kid Irequirement and h to pay $30 per additional kid. I wanted a refund for the $60 I paid for the kids and she said she couldn’t do that, that I would need to talk to my party coordinator. When I went to talk to my party coordinator she had left for the day. Then I went to talk to the manger who just told me that information (Sierra) she then told me there wasn’t any way for me to get a refund for this without refunding the entire party. This is extremely unprofessional, you have Workers allowing kids onto rides on multiple occasions and basically tell me there’s NOTHING you can do to make this right. The picture attached is at a party we had here on April 23rd with my triplet nieces whom they put in danger on multiple occasions now.

If I could give this place a 0 stars for today I would. Management was rude. We’ve held birthday parties within our family there the last 2 months, 3 parties to be exact. We’ve held them at great times because we thought it was very inclusive for all kids within our family. The last party we had before today was for my Kids, and honestly it was great. All the kids had fun. The only one that couldn’t do much was my son because he wasn’t tall enough to do the big karts and the bumper boats weren’t working. Today they made one of my nieces cry because her sisters were allowed to ride the double carts with an adult( as they are more than good to as they meet the requirement), but my third niece wasn’t. She is A triplet, they are all same height and weight mind you. The lady managing the ride was rude and wouldn’t handle the complaint even though she was the manager for that day. We were told to contact corporate but she wasn’t going to give us corporates number because she couldn’t do that. Honestly this place needs to do more training or hire more qualified people. It’s sad because it’s been one of our go to places but now we will take our business elsewhere. Oh also my nephew got pushed into the bumper boat pool, and the attendant laughed. 0 stars

First of all....They need to update the upstairs. I've noticed they updated a lot of the down stairs games ( a big virtual game and basket ball connect four). But it's because it's the first games you see when you walk in...don't forget about the upstairs. There IS still an upstairs. And it's where they hide all the broken games. The first floor is always crowded and to get around you have to squeeze through the lines of people around the front round counter or bathroom or the pizza counter...and speaking of, I'm saying pizza and not food counter because they don't have any other food besides pizza. At least not when we go. Chicken fingers? "We're out." What kind of pizza "Just cheese." Okay. And where are your gloves, sir? I do not want a cheese and Corona pizza.Gross. My kid love the playground towers the most...because again, a lot of the games she wants to play don't work. And the MAIN reason I didn't give it less stars...the go carts. Best thing about this place. The ride around the track is surprisingly long, and it's fun as hell. I understand with the pandemic things have been weird. But this place is always crowded, I know it's making money. Time for an upgrade please....

Had a birthday party here and it was not the greatest. I spent $400 and the party was not as it should have been. Bumper boats were not available which I was informed about but no one told me the play area was closed. It was for a 4 year olds birthday and majority of the kids were the same age and were going to spend majority of the time in the play area. I brought a helium tank to blow up 30 balloons and only maybe 5 were blown up with it so obviously the kids working there had a great time playing with it instead of airing up my childs birthday balloons. The rest of the balloons were suppose to be blown up with air and there was only maybe 10 that were. I called specifically to let them know what balloons i wanted blown up and it didnt happen. There was 70 balloons all together and I only had 15 out? Manager would not give extra play points or a discount for two main things all the kids were able to do there. I called and spoke to them several times and no one thought to tell me that the play area was closed and that the kids couldn't play most of the games either. Very disappointing and will never have a birthday party here again.

This was the second time I have been here. I consulted their website and later asked while purchasing the wrist bands and the cards for the arcade games, about the special deal price for pizza and drinks I saw on the site. The food deal is only on Sunday, I explained that I couldn't tell for sure and they were very nice about it and said they would let the people in charge of that know to improve that issue. The wrist bands are primarily for outdoor activities, bumper boats several go cart tracks, and mini golf. Plenty of places for the adults to have a clear view. The staff is friendly and take it seriously, like stopping the racers so that they can help anyone who has a wreck, for safety reasons. We had a lightning, thunder, and rain delay. The staff put the safety of the patrons first and politely explained the situation. I appreciate the way that they handle it. The prices are quite reasonable. I will definitely be taking the kids there again.

