Greenline পরিবহন কাউন্টার সিলেটের অবস্থান হুমায়ুন রশীদ চত্বরে। কাউন্টারের ভিতরের পরিবেশ যথেষ্ট ভালো ছিলো।এয়ার কন্ডিশন ঠিক মতো ছিলো। বসার জায়গাও অনেক বিশাল এরিয়া জুড়ে ছিলো এবং আরামদায়ক। কেউ চাইলে অনেকক্ষণ বিশ্রাম নিতে পারবে। বিশেষ ভাবে বলতে হবে তাদের ওয়াশরুমের কথা। পুরুষ মহিলার জন্য আলাদা পার্টিশন রয়েছে। খুবই ভালোভাবে ডেকোরেটেড। ওয়েটিং রুমে ৫★ দিবো আমি। যদি বাসের কথা বলি, আমার ডাবল ডেকারের ২য় তলায় সিট পরছিলো।সিট মোটামুটি ঠিকঠাক ছিলো।তবে খুব বেশি আহামরি ছিলোনা এসি বাস হিসেবে। কিছুটা ঝাকি ফিল হচ্ছিল। স্পেস বিটউইন সিট ও তেমন বেশি ছিলোনা। বাসে ৩★ দিবো আমি। ওভারঅল সব মিলিয়ে ৪★

চট্টগ্রাম থেকে সিলেট যাই প্রথম ২০০৬ সালে। যাবার বাহন ছিলো গ্রিন লাইন বাস।ভাড়া মাত্র ৪৫০ টাকা। রাত ১০.৩০ এ দামপাড়া থেকে ছেড়ে সকাল ৫ টার কাছাকাছি সিলেট উপশহর নামিয়ে দিতো। ভ্রমণ বিরতিতে থামতো কুমিল্লা আর ভৈরবের উজানভাটিতে। একবার সিলেট থেকে চট্টগ্রাম ফেরার পথে এক মাছ ব্যবসায়ীর সিট পড়ে গেলো আমার সাথে। তার পায়ে আবার স্যান্ডেল, জুতা কিছুই নাই। গায়ের থেকে মাছের উৎকট গন্ধ। ভাগ্য ভালো, তারা দুইজন থাকায় সামনে অন্য আরেক সিটে চেঞ্জ করে বসে। গ্রিন লাইনে যাত্রা কখনো খারাপ লাগে নি। সব সময়ের প্রিয় বাহন।

This is my first journey with green line. I am not happy with the waiting room . Not well decorated and no Ac available though itself Ac Bus service . Bus fair 1100 sylhet to Chittagong Business class old bus. Seat is not good . Average service not satisfactory

In past this counter was the soul counter for Green Line but now their main counter is Humayon Rashid Square. For passengers who are travelling for port city CTG they usually come here to get on board.

Their customer service men harasses people most of the time. They ask for higher ticket price when they see desperate customers. Both of the front desk guys (morning shift) are very rude.

It just a very comfortable and convenient journey partner... They’re very professional and concern about their service positive background...
