Very disappointed with staff behaviour, went there just now 8.30PM, went to buy this particular product kordel pea shoot. When I take the price was Rm99.00,so I took X2, went to the counter to make payment. While she scanning the total was 299.08 the I said the product was 99.00 she said you pay first then can see in the system whether got discounts or not, then I just pay. Then another staff when there took the lable of discount from that place. Normally the lable of original price behind and will be orange or red lable at front the discount amount. What she did was she went and took the label of discount then showing the original price. Then she said no discount. How come the price change within a second. I said when I take the amount was 99.00 but how come suddenly change ?? Then I show them the online store price, it stated RM 99.00, one girl said ouhhh yeah lah...then the girl who took the label was said that is online offer. Worst behaviour ever. The staff name was Masima & sarah. Kindly investigate of the issue and improve staff behaviour.

One of the established outlet of Guardian pharmacy chain store. Strategically located near a popular supermarket. The store is comfortable and well stock with both personal healthcare and supplements. There is a prescription counter but only mostly attended by part-time pharmacist. We came here to buy health supplements and OTC products. The service crew are courteous and helpful. Prices are competive and good value whenever there are promotions. Parking is a challenge especially during peak hours and weekends.

Last week i went to the store to buy sunblock.. i asked a pharmist.. a malay women is there sunblock she showed me sunscreen.. and i told her both are different.. she walk away by saying loud that both sunscreen and sunblock are "SAMAAA SAJAAAA" i find it childish and rude.. i complained to the front desk another malay lady.. however she defended her clique.. please improve customer service skill.

I cant find staff to help me with my purchase and it is so hard to find anything because of the condition of the store. It is very crowded with all the intake stocks that were not put on shelves and stacked up everywhere in the store. It so hard to just walk around the store. I think this outlet is understaffed. Please refer to picture below and see yourself the condition.

Experiencing the same issue like previous customers. Your staff sibuk berbual dekat kaunter. Plan nak makan dekat mana itu ini. Padahal ada customer nak bayar. Cashier buat xtahu jer & buat x nampak. This is not my first time experienced bad things from your staff. Previously I masuk kejap nak cari barang. Boleh your staff jerit2 cakap nak balik dah. Very rude!

GUARDIAN HEALTHCARE tapi semacam tak sehat seperti nama...kencing tikus boleh hidu bila buka pintu.. management kena ambil tindakan lanjut jika ingin terus dikunjungi...setahu saya 5-6 tahun lepas tempat ini bersih sedap mata memandang, rak semua kemas Dan teratur..sekarang saya nak masuk beli barang pun fikir 2 tiga Kali...

Cashier don't know their responsibility, sibuk bercerita customer dekat counter treated like tunggul kayu, funny how they already see you but pretend like no customer. Style dia suru customer panggil baru masuk counter, funny. Padahal customer tak ramai. This dedicated to all the blind staff.

One of the worst Guardian outlet I've ever been to. There's always a wet towel smell in the morning, boxes strewn everywhere, and some of the staff are either incompetent or unhelpful. Every question I ask, the answer is, "takde" or "tak tau".

The store is not like few years ago. Look like speedmart, messy with boxes on the floor. One of the staff is rude. I came in to query about the things i want to buy but she look at me as I am disturbing her work. Very disappointed …

Why now this guardian kelana jaya ss6 smell like rat urine?? And not turn on the air-cond also... Please ask your staff clean it the smell...and some stock feel have rat urine too.. Very bad go there purchase item.....

Management really need to work on all these stocks lying on the floor. It’s like it’s permanently there