Fun options, we did the slick track, bumper boats, mini golf, and some of the indoor games. We enjoyed all, but the bumper boats was probably our favorite, a nice way to cool down on a hot day. The 3 rating is due to the need for maintenance and upkeep. Many of the indoor games didn't work at all or had issues (not calculating tickets as indicated) and the mini golf course (while fun) had lots of debris on the course, trash in the water, and we lost 2 balls approximately half through due to one of the holes being plugged up. If they put a little work into the place it could easily be a 4-5 star review, as I said great options, our family spent a few hours here, but if we go back it will be during one of their specials. Today the value vs. the experience, due to the issues mentioned, just didn't add up!

The place is clean, and the employees where nice. I wasn't sure where to begin, but they gave us guidance to get us going. We didn't get to explore the rides due to lack of time, but from passing near them, they look in good order. We did enjoy the indoor arcade! Game pricing is moderate. They use a card that you full up with credits; $1 = 100 credits, a game can be from 30-150 credits. I did like that you can use the credits to purchase rounds of golf, go-karts, etc for 550 credits versus having to get back into a line to buy a ticket. The special we used today was the $50 = 5,000 credits, then a bonus amount of 1,000 credits were added, giving us 6,000 credits for $50. There are other amounts that get bonus credits, I think it started off at $20 thru $100 purchases. There's a good assortment on the food menu, with sitting space inside to eat in the AC/heat.

I remember loving this place as a kid. The currency abstraction annoying. It used to be a 1:1 quarter to coin exchange so you knew how much each game cost. Now the money is given in high-count points so it's not so easy to tell what things cost, much like they do in mobile games to get kids to spend more money. Each game costs a lot more per play than they used to. Several of the games were not working, kids play place closed still, food is decent but very expensive (no free refills at least??). Several of the games are the same thing with a different theme, so not much variety, though I did see a couple new things that weren't there 25 years ago. Something about having physical tokens to give to your kids and tickets to hand in was special, and is now gone. Probably to cut on costs and labor of refilling machines, etc. It just isn't the place I remember.

I had the pleasure of going to Greatimes this past weekend and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience! I went on Sunday to take advantage of their Sunday special (definitely worth it!) and spend some quality time with my younger siblings. We got to experience all of the thrilling outside attractions from 2-5 and we even got some pizza and drinks for 12.50 a person! Talk about a deal! The attractions were phenomenal but not as phenomenal as the staff! They were super friendly and genuinely helpful! I was very impressed by how they were constantly picking up around the facility to ensure a clean environment for all of us enjoying the fun! There is no doubt in my mind that I will be heading that way again! It is truly a GREAT TIME!

  • cidguy

All in all a good experience besides staff allowing people to cut in line. First time with my son, we went laser tag somewhere else first, got to great times, got in line for go-kart at 9pm, line wasn't even that long but it took an hour to get to the front of the line. Almost to the front, some kids asked me if they can cut. I said no because we haven't even got to ride yet. They cut in line behind us. I spoke loudly and said "I'm sure the people behind you won't appreciate it either!" They ignored me. Staff came 5 mins later and said to the kids "someone complained about you guys cutting. Just don't do it again." And allowed the kids to stay cut in line. I would have made them go to the end, but it wasn't my place to do so.

  • ShiningStar

Greatimes is a nice place to take your kids for a outing. They have go-carts, water bumper boats, games, putt-putt, and a in doors playland. You can purchase pizzas drinks and other items while there. You can also make reservations to have birthday parties there. They have three go cart tracks, two you have to be around 44 inches to ride by yourself. They have a track for smaller children but it only had one go cart on the track so the children can become impatient waiting. I think getting smaller children wristbands is really not a good buy, because there is not much for them to use them on. A lot of games were down and it's not easy to win tickets to get anything worthwhile.

