Where shall I begin... I am so very blessed and appreciative of the staff at Green Oaks Physical therapy. I am recovering from a laminectomy surgery on my neck, and also I have lower back pain that was limiting my ability to enjoy my life. Since i began physical therapy at Green Oaks, I have had such a turnaround in my physical health. They have been so very patient with me and helped me during the loss of my mother by continuing to reach out and let me know they where there and waiting for me to be ready to come back resume my therapy and get better. Miss Jackie's phone calls and messages gave me a glimmer of hope during a time of grief. It also kept me in check reminding me that i had something i needed to finish in order to get better. When I came back, John's comical touch had me laughing my way into recovery, not just physically but emotionally. Haylee who I refer to as captain did her thing making sure I didn't have a huge gap in my sessions when I ran out of days like other places had and was able to take charge and work with my insurance and I didn't even skip a beat! And top Dog Andy watching over everyone, making sure everything runs smoothly gives me a sense of feeling safe in knowing i am in the rite hands. I can tell he really knows how to run things by the way everyone else just jumps in and takes care of business. Without being told what to do. Great initiative from the entire crew at Green Oaks 160 West Magnolia Ave in Fort worth 76104 The equipment is all in tip-top shape Kept very clean and sanitized after each use. The hot pool therapy is so amazing that I absolutely love it... Green Oaks Physical Therapy It's the only place for me!

Edit 11/6/23: I just finished my PT for Achilles reattachment. Very difficult process, and PT always worries me. Not here. This is the BEST PT experience I’ve ever had. If you want recovery l, you’ll get it! You’ll receive the best people, professionalism, call it customer service. I was here about a year all together, and I banged the gong today. My Achilles feels awesome! From the front desk to the therapists, which it set by management. If you need PT, GO HERE!!! I would name everyone, but they’re all on the same page. I’m really going to miss them. (Old review) I just got to my first appointment I’m very impressed already. Friendly staff, beautiful setup, clean, organized, everyone smiling, professional, and I’m just impressed. I’m here for workman’s comp injury, and I was expecting the worse. Boy, was I wrong. Look forward to many more appointments!

Having Complicated Medical Matrix, My New INTERNAL MEDICINE Specialist, Sent me here. I'm extremely grateful. My "Wheelchair Legs" have taken another Downslope, due to my "Degenerative Disc Disease". I'm determined NEVER go back in Wheelchair. Here, they are Compassionate, Extremely Experienced in Complicated Medical Challenges. I love they give you, Print Out of "Homework"!!! Having "Traumatic Brain Injury", this is Necessary. Bonus, they're working with my "Personal Trainer" at Gym, to maximize my Recovery, Strengthening Process. I've gone in & out of PT for over 30 years. TRUST me, when I say; "TOP KNOTCH" Facility, Therapists and Compassionate Caring Staff. Recommend. They work with you and your Insurance. They EVEN have Shaded FREE Parking!!!

I am so pleased with my experience with Green Oaks Physical Therapy. I was working in the classroom and could not answer my phone when the reminder call came in for my initial evaluation. The voicemail that was left for me gave a complete description of their location making it quite easy for me to find. The staff was very friendly, the facility clean and sanitized. I received a thorough evaluation and sent home with exercises to do while awaiting my insurance approval. I am looking forward to my continued therapy sessions facilitating my recovery. My scoliosis was diagnosed more than 25 years ago, but when I asked my doc if there wasn't something I could do to even up the muscle development in my back, he sent me to Green Oaks for physical therapy. I've only been going for a couple of months, but I'm already sleeping better. Half a dozen of the staff members alternate to run me through about an hour's worth of exercise every week. They are invariably courteous and competent and I always leave smiling.

The staff here is great and make you feel like more then just a client. If you miss a scheduled appointment they call to check to see everything is alright. I’ve had to full knee replacement and they have made the recovery great and physical therapy part awesome. They are always looking for ways to help you get items that will help your recovery in your home as well. I would recommend them to family friends and others who needs physical therapy….

My experience here at Green Oaks has been awesome. I came in not expecting much, but after the 1st visit I felt immediately better. The staff here are all very nice, helpful and friendly. I especially like my therapist Tiffany. She's very knowledgeable and encouraging. I'd recommend this place to everyone especially my family members. I've had a better than expected experience here. I have been to many physical therapists and organizations over my lifetime I’ve had over 20 surgeries, and I have never been to a physical therapy unit that is as deep as this one. Between equipment, a plethora of therapist on hand, and attention to detail. Not to mention the willingness to take the time to learn the new patient and find out what his or her needs are, and then focus on them. I highly recommend this place!!

Green Oaks Fort Worth is a fantastic place for physical therapy! The staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. Everyone works so well together and looks out for everyone else's patients. It truly feels like a family when you are there. They are kind and understanding and truly want you to get better. This is by far the best place I have been to do physical therapy. I highly recommend Green Oaks Fort Worth!

I bring my daughter here for PT she is only 7 years old and they are just super attentive towards her needs she really enjoys coming each week and i have seen an improvement in her health i love the staff they accommodate with children. Also they gave me alot of resourceful information on how to be able to keep up with her health at home this has to be one of the best PT places in the DFW

I’m not normally good at following through with PT because of my busy schedule but GOPT really makes it easy with their scheduling flexibility, reminder text messages and I can even reschedule via text messages. My ankle is getting so much better. I also appreciate the friendly staff for keeping me moving while I’m here. My favorite part… the ice compression at the end. Thanks GOPT!

I have had four back surgeries since December 12 and was pretty much bedridden until May 29. I started therapy including water therapy at Green Oaks on June 21 twice a week. I love the building and decor. It is like an industrial loft look. It is exceptionally clean and well maintained. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I am starting to feel the difference.

I went here after I had collarbone surgery, after I broke it in a hockey game. I have never had to take PT before but I can say I was pleasantly impressed with the amount of care and professionalism, that the safe at Green Oaks, takes with their patients. If you are looking for a friendly staff and want to recover correctly and effectively definitely do it here!

Not only does the staff work as a GREAT TEAM to meet the needs of the patients, but Andy oversees these compassionate, attentive therapists well. The warm water "pool" for water therapy has dramatically improved my mobility and balance! Shout out to : Andy, Johnny, Michael, Zaria, Kelsie, Hayli, David, Madison, and whomever else I forgot! I have been going to GOPT for about 2 weeks. I love it and actually look forward to going. I can feel the work out. I believe it is helping me. Staff is amazing so considerate and friendly. Attending physical therapy for the first time I was expecting more of a hospital environment. That was not the case. Green Oaks P.T. is warm and inviting. The staff is great! Very friendly people!
