The guys working here are an absolute delight and all of them a real credit to Gulf. Manager Aziz is fabulous and friendly. They know their regular customers and whether a regular client or visiting as a one-off, you will be guaranteed service which - I feel - goes above and beyond any expectations. I recently left a bag there containing my mac book and was worried sick. My carelessness could have wreaked havoc, but thanks to their diligence and the honesty of one of their staff - a young man by the name of Dilip, who found the bag initially and passed it to management - they checked their CCTV, identified the anxious owner, and my mac book is now back in my hands. Loved using this service station before - but now I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great guys, excellent service.

I been visiting this place daily for last 2 month and let me tell you my experience. Half stuff on there is awesome another half is rude and careless. Expecially management. Never welcome you, not even a single polite world comes out of their mouth. 1thing I loved is coffee there but notice even that you can't get it right anymore. Quantity is reduced, price is rised and when you try talk to them nobody cares. From 5 dropping to 3 stars. Really disappointing I am gonna say. Good job to those who willing to share their smile with costumers. And feeling very low empathy to those who makes this experience to be so miserable and that is management! I think time to look for a new coffee spot.

I do to say one of the best place for filling your car's patrol or diesel ⛽️! THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVIC!! The WELCOMING STAFF MEMBERS!!! If you ask anything they will help you very well with a smile! The prices are the same as it is on sign board! It's NOT like Saffron Lane shall station, that's show one price on sign board but in reality it's different inside on all pumps!!! I DO RECOMMEND GULF WELFORD ROAD'S ONE and THUMBS UP TO ALL STAFF MEMBERS BOTH specially MORNING SHIFT AND EVENING SHIFT. I do recommend it to all my family members, colleagues and friends.

Can the staff here possibly get any nicer??? Past couple of years iv been using this station for returns, fuel etc. Every single time, whoever iv been served by are so so helpful and polite. Believe this review or not but I can 110% tell you that I have never in my life been served by such a lovely bunch of staff. I leave thinking 'how come there so nice n happy? . People like this will keep a shop/station going forever. Refreshing to still see what great customer service is still about.

These guys are local heroes. Always open (kind of). Always smiling. They have a wider variety of goods and food than you'd imagine and have brought in items when I've asked them to stock them. Basement raves are frequent here too and whilst you never seem to see the staff leave out of the front door, if you stand in the right place across the road, at just the right time you can spot them flying in to the sky from a secret exit one by one. Best fuel stop in Leicester. Good layout, decent shop with reasonable prices, plenty of pumps, central location, excellent and very friendly staff. I do my utmost to go here every time I fill up because so many other fuel stops have been the locations for terrible customer experiences, whereas this is a place I always feel welcome and valued. I know it's only a fuel stop, but wholesome interactions are important and this is the site of so many!

I went there yesterday and put my open handbag on the counter; suddenly remembering something I stupidly walked away from my bag and Aziz called me back and told me to be more careful. What an absolute sweet❤ I am on holiday and my holiday money was in my purse. I really appreciate what he did. I saw him serve two more customers and it was clear he is a customer service super⭐️ Thanks Aziz

This is by far the BEST garage I’ve ever been to. It is clean and the friendly are always helpful to me and my family. Aziz is a superstar, always polite with a smile just like the other ladies and gentlemen. I just need them to start stock Christmas trees this year as they’ve done in previous years then I’d be the happiest reindeer this Christmas! Thank you all.

Excellent Happy Staff & Excellent Service I went there to get a 15KG Calor Gas canister, I was served with happy and cheerful staff who took the old canister out of my boot and gave me the new one. Best service I've ever received at this fuel station compared to all other fuel stations in the whole of Leicester! I would highly recommend.

I have been coming to Gulf’ welford road patrol station for last 3 years for fuel, adblue, screenwash and every time my experience was amazing. Specially the owner Mr Aziz does himself the manual work such as topping up the adblue and screenwash. I will keep coming here until I move from here.

Some staff here are very rude and aggressive. The owner makes false accusations about customers and thinks it's okay to shout at them in front of other customers. Shop has a poor selection of goods at exaggerated prices. Hygiene in this store also seems poor. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

This petrol station was my very place I had my first job after leaving lancaster boys school, when the school was on Victoria park. I'm 79 now so was in 1959. The garage was a small shed with one FINA petrol pump. MY boss was Jack Hill...great memories

Lovely staff and very helpful. The gentlemen called Aziz he is very helpful. He helped me with packing my parcel even thou he had a ‘bad back’. Also would like to mention the lady called Harpreet who is also very nice and helpful.

Great variety of drinks and lots of parking. Always enjoy fueling up here as you can always be sure to get a bit of shopping in whilst you're there. Prices are spot on for the fuel and the household goods.

Fuel been a problem. This place is a lollipops shop badly run.Pumps running for general public and a fast lane for families and friends.When confronted tarzan will give you attitude.Shame on them

This is a great petrol station and it has the friendliest staff. I dropped my wallet on the forecourt which Raj found and handed it to Aziz who on my return gave me the wallet back-so relieved.

Very helpful staff as I needed to purchase a replacement Calor gas cylinder to which they helped me with unloading the old one and helped to load the new one into my vehicle.

What can you say really. I needed petrol and air in my tyres and got exactly that. I noticed it sold a lot thou. Food ECT. And the guys behind the counter were very friendly.

Indeed it is partly self service. I went to a shelf and picked up my snack and ate it. But they didn't trust me to self pay. Summary: 50% self service station.

Free chocolate when you fill up, long opening hours and I trust them to have emergency essentials to counter those kitchen disasters and forgotten birthdays.