  • Original Nation

Been here a handful of times and had zero complaints until yesterday. A few of us families were told to leave if we did not have a stamp or wristband to be in the paly area. Had been previously told a while back that the play area inside was FREE in general. Yesterday we were told children under 3 were free and all else were $6 if we didn't have 650 play points available on a card. We've never been approached before and told any of this despite the website having it ,as I just saw today when viewing. Not sure if that is new or not, but it was highly inconvenient and very disappointing for the children. This policy is not enforced usually IF it is still the policy.

I more than likely will NEVER come back here. Its been about 3yrs sense I had been here last. & I can say we definitely havent missed much at all. I will start taking my family to Rascals Fun Zone from now on. & I truthfully DONT recommend this place to anyone. It's over priced and out of the 60 to 70 games (if that) DONT WORK.!!! Literally evey game my 4yr old went up to was out of order or unplugged. You can't purchase any of the prizes! Or add any money with it. Which most the prized olare outrageous. My 3 kids today after having 12 hundred tickets and left with a little bag of candy smh surprised this place his even open still tbh.

  • Glazed Entity

Great times, but the staff needs to work on making customers feel invited. The problem I faced was that the staff was very short in communication. They often had this glazed look in their eyes. Seems robotic in nature like they hate being there. Maybe if you had a change of staff that invited customers in, and made everyone feel comfortable. Also don't play the games there. I won't get any tickets because they never refill the games so that when you play, you get tickets to use for prize items. I wasted $60 on games and got nothing. If the staff that they hired was it tentative to customers they would know all of these things already.

  • Allen Conley

Sadly a place a loved as a kid has gone down hill... after spending over $100 in credits for me and my son to play games together realized alot of the games were not working or broken like the coin pusher 2 of the 4 sides was down not working... the prizes are high for the tickets you win like a small maybe 6in stuffed alien was 1500 tickets it will probly cost you 50 or 60 bucks on credits to win 1500 tickets to get that $1.50 alien... sadly we won't be returning and deff don't feel like we got $100 wourth of fun instead felt like we wasted money out of our $100 + we spent we took home about $8 wourth of pokemon cards as our prize

  • Matt D

Let me start off by saying my daughter loves go cart rides we have been taking her to greattimes all year. I have pictures of us on the go carts !!!! We went today 9-24-2022 we was told she was to small to ride by a young punk with a attitude I addressed the manager that should not be a manager she has no skills to handling things like safety issue etc. Then I asked who the owner was so I will be reaching out to the news for a follow up on why my kid was put in danger all year since as of today she is to small to ride go-carts. Also after seeing other reviews with the same issues I no now there is a problem with poor staff

  • Dark Nebula

Decent place to take kids. The only complaint I have is that they only let a very small group of people go at a time on the go karts and bumper boats so the line takes a while to get through. I can't help but wonder if they are doing that on purpose because people are buying the 3 hour unlimited wrist bands, so you don't get much use out of it. You spend a large chunk of that time waiting in line. It's still a decent value though, just wish they would fix this one issue, then it would really be worth it. The indoor play area is pretty nice (make sure you take socks or they will make you buy a pair).

This place is super fun! I had my son's birthday parties here when he was a kid - 2000-2005 or so. Of course a lot has changed since then but some is the same, like the great service! The staff takes really good care of the people having parties. You really get your money's worth. There's so much for everyone of all ages to do. It's so much fun! I would really recommend coming here for birthday parties. The birthday child gets well taken care of. Like I said my son chose this place for several years in a row to have his birthday parties and that was several years ago and it's even better now!

  • Nate Bachtel

A well maintained arcade and family fun center with lots of fun colors and flashing lights. But unless you come for mini golf or the go-carts, this is not the place to get a good value for your money. The vast majority of the "arcade" games are short games played to win tickets. A $1.60 game play might win 10-30 tickets. For perspective, 200 tickets can be redeemed for a squishy ball that might cost $3 at Walmart. There are better ways to have fun spending money than this.

