I called for a consultation from this firm regarding abuse I suffered from a DJ and intern who worked for NBC radio in the 1980s. The firm said it wasn't the type of case they'd take, which is fine, but the way they handled my call made me appreciate the lawyer I have who filed another case against someone else (lots of people molested me back then and now I can sue). If they are the ONLY firm who would take your case, that's better than no lawyer, but I'd recommend searching around first. I'm an experienced paralegal who knows law firms from the inside so I have a little more insight than the typical legal consumer. I'm sure they're competent but there are firms out there I believe are better. This is my personal opinion. Take it for what it's worth.

It took me 2 1/2 years before my case was settled. I dealt with them in the past and was paid right away. This time I had to go downtown to deal with the attorneys in the past they came to where you lived. I never received updates unless I reached out to them until they were ready to settle. I was originally presented with a horrible settlement amount. Until the lawyer went back and obtained an amount close to how much the policy was worth. I will have life long injuries due to a reckless driver. I feel I was not given enough time or attention and at one point when I had surgery I was told at least you still have an arm. My settlement amount was no where near my pain and suffering and they could have done a better job.
