I hired a rental car by Green Motion via Ryanair. I have received a total new Skoda Octavia Break, a very nice car with only 50km on the meter. The car was equipped with all extras I needed, I could even connect my phone with the car and use all the options of my phone. The employee of Green Motion was very helpful and friendly even it was a very busy and stressy morning for him. Some tips: * let one employee do the paperwork and another one employee do the explanation and the controle in the garage where the car is parked. Because the office is on the ground floor and the cars are parked on the 13th floor, one employee loses to much time on peak moments doing both things * include the highway stickers in the rate so the clients do not need to search for them. Or give them the possibility to buy one at your office. * some drivers do not like to drive in the indoor parking places (not me, but I know some people like that). And I can imagine driving 13 floors up or down through small passages can give the nightmares. Maybe you can find a solution for this? But if you adapt these things, you will offer perfect service and perfect cars. I am a travel agent and I surely will recommend your service.

I recently had a terrible experience with Greenmotion Car Rental at Prague International Airport. My family and I rented four cars from August 9th to 15th. Despite enjoying our trip, our experience soured upon returning the cars. Upon arriving home, I was shocked to receive an unexpected WhatsApp message charging an extra 150 euros for cleaning, citing a minor mess from our seven-day trip with children. Despite having rented cars multiple times, we've never faced such excessive fees before. The lack of prior communication about this charge was highly unprofessional. Moreover, the rental contract was entirely in Czech, a language none of us understood. We were rushed to sign it without proper explanation or translation, leaving us feeling misled. Efforts to resolve these issues with Greenmotion's "manager," were met with reluctance. I kindly urge potential customers to be cautious when dealing with Greenmotion Car Rental. The lack of transparency, unexpected charges, and unhelpful customer service have left me deeply disappointed.

I am frequent car hire customer and my first experience with local Green motion was brilliant. The location is few steps from Terminal 2, directly connected by sky bridge at the ground floor of Hotel Courtyard building. Staff was already expecting me with a smile and offered me glass of water. Nice idea! as everything at the airport is quite expensive and hard to find and lowcost carriers gives you nothing nowadays. Guys gave me a free upgrade for a car and the check-in took like 5 mins. Car was brand new, fresh and clean, well equipped and only 1200kms on Odometer. I was looking for the cheapest one, for the lowest price, so I took Full insurance nad Gps navigation which was for reasonable price. When returning the car, office was closed (9 PM) so I have never met them again. I just left the car at the parking lot and keys in their post box. No additional payment was made, deposit released, so I can truly recommend the service and wish them good luck. I would wish that other companies are honest and fair like this one.

In November we went from Taiwan to the Czech Republic, Austria and Budapest. The car rental experience was very good. The car rental service staff were very enthusiastic and the overall condition of the rental car was also very good. An accident occurred while checking in to rent a car. I left my credit card at the service counter. We left the counter and headed to where we parked our cars. Another associate at the front desk came over and handed the credit card back to us. I really appreciate the friendly service staff that day. Because I borrowed the car at the Czech airport and returned it in the Czech city. The return time was outside business hours, but the return was successful. Although I'm not sure if there will be any other follow-up questions, the overall car rental experience is still very good. Yes, there is no problem like some unkind Google reviews. If I have another chance to travel to the Czech Republic in the future, I will still choose this car rental company

Never pleasant to be stolen OK, we hadn't a credit card (just a debit card). It was written on a line among 1000 lines : so easy! Thus they charged us : 105 euros (we paid 89 euros + 105 euros). I don't deny the fact we had not the good card. We had to read better, OK. We learnt for the next time. But charge us with twice the price, for me, they stole us (we would admit to pay a little more or let money in cash in case, why not. A contract have to be read, OK, but it was too much). But the company can congratulate his sellers, they learnt their speech very well: "the others companies do the same thing, but then, you can't take the car, blablabla..." We had time after we returned the car so we checked with others companies. Obviously, you know the answer : they were lying. Green motion won an award because they help trees on our planet. You know what, give directly your money to a real green association, it will be more useful.