There was a young girl looked like high school age in the center where you buy tickets for go karting and all. It started raining out and they were rude about not giving a refund. I bought 2 tickets to ride twice obviously. Got to do the first one then it started raining. They shut them down for obvious reasons but that's when we were informed that they do not do refunds.. I'm 32 years old I have no use to be spending that money on kid games. I wanted to do go carts and you simply stole my money. That's really shady and I feel violated honestly. Definitely calling corporate tomorrow.

We had my son's 5th birthday party at Great Times today. We went with package B and it was great for our group! All the kids got tokens, an attraction pass, pizza, drinks, and a party bag to take home! Our hostess Kasey was the best! She brought us extra paper towels and plates when needed and she was wonderful with our kids! The buy one get one free pizza was another wonder feature that helped feed our hungry guest! It was a beautiful day and we got to ride go carts and play putt-putt! The little ones loved the end door play area. This won't be our last birthday at Great Times!!!

  • Amanda Williams

We had a great time at a birthday party. While my son is only 1.5 he was still able to play in a play area. Even though he is tall for his age he still needed help getting up into it, but it's not adult friendly so we couldn't help him. A friend's kid was able to help with that. He was able to help out with pushing buttons on games and was able to enjoy the prize we got. We only had a few issues with machines taking coins but the staff remedy it immediately. We will definitely be back when our son is a little older and taller so he can participate more, but he had a great time.

  • Chance Warren

Several of the games were down or not working properly. (Coin pusher reports 5tickets per coin dropped on signage, but only 1 ticket is awarded, basketball game did not award points or tickets, one of the shooters had a trigger that didnt work on p1 side). At least 6 games were out of order. We went for my baby sister's birthday and was hoping to show her some of the older games but the 1p or 2p wouldnt work in several cases. Between that and a few of the staff who looked miserable to be there, my baby sis just didnt have as much fun as she has at other arcades.

Love this place! I brought my nieces and some friends here over this past weekend and everyone had a blast! The staff was super friendly and there was so much to do! I'm extremely impressed with the customer service. The manager working walked us around to show us what all the kids could do (super appreciate of her taking the time to do that, very rare experience compared to most other places) ... kiddie karts, playland, mini golf, bumper boats, plus go-karts for the older kids... literally something for everyone. We will definitely be coming back soon!

  • B1g-G_ 2112

This place isn’t bad, but everything is sticky. Nothing is wiped down properly. Food and crumbs everywhere. SOME of the staff was nice. Parents letting their 5,6 and 7 year old wander around by themselves. Nobody but the staff were wearing masks, and no one saying anyone needed to wear them. The wait for the go-karts were long but well worth it! Not your typical 2-3 laps and your done. More like 6-7 laps. Good for about 10-12 minute rides each. I got the 100$ value between 3 adults and 1 child and it lasted about 2.5 hours which was really nice!

The place is cool and has a offers alot but they need to fix a few things. We had our son break down on the go carts and they told him he was sol because he'd already raced most of the race. When I myself had passed him 3 times. We had to talk to the manager to get this figuredout. Then on the water boats they had one girl trying to run around and do everything herself and got our cards mixed up with someone else and they had no points when ours had a couple thousand be ause we had just got there. Just crazy when it's as expensive as it is.

  • Chad Musselman

We went here in February so only played inside. They have a lot outside so can't wait to come back in the summer to experience everything. The inside play place is great for the kids and to help tire them out. They have a good selection of arcade games to play and the tickets are auto loaded to your card so no need to count them. They also sell pizza. The price isn't terrible, but you have to buy two at a time. They do sell it by the slice as well. We didn't have any but it looked decent. Overall worth a trip and your kids will have fun.

  • Xavier Orozco

This is the most fun you can have for the price. Adults and kids will have a blast here. 20 dollars on the games go a long way to be honest. We also did the water bumper cars and putt putt which was a great time. My family and I enjoyed this place a lot. The games were clean, the staff helpful, the prizes were cool and kids will love them. Parking was plentiful, try and go on a slow day to maximize your time on the games. Didn't taste the food but looks like its mostly pizza. Also the playground area is free for kids three and under.

