Terrible customer service. I’ve called at least 6 times in the last couple weeks trying to make an appointment leaving voicemails. Finally got someone to pick up the phone, she barely said hello, I asked to schedule an appt then was put on hold for 10 minutes. Made to feel like a nuisance for wanting a teeth cleaning. Message received.

Everyone was super nice, and it was a great overall experience! On top of that I didn’t feel any pain at all at any point in the process. It was the first time I had ever had a cavity filled, and I was definitely nervous but my dentist and his assistant were phenomenal! 10 out of 10 I absolutely recommend!
