This car wash has gone down with their services. Have been using them for ages and went in to wash and dry my new 3008 Peugeot. One guy called Ali just asked me to move to a full valeting bar where a white car was parked. As I got close, he said that they want to use my car to jump start the other car. I was speechless as he didn't even asked. To make matters worst, he started making treats that he will smash my head in. In fact my whole experience that day day was like am in a dream land. I haven't even opened my car bonnet for the first time as it's only 5 months old. As a customer and for him to do that and not even an apology is disgusting. I will definitely go back to speak to the owner or manager.

I went to this car wash today after spilling quite a bit of paint in the boot of my car. As the paint was still fresh, I rushed to the nearest car wash to try and sort it...what a great service and attention to detail!! They have even dismantled the back seat completely to try and clean as much as possible and spent over 2h doing it to the best standard possible. Nothing was too much trouble for these guys and they saved me 1000£ on insurance costs on my company car!!! Thank you very much!

Only ever been here with a small car for a basic wash and dry. Yes, they are quick but they are efficient. Driving in, there are two lanes for general washes. For larger cars and more detailed washes they provide covered valet bays. Used to have a loyalty scheme of 6 washes - 7th free - but that is now discontinued. Even so, many of the locals still visit - I know of at least one who visits every day - not me!

They don't wash the cars properly. They just put some shampoo,hand wash the car for like 30-60 seconds,a lot of the dirt remains on the cars,a lot of stains. If you put your finger on the wheels after they "washed" it you will get dirty. At full vallets they are asking you if they can have this,or that,or that. Hoover all the coins...i don't recommend them at all.

Agreed a price of £15 at the start then when i picked car up they asked for £22 as car was very dirty. I refused as we had discussed and agreed a price at the start. I felt very intimidated. Bad customer service and surely moving goal posts like that goes against consumer rights?! Will never go back as l I left feeling intimidated.

Standard seems to have dropped over the past few months, car looks like it's covered in swirls in the sunshine which means dirty cloths have been used that have gravel/grit in them. Black metallic paint makes it really show too! Not overly impressed this time unfortunately. Before this visit (a week ago) would have given 5-stars!

Will never be using them again. Got there asked them the price for a taxi mini valet as my usual spot was closed. Was told £12.50. After the wash they decided the price was £15 and that they hadn't told me £12.50. Despite the sign saying £12.50 for a taxi. Absolute con artists and didn't really do a good job of cleaning.

Called here to have a new Mercedes cleaned for a delivery to customer. They did a fantastic job and great care taken even on the wheels. Fantastic value for money as well. Lots other hand car washes could learn from there level off service and professional approach.

Went to have car washed.usually the shammy it down after wash.wipe down door frame and get a freshener..oh no just wash and that was it.. very disappointed. We were the only vehicle in so can't say they were busy

Highly recommend this place!. They are cheaper than most car cleaning places. They take their time and do an amazing job. I will never go to another car place again after using these! :)

Watch out 4 these immigrant jokers they damaged my car cost ninety pounds to fix and told me to #### ### have your car washed here at your peril also very aggressive and nasty attitude

Just got a valet, still have hair on back seats clocks are dirty and the corners of all the glass are dirty. Suppose that's what u get when you goes these places

Car is scratched to death.. cleaned the whole car without rinsing sponges once. Then dry it twatting there metel zips all over the car.

I can deal with hearing power washers all day but some days the workers blast music with no thought for residents or anyone really

These guys always do a fantastic job of cleaning my car. Very reasonably priced too!