  • Kara Critchlow

Had such a good time with my 9 & 11 year old here tonight, arcade was awesome even with several bigger games down for maintenance there was still plenty to play. Girl working in the food area tonight 3/6/23 was so sweet and helpful. Guy working the ticket counter was so patient with my kiddos who have 2000+ tickets and only want prizes that cost 5-20 tickets apiece - it was closing time and he didn't rush them at all, let them pick it out individual jolly ranchers and all! Reasonably priced as well - we will be back for sure!!

  • Sailor Traub

We had a kids birthday on a busy Saturday afternoon. Somehow, they pulled off an amazing event for us. Ash was our party liaison and she was amazing. You should request Ash! She killed it. The pizzas were on time, she kept our drinks full and served us cake. All the kids had a great time. There were some games that weren’t running and despite the great weather, they wait for Memorial Day to fully open everything outside. The prizes were good and the cards for games worked well. We will return! Thanks Ash! You deserve a raise!

  • Stacie Kiarie

I remember this place being so much better. They have let it get so run down, no pride in this establishment anymore. Half of their machines were not working but there were no signs saying so. Half the machines took points off your play card without you playing the game, some of the staff were very inattentive to the little kids that needed help outdoors. Altogether, a very unpleasant experience and I will not be taking any of my grandkids back to this place or recommending it to any others. So disappointing.

  • Sophia Hall

My daughter was under 5 ft 6 oz so she couldn't get on none of the go carts I was s***** I spent $100 today there it's funny how she's able to ride the rides at go Indy on main Street and speedway then big old go karts but she was too short for any go karts at great time I give it a five and a half out of 10 unless you got her a nice size bear with 721 points but it's a long ride from 86th Street to not be able to get on any go-karts and I haven't been there in over 20 years since I was a little girl

  • Janet McDuffie

This place was horrible !!!! Dirty, dirty, dirty, stair rails and steps. Carpet needes cleaned . The bathroom was gross and needed a good cleaning..Games didn't work, expensive to play, hell most of them didn't even work... the prizes were stupid , 1 piece of candy for 10 tickets.. For kids, this is probably okay if they are under 10 years old.. I'll continue to take my Grandkids to Rascals Fun Zone in Whiteland they loved that place ! This was a let try it, and We hated it .....Won't be back...

  • jill nay

I used to love this place . Now they changed it up to the worse. Who told them to change all their machines to points instead of tokens ? If something ain’t broke why change it. They also took out most of their fun games. Now I got worse for my money. I used to come here and get 90 tokens for $20 and leave with at least 1100 tickets. Now I’d be lucky if I left with 400 from the way the games setup. I liked the old inexpensive way to win and have fun here. I’m sorry but you lost me as a customer.

  • Dustin Becktold

Stopped in just for the mini golf and was surprised by how much other stuff they had. The arcade isn't as big as it seems, especially when almost half the machines are down. They also set up the arcade credits so that you'll likely always have a little cash left on the card that they say cant be refunded which is just one more way to stick it to the customer and up their margins. I try not to spend my money at places like this, but it happens. Familys before fortunes.

  • tiffany finnell

The kids had fun but I feel like you don't get much play time in the arcade for your money. You get 1000 points for $10, the cheapest game I saw was 60 points most of them are 100 points or more, so they run out pretty fast. They do have a jungle gym area for the smaller kids, says under 56", but my 2.5 year old had a hard time climbing three steps to get up to the slide. The whole pizzas are buy one get one free so that's nice and they really aren't bad.