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM.1- They claim they are environmental friendly but its a lie. We payed for a small car but we found when it was not there and they forced us to take a big car which is old. 2- They are cheats, we paid full coverage insurance while booking and on our arrival to pick up the car they claimed the insurance was not valid to them so we had to pay another full coverage insurance. 3- They do not informe their customers thst tgeir cars not include high way tickets, so the police stopped us and we almost got a Fine for driving without it if it was not for the good hearted understand policeman to excuse us because we are tourist and the car rentar should have told us about it. Lastly the staff is not pleasant at all. SO RENT FROM THEM ON YOUR OWN RISK. NOT RECOMMED

I have purchased car hire through easy jet website and i have paid for the car hire company name is CARWIZ RENT CAR Airport praque I arrived to Prague and at collection off booked car been told need credit card so I didn’t have credit car I offered them any cash or to use me debit card is was not enough for them so the refused to hire the car to me but car was already paid is unfair to customers plus i not recive refund from them …… But I wanted to thanks to Green motion cars to hire me the car with out any problems also the are very helpful staff I recommend to rent cars from green motion cars at airport Prague Thanks you saved my trip in Czech Republic

I have bad experience with this company because of the below issues: 1- location of the office at Budabest airport (I took taxi to reach it). 2- I have ordered a Diesel car but what received is petrol car without any difference of money. 3- car was dirty from outside. 4- Time to collect the car is 30 minutes. 5- offices is closed during weekend and No emergency phone. 6- customer services at prague airport office is bad( i found office oppen during weekend, somebody try to finish his work, and i have dropped off my car, I asked him to help but he refused because he is busy) 7- no refund will come to you if you return your car earlier than the due date.

CHARGED ME EXTRA 45 EUR when total car rental price was only 30 EUR. So from 30 I ended up with 75 EURO withdrawn from my pocket. Great nasty business guys. Nothing mentioned about which card type must be used for deposit, worked with them many times before and had no issues to block deposit on my debit card. Suddenly they changed the rules and they didnt accept it anymore, as well they could not cancel my reservation. At day when arriving to return the car, had to wait 30 minutes because morning office guys don't bother to come on time, opening hours attached, office opened at 0830. Next time I work with somebody else.

Za nás asi nejlepší půjčovna na letišti. Oproti ostatním se liší tím že mají velmi příjemny personal, s angličtinou na úrovni. Vše nam bylo vysvětleno, otázky zodpovězeny. Auto čisté, nové. Pro někoho jediná nevýhoda by snad mohlo být že při vrácení se musí vyjet až do 13 teho patra.... Ale tak to se dá přežít. Jinak za nás 100% spokojenost. Pro vrácení jsme vhodily klíčky do jejich schránky podle instrukci. Zřejmě asi taky jediná společnost na letišti která vám okamžitě pošle email po zkontrolovani auta o tom že vrací kauci. Ostatní se myslím neobtěžuji. Chválím a budeme se určitě vracet a dále využívat jejich služby.

This company is difficult to deal with. When I picked it up, they first didn't acknowledge that my reservation was updated and confirmed through email and phone contact. The car was out of fuel at pick up also. When returning, the directions were inadequate and no one was working at the airport drop off. Their parking lot was full and couldn't inform them since they were not working. I had to park in pay parking and was charged even though I tried to park it where they wanted but couldn't. Do not recommend to use When bigger, and more established companies can do it better.

Машина - отличная. Обслуживание - ужасное. Бронировал через rentalcars, сумма депозита - 400 евро, машина - Октавия механика. Указал, что необходимо детское кресло. При получении менеджер был не в курсе о детском сидении, а сумма депозита выросла до 900 евро. На вопрос "Почему?" ответил, что для этой машины - такой депозит. Для снижения депозита пришлось купить у них страховку. При выдаче машины менеджер просто поставил детское сиденье в машину и предложил закрепить его самому. Решать вам. Но если есть выбор, выбирайте другую компанию.

Had very positive experience with this car rental company. I rented a Skoda Octavia for 7 days, got a clean and new diesel car. I picked up the car from Prague airport and returned it in Prague city center. Note they take 900 EUR as insurance and additional charge to cross boarders. additional charge (few euros) needs to be purchased in order to use highways (vinetta). Had some trouble finding the drop off point, but called the phone number which appears on the voucher and they were very helpful and nice.

