Love love love my engagement ring from Greenwich Street! Molly was so amazing to work with. She made the process easy and really fun. I came in alone for my first appointment to figure out what styles I liked and was nervous but she was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Later I came back with my fiance and she helped us design my dream ring!! Molly was endlessly patient, very honest, and super quick to grasp my personal style. She educated us about all the options and really took her time. Everyone else working there was also friendly and the space is gorgeous! 6 months later and I still absolutely love my ring. Can't recommend GSt. (and Molly) enough!

Molly made our engagement ring shopping experience personal, fun, and romantic. She was able to hear our our ideas and immediately piece together a customized ring design that considered our ideas but also structural integrity and longevity. She was easy to communicate with over email and an absolute pleasure to spend time with at the store. She expertly navigated keeping certain things a surprise. Once our design was submitted, she provided my fiancé with an expected completion date which was met. My experience at Greenwich St Jewelers was amazing! The shop is nice and clean, and their staff is attentive and polite. I worked with Samantha Betti . She was the Sales Specialist that helped me throughout the process of creating the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancee. Samantha listens and pays close attention to detail. She even gave me a full orientation on types of cuts, clarity, styles, etc. & I never felt pressured into doing anything I didn't want to do, which was a huge relief for me. Getting our wedding rings from Greenwich St Jewelers was such a treat. We absolutely loved the entire experience from first going to the store to meet with Dana, to choosing how to reset our heirloom stones, to the final delivery. I absolutely love my ring and I'm so pleased with the professionalism, service, and experience at GST. I also love that they're a small, women-owned business who are also best in class. Greenwich St Jewelers is the absolute best! I bought my fiance’s engagement ring here, and it’s the only place I would ever go again for jewelry. Dana was the jeweler/stylist that helped me, and she made me feel so comfortable through the whole process.