  • Amanda

I was very pleasantly surprised how much there was to do at this little park. I think a wristband was about 20 a person, and it includes 3 hours of unlimited mini golf, water bumper boats and go-carts. After our 3 hours was up, we stayed another few hours at the arcade upstairs. We definitely had a great time. Highly recommend!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I haven't even been here, but their pricing is terrible, just by looking. I hate the entertainment centers that use "Points". It looks like you can buy 6,000 play points for $50. Most activities are 650 play points. 6,000/650 = 9.23. 1,000 points for $10, why not 1300 points What genius came up with this pricing? Why wouldn't you make the pricing make sense? It's because they are ripping you off by not allowing you to use all of your "Play points".

  • Nick Smith

Had a great time with my 3 year old and some family. Other similar places have a "pay for time on a card you swipe" system. This place isn't like that. You pay for points and each game costs points. My son doesn't actually play the games. He just turns them on and chuckles and runs to the next. So keep that in mind if you are in a similar situation. There is a good time to go and a not so great time if you aren't a fan of over crowdedness.

  • Joshua Clark

The building was incredibly clean which is always a plus. The indoor play place is perfect for most 3 year and up kids. As with any arcade style business, the games can seem expensive but that is usually because the kids move from game to game so quickly. My kids were helped by Paige and she was very sweet to them on the way in and out. It helped me out since my daughter can be a little timid if she's not comfortable. They had a blast.

  • gaskins garage

Games aren't any good tickets are hard to win and don't get you very far 40 will leave you walking out with 5 worth of toys for 2 kids. Some games are rigged like the big ball game. It opens up and started shuttering before it even got to the hole to win the toy. And I get it you say well it's supposed to be like that but no this is far beyond rigged. Overall kids had a decent time is the only reason I give it 2 stars

  • Crystal Regan

First time here, brought my son for his bday. He had an okay time in the play zone but I was a bit disappointed at how small and plain it was. All the attractions outside we had to wait 30+ mins even though there weren’t that many people in line. Then go to the arcade, more than half the games are broken and I’m pretty sure the card wasn’t registering tickets for the games we were playing. Probably wouldn’t go back.

  • Angela Harvey

The cost of activities beyond the arcade are really high, and the bumper boats weren't even functional. The ticket "prizes" are a joke, but that's typical for this type of business. Given the option, I'd head further south and visit rascals.

The indoor slide area is fun for kids and I’m sure the outside area is fun when the weather is nice. We visited on a cold day and there isn’t much to do other than the indoor arcade games and the indoor slide area. Most of the arcade games are in poor service or just completely not working which was disappointing.

They used to sell unlimited attraction wrist bands, now the only way you get it is by being in a group of 10 or more. So 6 dollars per attraction per person. Rediculous !!! Staff is young and isnt knowledgeable when asked questions. Over priced now and days. I went here a lot as a kid and thought I would love taking my kids. Nope !!! Save your money and go to Rascals Fun Zone in Whiteland.

  • Ceira Roberts Winters

Half of the games were broken also called ahead to make sure all attractions were open but got their and they weren't. Then went to use my tickets on prize and the teenager that worked their had a attitude so had to get the managements help after she some how erased our entire card. Will be going to Dave and busters next time for sure or maybe even chuck e cheese js‍♀️

  • ali tanner

This is the perfect place to take ylur family if you are looking for something fun for the whole family. I have a sister who has Down syndrome and she has so much fun here! There is a wide variety of all types of games, for all kinds of ages as well. Highly recommended for birthday parties, too! Very clean environment and the staff is always so friendly. This place is awesome

  • Brandi Pollard

I love this place! I wish they could occasionally sweep the debris from the putt putt holes as it can be very irritating trying to play. I would've given 5 stars if they would do this. The young lady that just graduated HS this year and started pursuing a criminal justice degree at Ivy Tech is phenomenal! She is very respectable and knows how to treat customers!

  • Amanda Leflore

Reload cards are nice and the tickets also go onto the card. There is no expiration date on points or tickets. You can literally keep points ready for a rainy day...when you have nothing else planned for kids. The golf area is really nice, food is good and the staff are always kind and knowledgeable of offers and specials going on. Birthday party seems reasonably priced.