Incredible experience!!! When I arrived, the employee already knew who I was. He was extremely efficient: it took him less than 5 minutes to check documents, print the contract and make the payment/deposit. I could also choose the concrete car in the category I had booked. The car was brand new: 2.000km. I have definitely found the place where to rent a car in Prague. No hidden or unfair charges. Nice and can-do attitude of employees (not usual in rent-a-cars). Highly recommended.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, easy and straightforward to deal with and I love the email confirmation at the end of the rental period - this is the first time (after over 10 years of hiring cars) that someone has bothered to confirm the car was returned and that the credit card pre-authorisation was cancelled. Thank you. Will definately consider again, prices are very competitive and the car I had was almost brand new (20K km on the clock, 2018 model).

The car was great. But be careful about the additional costs that will come with dealing with this company. They are trying to cash in on you without giving full details of all the hidden fees. This is probably the only company in the Czech Republic where the payment for the use toll roads is not included. Return to another office of the company in the same city is also paid extra, about which employees do not bother to warn in advance.

A year ago, from 12 October 2019 through 19 October 2019, we rented a Czech car, a Skoda. After we arrived from the US, we discovered it was easy to walk, locate the office and pickup our reserved car. I added car insurance and rented a mid-sized Skoda. It was a wonderful, little car. It was clean and in good shape. I am grateful for the service, too. The prices were reasonable and the bill had no surprises (via email). Thank you.

Was wary of past reviews about getting charged for even the slightest of scratches. Rented from them for one week, drove around several countries with no issues. They do charge a small fee if you're going to cross the border, and you need to get a highway vignette sticker if you're going on motorways. Despite that, I experienced no issues from start to finish.

Car rental company right at the Ostrava airport is absolutely awesome. No problems whatsever. Very helpfull and friendly staff and check in and check out was the easiest i ever experienced anywhere in the world. No hidden fees. I give them 10 stars! Will definetely rent from them again when i arrive to Czech. Thank you guys.

Very good rental service. We were late for 10 minutes after closing, but we have called the assistant before , so he was waiting for us in his extra time. Thank to him very much.All in all, service staff is nice and friendly, the quality is high and there is a big variety of cars. So, i recommend this rental service.

All good but big disappointment was when I found out that the car has no highway sticker - which is absolutely common among other companies around here so w that I was shocked and upset. So be careful!!!! Next time will have to use their competition.

Doporučuji! Půjčovna, která nabízí pestrou nabídku aut s přijatelnými cenami. Velmi příjemný personál (Pavel), se kterým bylo vše vyřízeno snadno a rychle. Samotné auto pak bylo nové a interiér i exteriér byl čistý. Maximální spokojenost!

קיבלתי רכב חדש ומשודרג ללא תור וללא המתנה. גם ההחזרה הייתה מאוד מהירה. הסיבה שמקבל 4 כוכבים ולא 5 היא מכיוון שקיבלנו את הרכב עם 7/8 מיכל דלק מלא ולא מיכל מלא כפי שהיה רשום במסמכים. שמנו לב רק לאחר שהנענו את הרכב והתרחקנו מהמקום.

The car was great but when i returned the office was closed during business hours. The seller told me that the 750€ pre-authorisation would be cancelled in 2 working days and a month has passed and still nothing.

I booked the car for the wrong day (a week before...) and when I turned up Greenmotion still honored my booking and found me a car, it was excellent service. I'll definitely use this company again.

The agent made a mistake about the total amount of charges, but they charged directly by my credit card without any pre-notice and my permission after I left their rental office for an hour.

No highway toll label (you have to buy it), and they don't accept debit cards for the deposit. There is a high choice of car rentals at the Prague airport, choose another one !

Be alert when documenting the former scratchers of the car, document everything before you take off, included underneath the bumper, make sure to cover the whole car coating.

We booked a car by holidaycars, you can pay by debetcard for the rent at home but by arrival you need to have a creditcard, result: we had no car and lost our money...