  • Angela

Not the same Greatimes as yester year. Or maybe my memory is hazy but when this place first opened it was very cool. Now it gives abandoned theme park vibes. Still a OK place to take the little ones and play some games. Also I could have sworn they used to have more games. Cool play date place for the kiddos and they have food and beverages when they get a Lil hungry

  • Chavon Harris

Awesome place to bring your date or a ton of kids. Better have the money for it though of you bring more people. The play points go pretty quick especially if you playing arcade games. Hang on to your play cards because those keep your winning tickets. Great times was great and I took my two little ones. Going again with just me and my dude. Take your butt up there.

  • Esta Henderson

Overall it's a fun place! Great for the whole family as they have stuff for littles along with big kids and adults to enjoy. However, half their arcade games were down, and you don't know that until you start trying to play them. It's pretty pricey overall, too. I'd stick to the outdoor fun if going here. Putt putt was great! Bumper boats were fun! Go karts were ok.

  • Josh Hernly

We had fun here, but It was very trashy and broken down. You could tell not much money has been spent on updates on equipment or the facilities for several years. Lots of games and equipment was non functional or had broken or missing pieces.

My family and I have been to Great Times in the past but it had been awhile. We went last week and had a wonderful time. Although I like the ticket and token system better, the cards are OK. The staff was awesome and helpful and even quickly defused what could have become a situation in a professional manner. The pizza was great!! We WILL return to Great Times!

  • Adam Sanford

Fantastic place to take the kids for some weekend fun, go karts and bumper carts on water were really fun and kids enjoyed it. Arcade has plenty of options and the prize booth is packed of stuff for anyone all ages. Affordable and better than similar places in the local Indy area. Disregard the negative comments, they are just unhappy people in general.

  • Anti-PopFPV

Took my 3yo on two occasions and both were good experiences. It's similar to other indoor/outdoor play areas and I'd rank it average if not a little above. Price wasn't bad, I don't remember what I paid the first time, maybe $40 if that on okay card. It lasted us two trips, well worth it to see my child enjoy the thrill of driving on his own. A natural.

  • Tree Furr

My kids, (2-12), had a great time here. There's an indoor play area, an arcade area & there are go-karts outside. My 2yr old had to have help climbing up the structure in the indoor play area, but she still had a great time. My older kids had fun with the arcade games and go-karts, they also enjoyed the indoor play area. I really liked the game cards.

  • Fernando Nava

It's a nice park, specially the karting and the mini golf, BUT if you ar going to make your kid birthday party over there check out the weather because if it rains you will get disappointed, that's because the only offer a few points in the card for the arcade and those won't last more than half hour, from there it will be out of your pocket.

  • Aaron Bryant (Aaron the Great)

Very fun game arcade center they have tons of games to choose from. Also they offer on weekends the lock-in where u get to stay there over night and play unlimited games deff cool for kids. They offer food too there pizza is very good quiet honestly. It's a fun place for kids of all ages and teens. Go-karts and bumper boats available also.

  • Jessica Ristuccia

The kids had a blast but for a parent it’s lacking in the cost department. About half the games are broke from customers destroying them so you can’t play correctly or at all. Most of them are broken but nothing stating they are so you waste your points. I spent $100 on points and lost at least 1/3 of them to broken games. It’s sad really

  • holly morelock

I go with my son at least twice a month and even though we are big kids we turn into young kiddos and always have a lot of fun. The only thing that I would complain about is that all of the games are a bit expensive to play, really why do have to cheat us out of the fun... but we start go because it's something that we can do together ❤

  • J. Moto 3

We arrived Sunday morning at 11:30 am. The mini golf courses only had two families that were spaced out by 4 holes between the families. They have two 18 hole mini golf courses. The red course wasn't much more difficult than the blue course. The rivers and fountains for the mini golf courses were shut off and not nice to look at.

  • Armando P

Had a birthday party here. First time I've been in there in 20 years probably. It hasn't changed much, but is well maintained and staff does a good job. The new indoor climbing and play area I great, but the "toddler area" they mention on the website is limited to a 4 foot by 3 foot area... yeah, not gonna work for most tosdlers.

  • James Dean

So much fun!!! Awesome games!! Free play area for 5 and under. The pizza was great and the drinks were cold and very carbonated. There are some great prizes to choose from and the ticket prices are fair. Shout out to Liv , she was a great help! I wish it wasn't winter so we could have ridden the go karts. Thanks Greattimes!

  • Daria Antipova

We like this family place! Lots of games, nice toddler area, the place is clean and not expensive. It is not crowded during the weekdays and opened till late so it is a great fun alternative for the rainy days or for the cold winter days. For the warmer season they have a great putt-putt outside as well as other activities

  • Cecilia Cherry

My son loves this place and I usually have a good time too but the past few times almost every game(good ones) are down. Your pretty much left playing the same 5 games the entire time. This place was fun at one point but it's just continued to go down hill. Hopefully the owner takes notice and does something about it soon.

  • Brittany Hall

Lots of fun things to do but terrible customer service. Line with only 2 families ahead of us took 20 minutes just to get play cards and there were 3 employees standing at the counter just talking not trying to help at all. Staff is also poorly trained. No one knows how anything works and can't answer simple questions.

  • Emily F

Definitely not a bad spot if you have kids. We are childless but were in the area killing time. The arcade is good and you can have a fun time, it is mostly gambling type games or games for tickets, very little to actually play. A little pricey, too. Overall not a bad experience. Better suited for people with children.

  • Nicole Nicole

Please fix your games or offer discounts. It seemed like over half the games were broken and I didn’t know until I already bought a game card. I had to play the same games over and over just to get my moneys worth. Most of the staff seemed to be bored on on their cell phones or talking. Had to keep asking for help.

  • Mary Yorn

Really disappointed. The grandkids were excited to come and play games and putt-putt. Paid a lot $$ to only find 5 of the games out-of-order the kids really wanted to play. So proceeded to the putt-putt area. It’s in disrepair; sadly needing renovation. Ball got stuck on 3rd hole, so we just left. Not recommended.

  • Karah Stafford

The only reason it doesn't get four stars is because the women's bathroom was definitely on the gross side. The arcade area and outside attractions were fantastic, though! We bought one card for our family of three, put $20 on it, and played plenty of games! Great couple of hours spending family time together.

  • Mike Mussa

Is always a great place to take the kids. We made A-day of it. Laser tag is next door we started there. Thinking thinking to great times. Kids kid spent 5 plus hours At great times. And an hour at laser tag. 4 of them between the ages of 12 and 15. I thought they out grew Great times but I was wrong.

  • The Concrete Man The Concrete Man

Fun fun fun with the family on Father's Day. We played putt putt, drive the cars and played the games as well as ate the good pizza. We all were tired when leaving this place. Expect to have a good time for a cheap price. The staff were very nice and friendly. We will be going back to this place.

  • C J

Place is huge for what it is. Arcade selection. Is great and doesn’t cost to much. Putt putt courses are awesome lots of fun obstacles and turns. Bumper boats is so much fun (keep in mind you will get wet). Lots of go karts for all ages. Be sure to wear tennis shoes or you can’t ride go kart.

  • Jan Etter

We went to Great Times 2 weeks ago and came back today and all the same machines are still not working. Very frustrating because it’s the games the kids want to play.

My dad always took me here as a child. I took my children for the first time a few weeks ago they loved it. I wish I would of brought them sooner. It brought back so many amazing memories with friends, family, and the lockins until 12am. Definitely were the days. Keep up the good work!

Came for boys birthday party boy wasn’t tall enough to do go carts and nobody mentioned this to us before we paid the $180. Staff was nice. Not there Fault but some refund would be appreciated. Basically paid for a 3 passes we didn’t use. 60.00. Boy unhappy. Dropping cash on arcades.

It would be nice if small children could access the higher climbing levels of the play area. Alternative access to slides on a lower level could be added. As it is now, small children cannot go down any of the slides.
